Me and the wife had a meal and it was a lovely meal. Im trying to learn spanish and lia was brilliant. She helped to correct me when wrong and helped with English when I struggled. 10/10 for the effort and friendly staff. I will definitely visit again

I was staying in Madrid for a week, just round the corner from VIPS Sol and had a wonderful service at this place every day, they really looked after me. Dory served me breakfast every morning and new exactly what I need. She was very friendly. The food is always good quality. Their croissants are absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back.

Tardaron 30 minutos para traer el pedido. Las croquetas de jamón tardaron 45 minutos, se les pidio sin salsa por ser alergica y las trajeron con la salsa por lo tanto no pudimos comerlas. Lugar lleno y con pocas mesas disponibles. Precios normales.

Vips Sol cumple exactamente con lo que esperas de la cadena. La comida es buena, los platos mantienen la calidad habitual y sabes que vas a encontrar siempre lo mismo, sin sorpresas. El servicio es bueno y eficiente, incluso estando en una zona tan concurrida como Sol. Un sitio fiable cuando quieres comer bien y sin complicaciones en pleno centro de Madrid.

“El vips” un lugar seguro. Una gran cadena con buenos platos y precios acorde. Esta vez salí del clásico Club Vips y me fui a la carrilera, la verdad que se deshace (ver vídeo) . La carbonara, que le Faltó un toque de pimienta. Otro punto bueno es su refill de bebidas. La mujer que nos atendió Edith, nos ofreció pan y estuvo atenta a que todo haya estado bien.

Buen sitio para hacer cualquier comida del día, con una carta variada, espacioso con gran capacidad y un horario muy extendido.

Aprovechamos para merendar, todo correcto, muchas gente, no tuvimos que esperar, pero a la salida había cola. Atentos los camareros a lo que pedíamos y relativamente rápidos en el servicio. No quedaban tortitas de roscón.

A nice cafe and restaurant in the heart of Madrid. The location is perfect, at Sol square near the bear statue. The service was quick and excellent, the Nutella pancakes were delicious and the coffee was good. The prices were great for the value of 2 people. I highly recommend it. They have several outlets across the city.

They always have huge servings in this branch. A dish can be shared by two people. The last time we went here, we had Cesar's salad, burger, and their carbonara soria. The carbonara was a bit disappointing as I've had better tasting ones in other branches. Their salad was good, and I liked the bread! The burger was so-so but filling. The staff, as always, is amazing! They give good service. We'll keep coming back to this branch.

We ordered two of their massive sandwiches. We where both happily surprised at how good they tasted. The Cubano was my favorite out of the two. I don't think you could consider it a "traditional" representation of a Cubano sandwich. But either way, it was very tasty. The price is not bad, massive meal for what you're paying. I'd recommend for breakfast or lunch.

Comida normalita para el precio que tiene. Ubicación privilegiada. Lo mejor los bocadillos Lo peor la pasta, fría y pastosa. Llegamos media hora antes del cierre, lo cual avisaron con educación y nos atendieron amablemente. Servicio rápido.

Es un Vips enorme. Por fuera parece pequeño pero luego tiene dos pisos con vistas a la Plaza de la Puerta del Sol. Tuvimos que devolver los platos porque venían fríos, las patatas, los huevos, las tortitas...se los llevaron y los volvieron a traer y tampoco estaban calientes. Mi huevo poché sólo tenía la yema y helado también. Por otro lado con la cantidad de tipos de leches que hay me sorprende que me dijo la camarera que sólo tienen semidesnatada y sin lactosa. La verdad es que ha bajado mucho de lo que era al principio. Las camareras atienden bien y el ambiente es bueno porque está lleno.

Cadena muy conocida de comida rápida. Local limpio distribuido en 2 plantas. La decoración es la misma que la del resto de locales de la cadena. El personal es amable y rápido, aunque cuando está lleno, se desbordan y comienza el caos. Carta amplia con opciones para todos los gustos. Conserva sus clásicos, pero está en continua innovación. Puedes desayunar, tomar algo, almorzar, merendar o cenar. Su suele llenar por su ubicación. Relación calidad/precio, nunca me ha parecido barato. Te saca de un apuro.

Probamos los nuevos platos de menú de plato único. La opción vegetariana se puede hacer vegana quitando el queso. Han quitado de la carta la hamburguesa veggie. Con los nuevos platos de menú entra bebida y postre, pero a pesar de preguntar a la camarera qué bebidas y pedir una tostada 0.0 no nos indicó que esa en concreto no entraba y la cobraron después, tampoco hay postres veganos o fruta, pero puedes cambiarlo por café o infusión. Los baños dejaban un poco que desear y el portarollos estaba roto, tampoco funcionaba el secamanos y no había servilletas de manos. La atención normal por parte de los camareros que tomaban comanda, el resto del personal de sala de 10, buen trato y simpatía.

A local Madrid friend recommended VIPS to us. We found the food to be average and the service was very slow. It kind of felt like a Spain version of an American IHOP with better food variety.

Sitio bonito pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. De principio sabiendo que se va con niños no dan ni el menú infantil ni el papel para pintar y tienes que solicitarlo. Hoy no había mostaza algo básico ya que tienes hamburguesas en el menú... Se pide el cacharrito de cremas que todo vips que he ido nos lo ponen por inercia pero está vez dicen que no hay... Acepto porque puede pasar y vuelvo a pedir más ketchup y oh! Sorpresa... Traen el "cacharrito" de cremas... el vipsclub que se pide, frío... De una de las Cocacolas que se pide del plato de carta, se confuden y en vez de subsanarlo, se olvidan y ni la traen... Al final se toman la bebida que por suerte una de las niñas del menú infantil no se la terminó. Un pésimo servicio, desde luego una pésima experiencia... Solo se salva Melanie de tanto caos... Su atención impecable

In General ok, but I was upset as the food outlined in the card (Jogurt with fruits) and what I really got was very different, almost no fruits at all...., but the picture in the menue showed a lot of fruits.... We had hamburgers, one of us the classic and one the smash burger. The classic came nearly raw, the smash burger was cooked fine so we split that, but only ate 1/2 of the raw classic. The fries we were very basic frozen fries & prepared ok, but nothing worthy of a return visit. Tried the place for a quick meal, wouldn’t return.

Place was decent like any other diner. Got seated right away, which was nice. However, our server went long periods without checking up on us, which was a little annoying as we saw her constantly seated at a booth in front of us on her phone. The food was pretty basic and bland. Very little to no vegan options. They ran out of 1 of the few vegan options, so that was even more of a burden. Overall, I would not recommend for other vegan eaters and would would for others that want a quick bite late at night.

We were there two times, first time was perfect. Nice food for a nice prize. So a few days later we went back. The second visit we had to wait a long time for the food, but ok it was very busy. But when the food came, we got the starters and main dishes at the same time, not what we wanted but ok. When we tasted the food, everything was cold. Terrible. Of course we complained. They apologized and would make it ok. For the inconvenience we got the starters for free which was nice of them. The Iberian croquetas were still not ok, everything was overcooked because it has been made hot in the microwave. Three of them were frozen in the middle. We tasted three from the first cold dish, so they had to fry three new ones. The other dishes were all heated in the microwave, taste was not good. We have been many times to VIPS and it was always very good, also the first time we went to this VIPS it was good. If I ever go again and the food is cold, I just will be paying the drinks and go. Because they just heat it in the microwave and it doesn't taste good at all. Pictures are from our first visit. For the first visit I would have given 5 stars, second visit 1 star. That's why I gave two.

Service was friendly, but the food was disappointing. The Oreo shake had a weird side taste to it, the bacon wasn't crispy and generally the food wasn't worth the price. The wings were good, though. Also, we were given the lunch menu despite it being 18:30, which made ordering appropriate dinner dishes complicated.

Todo genial excepto el tiempo de espera y la comida estaba muy fría mi plato por ejemplo no pero el de mi compañero muy malo la Coca-Cola me la trajeron muy tarde porque les dió la gana pero me la trajeron cuando estaba pidiendo la cuenta entonces eso no me pareció bien. Sobre todo el camarero que nos atendió para los postres me cayó muy bien se llama Andrés con gafas y muy mono la verdad❤️ y Carlos muy gracioso tmb. 🤍 Si íbamos con una bebesita de 12 años, me tiro la comida a la cabeza porque no le gustaba, y María Roselina la camarera la tiro un aquarius así que no volveré

Absolutely terrible this place. Took 25 minutes after being sat to have our order taken and it’s solely because I went up to somebody and asked for service. I ordered the Brioche with ham Ibérico and scrambled eggs thinking it was a breakfast sandwich. After seeing that it wasn’t a sandwich I asked the food runner if it’s possible to have another slice of toast to make it a sandwich and she very kindly said let me ask someone. Shortly after an old blonde lady named Dory came up to our table and word for word said “pero que es lo que tú quiere” (what is it that you want) extremely rudely. Just another piece of toast to make a sandwich if it’s possible, I replied. She proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away and at that point I didn’t even want to have the bread anymore so I told another server that saw it all happen. (entire conversation happened in Spanish as I’m Argentinian it wasn’t a language barrier, put it in English for the review)

Bad service and rude staff. Young man nice and acomodating. Old woman mean and pushy. Not coming here again. Giving better service to locals than tourist and treating them better.
