Very good fresh food most of the time 😋 and the only reason I say that is that I used the drive through once and when I open the to go plate the food was dry and you can tell it had been in the warmer for a bit. So since I that incident I prefer to go in the establishment and order and see how the food looks
The staff at this particular Panda Express has been consistently friendly and the portions are consistently generous. The food is always fresh -they replenish the entrees quickly. I only go to this Panda Express now.
They are always greeting every customer as soon as you walk in, food is always fresh and they will make it fresh if you ask them too. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant

The food was fresh and delicious! I'm allergic to certain foods and Pete was more than accommodating to ensure that I didn't ingest menu items that I'm allergic to. I'll return again if I'm in the area.
The Staff, especially the Manager (VAL), were extremely helpful in helping me get everything done in a timely fashion and ensuring that everything was made perfectly!!

Very good experience at this location last night. We are not regulars to Panda Express. Food was very good and fresh with good customer service.
One of the best panda express in the dfw area. All the employees are great christel p and the manager and others. A must try!
It's few and far between that I get to eat out. The service was kind and timely, and the food was fresh and delicious!
Panda is really the only fast food I like. I've also gone to the one on Stacy until recently. I got tired of the rudeness from one of the lady's that works there. She's always rude and acts bothered. Not to mention rushes you to order. So I started going to the one on Virginia. Which is kinda out of my way but much better service. So I decided to try out this one. And I was very please with my food. The taste was by far the best. Food was sauced perfectly, not dry in spots. Veggies were cooked perfectly and not under done. Whoever they have cooking they definitely need to keep them.
Smelled soooo good when we walked in. Staff was nice and helpful. Have good experiences both times. Food was fresh and delicious!
I pickup did from here for my wife who really likes it. Selection process is quick and easy. Can get in and out quickly and the people always seem nice even though I really don't know what any of the stuff is and probably do not pronounce it right.
The overall service was fine enough. The only thing I was disappointed with was the girl at the window asked me if I needed any sauces, I replied yes but when I got home, I had absolutely no sauces. It’s the small details that matter most and make the biggest difference.
We ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken, and chicken teriyaki. All was freshly made and served hot. They were out of several things and the serving size was a little less than usual on the sesame chicken but was still tasty.
The staff is friendly. The place is clean. I have been a loyal customer I just hope that the chain did not change the way food is made because it tastes different now.
They had a busy day and the dining area was last on the list of priorities. The rice was old but staff replaced it at our request. I have no complaints the staff was friendly and helpful as always.
Visit fairly often. Sometimes they have difficulty keeping some entrees in stock and then some entrees look like they have been sitting there for quite some time. I really love the chow mein and most the time just order that.
Food was good , great service but I couldn't help but notice how cold it was inside. With the weather being the way it currently is I'm a bit concerned for the workers.
This location in McKinney is a hit and miss. When I come for lunch & dinner the food is usually hot and fresh. But there are times it has been sitting to long. Most times the spice lover is just right with great flavor! But then weeks later its overwhelming with to much spice, so be careful & try a piece b4 ordering. The tables & floor are clean and the staff are usually very helpful & nice.
We had an okay experience here. We came in about half an hour before closing time, and they were out of the shrimp we had wanted to get. They begrudgingly said they could make more, but we'd have to wait. I don't mind waiting, but it was more of a problem with the attitude. I get it, you're closing soon-- but I'm still paying full price for the shrimp, so I'd be hoping for just as excellent customer service as I'd get if I came during the middle of the day.
Never a good experience at this location. The one in Anna was amazing a couple of days ago, then we tried the McKinney location again... Food was not fresh and room temp.
We typically never have a problem at this location but the past few times have been HORRIBLE. My husband said his pineapple in his Sweet Fire Chicken tasted rotten. Last night we went through the drive thru and he was given the absolutely wrong order. Honestly I have never regretted going to Panda Express more than last night.
I eat here at least once a week since i work close by. Service is great. Drive thru can take a while sometimes. My issue is the entrees that come with veggies or extras and the rice. (Broccoli beef, walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, etc) if you order the entrees that come with veggies, you'll get more veggies. There should be more meat than veggies. I've learned to steer clear of these selections and just get the grilled teriyaki chicken or orange chicken since I've never really had any complaints on those choices. The rice can be very dry in the mornings or at night. If you want rice, get it during peak hours. I've also stayed away from the rice and just order Lo Mein. I live next to a panda express about 30 mins away and never had issues like these.
placer order online. and when I went to the register as stated on my order for p/u they acted like they didn't know you could order on line. Portions size was Bigger Plate, I ordered 1/2 portion fried rice and 1/2 chow mein, got a scoop of chow mein and the reste plain white rice. a small portion of my other entree, Food taste ok, Staff clueless. To costly for amount of food you get. Won't bother to return...
So my mom and I went after she got out of the hospital. And we did the drive thru. We ordered a bowl 1st then we ordered a plate. The lady taking our order was very disrespectful. She was speaking as if she was talking to one of her friends telling her some gossip. However I was glad when we got to the window...she was not there. The food is always Panda. I'm not sure how many stars to put for service. I do hope that person is no longer speaking the customers.
2.7 stars. Order was ready as promised. The catering items were slightly disappointing as many of the entrees were greasy. The value proposition was not good and made me second guess doing any more lunches with Panda Express catering.
I ordered plate with chowmein, orange chicken and black pepper steak. The steak was rubbery and chewy, flavors were not up to the mark. Jung app chicken was tasty, staff was helpful but food needs a little revamp
There is one entree that I really like a lot! The problem with this location is that I have to ask for silverware and a napkin, and even when I do am lucky to get a fork and no napkin. I get that not everyone is eating “on the go”, unfortunately when going there I am. Not getting silverware after requesting, a couple of times now, is a deal breaker ;(. What good is the food without utensils? Really, I can’t eat it.
There was only one lady working, she was trying to keep up but drive through was backed up, portions were small compared to the normal new portions. $8.00 for two small scoops of entree and small portion of rice and noodles, I dont think its worth it anymore. When like competition arrives they better watch out.
Everything tasted fine just seemed the portions were off. I ordered broccoli beef and pretty much just got broccoli... on multiple occasions. I like the broccoli, but I wouldn't mind some meat with it as well. Drive thru was quick and easy.
It was ok. Staff was fine. Food was fresh. Place was clean. Hadn't been in a while and a lot had changed. 2 item plate is now $10, now have coke products (was pepsi), you have to get napkins from cashier. Again, nothing bad there just not what I remember.
Food was not good. The beef and broccoli looked and tasted like it had been out for hours. It was so gross and mushy.
Food ok quality. Why is it when i go thru the drive thru i get more fried rice then any of my entrees?! Ridiculous when i spend over $10 & get mostly fried rice when u get the big plate & it includes 3 entrees! The portion size & ok quality of food doesnt mk me wanna give more stars. Go to china sun across the street bc they will treat u nicer as well.
I love panda express it tastes great and all that but every time i’ve gone to this location i have never had a good experience tonight i ordered food online after the gym and there was no chicken in my string bean chicken like i just had onions and string beans after a bad day it just made it worse me and my boyfriend also waited over 20 minutes for half my meal while paying full price and i’ve worked in the food industry i understand being busy and all that but still i didn’t get what i paid for and there was basically no one there i just want to finally have a good experience here
My husband and I just went through the drive through and ordered Orange Chicken. It is awful! Taste like the chicken is bad or they forgot some major ingredients. It is one of our favorites and we have ordered it at other Panda Express restaurants numerous times.
It's better to just go in the building and pick up a order from here than Uber or door dashing it, if you order a 12 piece Rangoon they will only send you 3 and even mark it as a 12 piece on the bag making you pay for more than what you got. Imagine being that incompetent.
This place is a good place to eat but the bad thing is is they throw out everything at 9:00 when they close at 10:00. So if you go after 9:00 you have to wait 10 minutes for your food to get cooked. They throw out all tea and food at 9:00 LOL. Stupid and they lost a 40 sale tonight or more.
I stopped at this panda express to grab a quick dinner on 08/23 around 6:25. I ordered my bowl and proceeded to sit down. As I'm sitting there I hear the manager (a lady) start raising her voice I turn around to see who she was talking to. Which was a young man which I had the beliefs that he was new. Well that being said I can't help but hear the conversation she was having with him bc she was so loud and I wasn't the only guest in the location. As she proceeds to yell at this young man and asks him if he was stupid and if not why can't he do what she asks. And just keeps talking down on this young man. I mean where do you get these type of people and then proceed to make them management. Do better panda express that lady was rude and disrespectful.
Usually enjoy Panda but this was the first time at this location. Service was disappointing, food portion was all rice and very light on the protein. And the famous orange chicken tasted so greasy and all breading. Will definitely not eat from this location if eat Panda at all.
Orange chicken was good except for the awful fried rice. Panda Express has the worst fried rice! It’s extremely dry and has no taste at all.
Normally I love panda express but unfortunately this experience and this store was just horrible, the beef and broccoli wasn’t cooked long enough , the honey walnut shrimp wasn’t cooked long enough and the sesame chicken wasn’t cook long enough and honestly was really bland, the chow main tasted like it was dried out and had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at panda , oh and the cream cheese Rangoons weren’t cooked long enough, they were sort of chewy and not crispy at all
Crazy thing just happened. Got the new steak and shrimp. Girl serving had to count out 3 shrimp and five pieces of steak. Manager stopped by to make suure she did. I just paid like a dollar a piece for each shrimp and steak chunk at a Panda Express. This could be my last visit.
My driver was amazing, but my food tasted old. It must had been from lunch leftovers. I'm so disappointed, I will not order from there again.
Disgusting food, nasty staff, and horrible costumer service. My orange chicken was raw. I will never be coming back. Also, they’re cheap with the portions but that don’t matter cuz I threw my food away anyway

Got food poisoning from this location Friday night. I have been to 100 of pandas and not once but this one I will not go back..
They forgot my drink and they got our meals mixed up order #479347 we paid $26.52
Came in to eat and the meat I wanted wasn't fresh so the young guy ask the cook to make more. I pay and I'm patiently waiting for my order. The manager Vie tells the cook again to cook the meat, so he does. I ask her why is he just now putting my order in? She says, he put it in now for you. I said I've been waiting for 15 minutes and she was very dismissive and rude. And she grabbed with her BARE HANDS vegetables to put in a pot, no gloves. No lie.
Honestly for my first time experience I was thinking it was gone be good. I was completely wrong ! The rice was disgusting , the Chow Mein was unseasoned and very dissatisfying! !! It just a NO for me
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could ZERO stars I would only because the Manangement! I drove thru to pick up and the lady I could not understand her. I had to tell her my order 3 times and still did not get my order right! Then when I called to tell the manager about it he said but you confirmed the order on the screen! No sorry or anything! I did not want anything in return I just wanted to tell the manager so he can fix it and it would not happen to another person! The service was slow Please don't go here if you want customer service! I will not darken the door of this place again!

Upon arrival, I was asked to leave and do the drive thru despite a clear sign allowing dining room hours to continue. Of course the drive thru is operating at the slowest pace possible. Very unprofessional as usual. This is yet another reason while you’ll continue to be lackluster
This place is only consistant with one thing. Empty bowls. I come here alot and its always the same thing were oit 5 minute wait. Today it was all 3 dishes. Thats crazy theres only 7 dishes total and your out if 3.
This is ridiculous!! I was in line for 30minutes and then they filled my food up only half way. I am appalled that my service was so bad considering I come all the time and I spent a more than reasonable amount of money for my food. Plus they only gave me half a sauce container. I am highly disappointed and will not be coming back.
Not sure if I'm more disgusted by the food they tried to serve me or the lack of service on behalf of the employee wearing the "manager" shirt. Sign says lobby open until 9:30. Walk in 8:50, every table is covered with chairs. There were 4 entrees available. 3 of which had less than a portion remaining, and one of which was severely over cooked. The floors were wet, the dishes were being washed, and the place reeked of cleaning products, but my son was hungry, and places nearby were closing soon, so I hesitantly opted to go with the orange chicken. It was obvious they were done making food for the evening, so the attempt to preserve what little they had left is understandable. But the amount of tiny pieces she sprinkled over my mountain of rice was laughable, if not disrespectful. When I inquired about the light portion, I was met with the rebuttal, well you see we don't have very much left. As if I should expect to absorb the consent of their inability to prepare a proper amount of food.. Fool me once, can't be fooled again UPDATE: This must be a trend amongst this establishment. Drove to the Princeton location. Pulled into the parking lot at 9:27 (expecting to fend through what scraps remained), apon my arrival. 5 employees were in the parking lot. One of which were videoing 2 of the employees having a foot race around the building [I can't make this up]...
Really bad experience. I felt discriminated. Im Hispanic, the lady that served us was Asian with big eye lashes. My husband and I ordered plates to go, but we always dine in. She served us really small portions. When she was serving and asian guy, then an Asian family she gave really big portions. I love Panda Express, and i have been in a lot of other pandas. But here, i will never come back.
My husband and I frequent this panda simply because it is the closest to our home, we recently got an older twenty dollar bill out of the ATM which we attempted to purchase our food with today. First we sat a the speaker for a while and no one came them when we finally drove up to the window and honked someone came but it wasn’t the person with the headset which let’s me know that individual was just ignoring us. The young lady took a $20 dollar bill went somewhere and stated she couldn’t take it , 1 never had anyone ever walked off with a twenty dollar bill, she certainly assumed it was fake because she was likely too young to know bills have not always looked the way they currently look. We are black and this is located in McKinney so I am sure it was racially charged.
I stopped at the drive thru because I'm in a hurry and the lady at the windiw told me to go to the parking lot to wait for me food and was providing service to another individual. She is rude .store#2396 order 445978
Terrible drive through. The people taking your order are always multi-tasking and grabbing other food and doing who knows what else. As a result the order is usually incorrect in some way. At no point do they repeat the order back to you. At no point do they put the order on the drive through screen. So there is no way for you to tell they got it wrong and correct it for them. The management at this place is obviously unwilling to let employees focus on customer service, and the result is the worst drive-through of any restaurant I have ever visited.
I'm convinced no one cares about their job or the food they put out anymore. The rice was like minute rice. It was not fried and was super fluffy. The sauce on the beef and broccoli was so thick it was like a gravy. I have no interest in eating the rest of this food and I've never had Panda like this before. It's sitting on my table if anyone wants it. Smh.
Orders incorrect, ordered fried rice got noodles, ordered noodles, got fried rice, got noodles instead of fried rice and didn't get the honey walnut shrimp we ordered. Instead of a Togo box, all 4 plates were stuffed into bowls and not Togo boxes like usual.
I went there yesterday after a hards day work. I ordered the family meal with two of the meals being teriyaki chicken. I was attentive looking at how they were serving me and what I saw shocked me. I saw one of boxes reopened and teriyaki meat taken out to give to a drive through customer. I let that go. Next thing I saw, my 1/2 empty box of teriyaki closed off and being packaged as if it was full. I asked why AREN'T you filling up the box with teriyaki, she stated we ran out and continued packing up my family meal order. I then stated to the Chinese lady, that I was not interested in her service anymore and went to another panda express. To my surprise while all of this was going on, there was another argument with a white man and another Chinese server. The white man decided he did not want sprite anymore and wanted coke. The Chinese server stated that he will need to buy another drink since she already poured in the plastic cup sprite. The white client paid for another drink very angrily. I thought to myself, this does not seem right, until I had my own issue. WARNING DONT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU ACCORDINGLY, NOR HAVE ALL THE MEATS YOU WANT. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! IF YOU GO HERE CHECK YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY BE SURPRISE. I usually don't complain but in this incident I had to.

Short on everything. I’ve been to other locations in the area that are not out of what this location is always out of. To the point where they cover it up on the menu. Who ever orders inventory uses market as an excuse but I’m well aware that’s not true. They just need to learn to count better and submit orders on time.
been to this panda express two times and both times they gave me the complete wrong order. i will not be returning a third time
Painfully slow! Went through the drive through and was told that the food isn't ready and to pull around the front. So I tried but there was no parking in the front and I was wondering how they would find me... So nobody ever came out so I had to go inside. About 15 minutes I finally had my food. It was missing the chilli sauce I had asked for but I wasn't going back in. On the bag it said "white car", I drive a silver car! I will not be returning to this location.
Walked in 5 people just standing around looking at me and turning away. I actually Walked out waited a minute and Walked back in made eye contact with 5 employees again nobody said anything to me so I got in my car and went to the drive thru. I don't know if uts the new management or new staff but this place has gone down hill these last couple of months.

I stopped here to get lunch because I was starving. I’m from out of state so I had to stick with what I know. I was very disappointed! I got the orange chicken bowl with noodles. It was so nasty, I just knew I was getting punked!! The noodles were dryer than Popeyes biscuits. The chicken wasn’t hot, it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The sprite I got didn’t taste like sprite. I was very disappointed. I don’t think I ever wanna eat her again. It was that bad! The quality of the food didn’t match the price. Not to mention the lady taking my order could barely understand me when I was ordering. If I could give this place no stars I would.
If you like paying $14 for rice noodles and vegetables. Panda express is the place for you. And who asked them to reinvent where the main dish goes, in a to go container. Newsflash people, "Rice and noodles go in the sides spot. Not the main entree!!! Total ripoff in my opinion. I suggest any regular Chinese restaurant. Most likely you'll recieve twice the meat and half the price of panda express
It’s a joke four pieces of black pepper steak The taste of the food totally different I visit this place 2 years ago since I moved and the attention and food is totally different from the other places employed very few friendly and exceed the food every time they give a little less on your plate.And the cleaning I think could be better

Tried to eat here. Walked in. No customers in the lobby. Employees did not even acknowledge me. Stood there for 5 minutes and left. There are too many other places to go to be ignored.
They up charged me for steak and they didn't have steak went with chicken didn't get refunded for the up charge what a joke
The beef was so tough. Hard to chew. They gave small amount and smothered my plate with my cheaper entre. Didn't give us a chance to ask for sauces before closing window on us. Bad service today.
Couldn’t understand the lady on the speaker when I first pulled up.. asked her to please repeat it and she repeated just as fast. Had to keep asking her what she was saying while taking my order because she was talking too fast and I couldn’t understand her. Very stand-offish and didn’t even make eye-contact while taking my payment and handing me the food. So unnecessarily rude and will not be back to this location! 😤🤬
I placed a mobile order today and waited in the parking lot for it to be ready. Once I received a text saying it was ready for pick up, I went through the drive thru to get it because I had a throbbing migraine. Nobody was in line and when I pulled up to the window, I was asked to come inside and wait for my order because it was still cooking. She shut the window quickly and I just sat there. I was being mindful and there were no other cars behind me. She came back to the window and said you need to come inside and wait. I told her if somebody pulls up behind me, I will make sure to come inside. She gave the rebuttal that I need to some inside or she will get in trouble for her drive thru time. I said I can understand that but my order was supposed to be complete for 10 minutes now but I’m still waiting and nobody is behind me. She said they didn’t mark anything complete, it must of been the main office cause she only works in store. I informed her I know how the system works and they did it, it shouldn’t be a problem. She rolled her eyes directly at me and slammed the window shut. They had another worker hand me my food and wouldnt give me my receipt or the other workers name. Such a distasteful experience
Usually don’t have any issues here, but when I ordered a broccoli beef bowl today, they repeated it back correctly, however, when I pulled up I received orange chicken. I went back around and was very polite and explained I received the wrong food. They remade it, but there’s literally 1 piece of beef in this broccoli beef. I guess they wanted to be petty.
This place is horrible! Monica, who was the cashier/preparing food, is/was RUDE last night. Also, how is that possible 🤔? I, too, realize that the economy has been tough 😳 most people don't even wanna work. I figured it was closer to me to go here instead of PF Chang in Allen, Texas, where I could've been seated enjoying my dinner. However, never again will I eat at this place, so trust me when I say this place is horrible. IYKYK
