Had a excellent experience dining in on our way home from a trip. The food we had was hot and delicious. Everything was prepared well and the service was fast. Laura the manager and her team were very nice to our big group! Thank you for going out of your way to take care of us.

The staff at this location are very sweet. Even though theywere slammed while i was there they kept a smile on their faces. I like that. The dining room on the other hand was absolutely freezing. It was cold outside and they had the air on. I almost froze.

I have ordered to-go here on multiple occasions and the food has not disappointed. There were a few instances where the quality or freshness wasn’t ideal but the food overall is good. Fast service and good deals online usually. I would still recommend this location! The only downside I’ve run into is if you order over the mobile app, you have to go inside to get your order- can’t drive through.

Decided to use the touch screen ordering system, though you can still order at the counter with someone with a pulse. Process was adequately intuitive and straightforward. Slightly more suggestions to upgrade or add something than a human might make. Just say no thanks, it's nothing personal because the machine cannot read you like a human does. Service was timely and friendly, atmosphere was typical but clean and pleasant. Four stars because it's a fast food chain, a good one at this location but did not blow my socks off to give a dramatic, raving review. Just go there and get decent food.

Usually good and consistent, but last visit they didn't get my order right. Didn't know this until I got home. Food has been consistently good and pretty quick with the drive thru.

Lettuce 🥬 on sandwich was wilted. Salty taste possibly due to batter and pickles. Fries were a bit too salty as well. Hearty portion of meat. Gave it this rating because the service was courteous, fast, and friendly. The food didn't measure up to the service, had the chicken tender bowl and it was awful. The potatoes were tasteless, no seasoning, no flavor whatsoever and what taster there was seemed leftover. The corn was tasted old as well. The chicken tenders were the worst part of the meal, they were so hard...they were battered wayyyy too much, it was like biting down on fried peppered chicken batter....where was the chicken? Additionally, the tenders were so hard it was like eating rock candy hard, nothing "tender" about them. Everything just tasted leftover and reheated. Ate a couple of bites and trashed the rest. A waste of my money.

Like the foods but there is always some kind of problem that's why I space my visits hoping that it has gotten better but no I ordered a three dark it was so salty I only ate one piece the chicken was browned on the outer side but not completely done inside I have had this problem before. It solve no problems complaining and I live to far to turn around and go back. Guess it will be a while before I go back.

I haven't been in KFC in a long time. Food was okay at best. Got the tenders and seemed like they were several hours old. Staff was polite.

I drove up to the drive thru to order 8pc for $10. They told me to come inside and order on my phone. I come in the little girl is finishing up eating. I show her my phone with the order info. She makes me wait for it to show up on her screen. That's fine. That's logical. Then she packs my food. Didn't wash her hands. Didn't put on gloves. Gross. I point it out, she cops an attitude. But she did go wash her hands and packed a fresh box with new chicken. A manager type comes up and says they don't always have to wash their hands. I'm considering reporting them to the local health department for a spot check. I was so flustered with the whole experience that I left my phone on their front counter. I came back and they promptly gave me my phone.

I love KFC but not a big fan of this location. I asked for a ranch with my sauced nuggets, they told me they have to charge because we are already getting free sauce on the nuggets. Lol okay. The fries are never fresh.

The customer service at the drive thru was quick and she was very kind. Hubby was disappointed in the portion size of the chicken. The price was good, under $8 for a 2 piece combo.

I’m just not a big personal fast food. I was just seriously very very hungry so I just stopped to grab a couple of pieces of chicken to keep moving although I think sometimes they don’t cook their chicken long enough so it’s still kinda slimy for the thighs and the legs.

I needed to share this because, it's completely wasteful and the owner of this location is needlessly losing money. 25 packets of honey for an 8 piece order of chicken, no butter or napkins so I suppose they saved a little money there.

After taking off the top bun I finally found the piece of chicken. It was hiding under the pickles which were asked not to be included. Much prefer Popeye's. Also asked for slaw and no fries....got fries. I took the order to the cashier and the manager threw out the fries in front of me in exchange for the slaw. Would going some place else.

The honey barbecue wings were not good at all. They make them totally different this is the only reason why I eat here. I use to love there honey barbecue wings. They just don't make food the same anymore 😕

I ordered a sweet tea with my food and they gave me a Pepsi, I hate Pepsi! I took the pepsi back and realized it was done on purpose because there was no sweet tea at the window. The girl at the window didn't apologize or anything. I don't know but I just felt uneasy about it, at least apologize for me having to drive all the way back.....

I'm not understanding how this location is still open and hasn't been shutdown yet. They are so unprofessional and never complete the order correctly. They will repeat the order back to you correctly but still pass the wrong stuff out the window. They never give you the receipt because they already know a complaint will come. They are in a great location but possibly need real management.

The food was over cooked and tasted like hardened grease. Very little taste to the food other than grease. I had to throw it away and fix a meal for me. And I wasted money 💰 buying their greasy hockey pucks they called chicken.

We hadn't dined or ordered out from KFC on over 3 years bc we had a couple of bad experiences, stale, dried out food. So with all the commercials for the 2 piece meal for $6.99 during Football season, had a hankering for trying some KFC. I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would go in and pick up something for me and my wife, figured it'd be fresh if we bought it right from the counter. Turns out the two piece for 699 is only dark meat and you have to pay extra for white meat. Okay that is reasonable I guess. Ordered two meals Plus three tenders for 4.99. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and professional. I checked my meals and was very disappointed with the French Fries and Tenders. I asked for mash potatoes and replaced the tenders. I don't know if it is because they prepare so much in advance, all the food quality is as if it has been sitting in a warmer, food was slightly stale. KFC is very pricey for fast food chicken and one expects fresh, hot food. Other Chicken establishments such as Popeyes or Golden Chicken are always steaming hot and fresh. I can't believe after so many years that the same place, same food, would still serve same quality and stay in business. Must be something in the process. We won't be back.

Placed an online order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. The employees were confused as to which order was mine, and then after they handed me the food asked if I wanted sauces. I paid extra on the online order for sauces so I thought it was weird that they then asked. Once I got home I realized I was missing my large side. There's definitely no attention being paid as to what is on the online order here. If I go back I would just order at the window, and I'd make sure to double check my bag before leaving.

Went to this location ordered online. I was late getting to pick up my order, and it still wasn't ready they were not busy. Then, one of the employees decided to stick his hands with no gloves on in the fries and eat one. This took the last straw for me to order from this location. I will be choosing somewhere else from now.

My husband went to Kentucky and ordered a two pcs dark the guy told him they could give him two thighs . He said ok that's fine when he got home one of the thighs look like it was from a baby chick. He went back up there and told them about it. So they told him well that's all we had of original tights so do you want a crispy thigh . Why woild you sale someone a pcs of chicken that is to little to eat . Kentucky needs to do better.

Chicken tenders were too hard. Friend with me said their original recipe wasn't the same as it used to be. Neither were my tenders. Nothing like the ones I have had elsewhere. I won't be back. She said it ruined her from ever craving it again. Biscuit wasn't too great either.

it was about 8:30 Saturday evening and They weren't busy at all. We ordered the 10-piece hot wings.... They tasted like they have been sitting there since the dinner rush. I really thought that only happened when you order a to-go order however I found out tonight that they don't care and will serve it to you even if you are sitting in there restaurant.

I have been here a few times this year. The food is always greasy and gross. The tables are not cleaned as often as they should be. And there isn't much sitting room inside.

well I actually give this place no stars but in order to post I have to rate. For the past 2, 3 yrs or so this location completely changed. They are ALWAYS out of something. Whether its mashed potatoes or chicken, its ALWAYS something. Plus I ordered a chicken potpie once & the inside was frozen! Plus they basically cut their potatoe bowls in half. They are SUPER stingy with their food. They just need to close this location down. So disgusting!! I go to the location off of Broadway & 30, across from Super Walmart. I'd rather drive a little further!

Went to buy at this location. First they tell me i would have to wait on my chicken. Then they ask what side I wanted told them I wanted mac and cheese they told me they were out for the day and it was barely 7 p.m. and they close at midnight. So I told them I wanted mashed popatoes and they also tell me they are out of gravy if it was fine if they only gave me the mashed popatoes with no gravy. Went to KFC for the 8 piece dark $10 And guess what the person taking the order advised me they could only give me 2 wings 2 breast 2 thighs two legs they did not have enough chicken to give all dark meat so I asked if they could substitute the breast for legs the person said no and on top of that I wanted original they would have had to give me a mix or original and crispy all I wanted was a 10 piece dark original for the price that was advertised $10 too much of a hassle and combinations I drove off … disappointed do better KFC

Ok the managers and or owners of this KFC of Galloway in Mesquite are gonna hate me BUT I have to say this... "WHAT THE FORK IS WRONG WITH YOU???" I came to this location on 7/7/2022 around 3:12pm and I'm met with a human size box fan. No, it wasn't there to dry the freshly mopped floor... It was there in attempt to cool down the place. Was it working? Yeah, in a manner of speaking... It was blowing HOT AIR! I asked young lady whom looked like a high schooler/ no hate there. Me: "why the fan?" Her: "AC is broke." Me: "WHAAAAAAATTT??? and they make you work in this???" She nodded yes and attempted to muster up a smile. I said: "Sounds like a phone call to the better business bureau is in order." @KFC, WHAT THE FORK???? My husband works in a jail in Dallas... Relevance? EVEN PRISONERS GET HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING! Making kids work in a sweat shop. You abuse your employees! Not hating on the chicken nor the customer service. The teenage (probably under paid/ minimum wage) sweet lady did great assembling the food and the cooks worked their magic with the radical chicken. 🍗😋🤘 BTW How hot is it today in TX? My thermostat read °107!!! You can only imagine how hot it is in that establishment. Especially since they have ovens, stoves and fryers running. Old tired fries and no extra crispy chicken. I spent $42 on a 16 piece family meal at about 3:30 on 5-9-2021. The fries were old and dried out and the boxes of fries were only half full. This place gets worse every time. 1st time back since 2021 and it's worse now. Stay away.

Will never come to this location again! First off, no one was in the drive through or inside which for me is always a bad indication. While in the drive through the “worker” asked for my order and I asked if she could please hold. She attempted to mock my voice sarcastically saying “okay” and started laughing. I immediately pulled off, no thank you I’m not eating here today or ever!

Nasty not clean. Nothing against this specific location but the entire company. The quality nowadays is absolute trash. I came here last month for a chicken sandwich. It was old and dry. Today I’d try and give it another chance. Got some tenders fries and mashed potatoes. There’s only like a drop of gravy. And the fries were cold and soggy. The chicken was dry and rubbery. I’m done with KFC. Too many better options out there. Churches. Popeyes and canes. Golden chick. Chicken express. Hall McDonald’s chicken is chicken is much better.

Ordered chicken strips and the chicken smelled like it was rotting. When I got the food it smelled like a bait shop and when I got home and cut the chicken open the smell made me gag. Seems like they left the chicken out, it went bad and they fried it anyways.

This location is always "out of chicken". If I am not mistaken it is a chicken restaurant. Maybe one time or even two I can understand, but night or day they are always out. This location also has a lot of young teenagers working who are constantly playing around. We also caught them in a lie about them being "out of chicken", so from that I conclude they just don't want to do their jobs. Its sad. I love KFC and this location is the closest to my house, but we go to other restaurants instead just because of horrible customer service. Corporate really needs to intervene. This location is close to the mall it could get so much more business.

My daughter attempted to order tonight at 8:50 pm via the drive through. The employee was extremely RUDE- she did not even initially give a greeting- she finally said "uh huh yeah, what? HELLO?" to which my daughter replied hello, and proceeded to ask for two famous bowls. The employee then stated that they WERE OUT OF CHICKEN, and told her to leave! How incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. The sign indicated the establishment was open. Extremely poor service all the way around.

I would give this a zero rating if I could. The food was so old and cold. Part of my order was wrong. How do you serve a drumstick that appears to bit off of and you can see the bone and the bone is dark brown/black color. That means this chicken is really old. It was cold not even lukewarm. Ordered online only to get to the store and be told they don’t have any wings, then the lady says well they’re frozen. I have been to this location many times over the years and have been pleased. I do understand the shortage of employees and such. Today was bad. Purchased 2 sandwiches that were very dried out and cold, I understand I may have been the last customer of the night, but you DO NOT give anyone food that was probably going in the trash just because someone didnt want to do there job. I went here for the first time today. I ordered through the drive thru since I was on the clock. They repeated my order back to me, but when I started eating I noticed the chicken littles didn’t have buffalo sauce. I returned and went inside. I asked them for two fresh chicken littles the way that I ordered them. The lady with glasses took the two I already had back there and drowned them in buffalo sauce. She didn’t bother washing her hands or putting on gloves. Then she smushed up the bread of one. I attached an image. Waste of my time and money. 😕 Needless to say those sandwiches went in the trash.

I usually get bad service here from time to time but I love KFC Original Chicken plus it's around the corner from me so I come back when I really feel like it. Well I can say the problem with my last order was the end for me. I ordered a $20 fill up and when I got home my wife saw there were NO chicken breasts in the bucket at all. I went back up to KFC and was told "We've had a shortage on chicken breasts so that's why" like seriously what kind of response is that? So many other chicken places in the area and I wouldn't miss this one if it left the neighborhood.

Ordered from this location off of Uber eats. A piece of chicken was missing from my order. Not sure who to blame, the restaurant or the Uber delivery but I do not like that this restaurant confirmed when I called after receiving my order that they do not seal the bags or the boxes with the anti-tamper stickers or staples so can’t be sure if it’s been tampered with or not. Not eating it. There needs to be a food safety standard in regards to keeping food from being compromised if restaurants are going to be on UberEats or any food delivery service.

The older black woman there by far the only employee that has excellent customer service. This white inhope she is not the manger. Rude as hell. I wanted to throw my food back at her and get my refund. If it wasn't for that older black woman I would have went to jail this day

Terrible service. We entered the store and stood at the register. No one spoke to us. After being ignored for a while, I moved a chair from the closest table and sat in it at the register. After waiting about 10 minutes, a young man came and offered to take our order. We asked for an 8 piece all white meat. He said he didn't think he could do that. We looked behind him, and there was plenty of chicken on the racks in the warmer. Why he refused us service, I do not know. We left and went to Church's.

They didn't have chicken pot pie or crispy chicken. The worst part was it didn't have KFC flavor 😡😤 just flat tast. This was on Galloway in mesquite texas.

I came into this KFC just as they were cleaning which I didn't know about!They were really pissed off because I came in even though the door was still unlocked and they said that they were closed but they didn't lock the door! The service was ok but the food was actually pretty disgusting! I had ordered a 5 piece chicken with mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes and I only had half of the food! Once I got the food manager was pretty nice to open the door for me to leave! They didn't even seem like they had even made my food at all and they seem like there were in a rush to leave!

He heavyset white female at the drive thru window is extremely rude, she lacks customer service and looks like she might be an assistant manager or manager. She got my order incorrect did not give me a receipt and then disagreed that my order was wrong. I ended up paying for what i had originally ordered and ended up getting my order inside, she never gave an apology or acknowledged she messed up my order and treated me as if i was not a customer, the younger nice employees ended up assisting me. The young male that helped me was extremely helpful, the should switch positions as he has more manager like qualities than her. Please send her home and away from people. I will be contacting the district manager in this issue.

I was polite but the girl with blue hair was extremely rude and not friendly AT ALL. She smirked at me and walked away without even speaking to me. I could tell she didn't wanna be bothered. Plus they don't take coupons here. I know fast food isn't the most glamorous job but it doesn't hurt to be nice. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere!

Oh boy. I usually leave a good review for this place but on this particular location the expectation was not good. The guy taking the orders was not paying attention, very little! The food was overcooked, that's for sure. We were there around 10:30am they need to train these people who cook the food.

Never going back to this place again. Very rude customer service even though you are being polite and nice to them. Ordered 2 five piece Nashville hot chicken tenders combo through drive through. They accepted the order and when I reached the window they said they will give one 5 piece and one 3 piece combo as they don’t have enough tenders. All these time guy was very rude and unpleasant. When I asked for the receipt he said he already throwed it away. When I checked the credit card later I saw they overcharged me and they charged for 2 five piece combo. This is unacceptable. They seriously need to provide some training to their employees.

I ordered 43$ of dinner for my family to pick up on my way to my home for dinner. I get to this location about 30 mn from ordering through the app. The girl informs me they have just given away my order and they CAN’T REPLACE or give me a refund because I need to request a refund from the app. I told her that is absolutely ridiculous the store, employees gave away my order I paid for and has the audacity to tell me they won’t do anything about it. Terrible management. Terrible service.

Not only did they screw up my door dash the night prior (it happens, got a refund through door dash) but then they give me this unforgivable piece of garbage. I will NEVA go back to this sad excuse of a food joint. This was straight out of the box. I did not take a bite or anything. Don’t just do better, BE BETTER

Food is awful. Even the biscuit had a funny taste. My drink was horrible. It needed to be changed out. Yuck

I came here expecting a better experience than the last time I was here. I ask for no cheese and they still put cheese on it. Also this bowl is supposed to come with corn in it. There is no corn at all. I'm very upset with the fact that I ask for one thing to be taken off of my food and instead something I was hoping for was taken out.. I will never come back to this location again.

Please don’t eat here. Found hair in my food. Mind you, my hair is curly and blonde. I don’t understand why workers are not wearing hair nets. I will be calling the health department.

This is crazy how all the time we miss our food or bread 🍞 this is the third time!! And we even tried to call and it doesn’t answer all the time we spend our won gas on car!! Unbelievable.

Tables were left filthy, I ordered the mashed potato bowl which is what the lady in front of me ordered. And they did the same thing to her. Charged her an extra 2.50 for small gravy. I wasn’t paying that. They hardly put any gravy in the bowl and left it unflavored. There was also maybe 3 pieces of chicken. I didn’t eat my meal and left. Sad thing I drove all the way from Terrell. To spend money and not even get to eat. It needs to be proportioned. Not hardly put gravy on it so you can charge an extra 2.50 for a small gravy. Absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer come to kfc. I wish I had of went to my hometown churches instead of driving all the way to mesquite. It makes since why they are all shutting down now.

This KFC is complete trash I asked for hot fresh fries got old cold fries. This is the second time thought I would give benefit of doubt after the first time I went when a staff member stated if you didn’t order it in the drive thru you ain’t getting it at the window. Very unprofessional and should definitely be reviewed by corporate.

Was in the drive thru looking at the menu. I was all not even a full 3 minutes and they were literally constantly asking me if there was anything I needed or if I had any questions. I told them no twice already. Was just trying to find a menu item fit for me and my family. It’s as if they were rushing me. No one was behind me or even in the line. I just drove off. Poor customer service. Yuck.

Order online got to the drive through and was told to come in lol if I wanted to come in I would have did that from the start !!! Very rude customer service

We came here requested original chicken and was told there would be a 10 minute wait but they had crispy Chicken available. We ordered Crispy chicken and it was so undercooked it might’ve still been alive. You could see flour it looked and smelled pretty disgusting. When I came back to exchange for original the manager was mean and petty. No one on the staff uses gloves and they were talking over my food! Worst experience ever! Will NEVER back!

Worse service ever!! I went to this location at approximately 10:45 am, which is shortly after they opened and order a 6 piece hot wing under the impression the food would be fresh since they’ve just opened. I was wrong. They sold me some old wings from yesterday, which should have been thrown away at the end of the night.They wind are extremely dried out from sitting under the light so long. This is beyond ridiculous, extremely unprofessional and could cause someone to get sick.

Went in and bought the 8 piece bucket of Original Recipe for some coworkers and myself for 21 bucks and some change. Took just a couple of minutes to get the order and I headed out without checking to see if it had the correct number of pieces. I didn't eat any of it on the way back to work. Got back to work, opened it and...it had 6 pieces inside. Tried to call them to let them know they had shorted me 2 pieces but it rang and rang. When I tried to call back I got a busy signal. Called a bit later for a 3rd time and still busy. Not going back to this place. If you do go here you'd be well advised to count what's in your meal before leaving.

I gave my order back for refund. The female manager and make service worker exchanged comments of discontent. She was sitting in a front room and he was near the fryers. Suppose I wasn’t to hear their comments. But wait… The last time I was there a man cussed them out royally! Apology after apology but none for my Luke warm food that had obviously been sitting there. If I would have cussed at them as that guy did may I would have warranted an apology. But I got nothing!

We were asked to pull around to wait for our food... normally, I don't care, BUT this KFC, to "pull around" you have to drive out to the main road, flip a u-turn, and then you can properly "pull around" back into their parking lot.

I got a Mac a cheese and that was definitely expired, didn’t taste like cheese and had a rotten taste, me and my girlfriend immediately spit it out, shall be requesting a refund if can.

We reached here at 9 PM and ordered from the self checkout station, after waiting for 20 mins we asked about our order and the staff was like they don’t have our order. We had our receipt and we showed them the receipt and he is like i’ll bring it out. The staff was not present at the counter so we gave to literally wait for 10 mins just to ask someone about it. Not at all a good customer service
