So we were a group of 12 people we was on a tour and we had 45 minutes too get some lunch and had back too the bus we sat there and one of the workers came and told us we cannot order because the machine had some problems so we got up too go get something else from another place. Michel asked us if we ordered we told her there is a problem with the machine she was very very helpful she assisted us and afterall we got some food she was the BEST!

This, my first ever trip to NYC, I stumbled across this location that was made iconic on 9/11. I appreciate its strength and resilience during that dark and chaotic time. I stopped in and ordered a Whopper meal. The order process was made quick and easy with a kiosk at the counter. It was a bit busy, but I didn’t have a long wait. My order was accurate and served to me with a smile. I took my meal to go, so I can’t comment on the dining room upstairs of the very tiny main floor. There’s a lovely little park/square across the street that was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with lots of lights. It’s a great spot to sit and enjoy your meal while enjoying the lights.

Wow Michel is so amazing! She greets you with her beautiful smile at the door and is super helpful with seating you after you get your food. She makes sure you are super comfortable and any utensils and napkins she brings you. Definitely the best person I’ve ever came across. Is a classic fast food the place is the same of 2008. The order now is made by automatic kiosk. At the firs time is organized like a dinner and is possible to be served and drink beer

The food was nice we had two arancini one with cheese and ham and the other with mean and green peas, the only downside was the it wasn’t hot. The staff was very nice explaining us fillings. I haven’t seen any sitting area, we did a take away. Grazie and Enjoy 😊

This Burger King is conveniently located in lower Manhattan, close to the Financial District. Workers in the area pop in and out all the time, most likely returning to the office. It's also convenient for those coming from South Street Seaport with a major MTA Hub nearby, where multiple train lines are available. And if one is famished after shopping at Century 21 (designer labels/brands at lower prices) one can refuel at this nearby Burger King location.

The fresh pomegranate juice is great. It's in a convenient location and nice but the service is not so friendly and the price is too high for the area in my opinion.

Very expensive!!!! Very rude staff!!! the place is so packed, very small and bad atmosphere, the ladies were so rude, especially the cashier, I felt so disgusted about how she was treating everyone!!! There supposed to be some customer service skills, not only selling like robots, even robots are nicer though!!!!! The toilet is not clean, there is not even a lock on the door!!! I have never felt that much disrespected in my life! I put one star because I cannot put less. We have ordered a couple of things for the whole group and it was impossible to sit inside unless we ordered a beverage and something to eat all of us. Very bad service, 0 respect towards the customers, impossible to communicate in English and did not want to take the order.

If you don’t speak Italian don’t even think on eating here, they only speak Italian and act rude when you don’t. At the end I couldn’t order what I wanted

The worst customer service i have experienced for a long time. The lady at the till completely ignored my self and family for 10 minutes, refused to make any eye contact and served other people who came in. It wasn't even busy. Tourists avoid, they dont want your business.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff were not honest with me, and the service felt unprofessional. I wanted to order two glasses of Dracula beer in addition to my main meal, as it is advertised that you serve it. I overheard the employees discussing during shift change whether they had set up the keg or not. They told me it would take no more than 10 minutes to install it, so I waited. However, when I came back, they suddenly claimed that the waiting time referred to my food, not the beer, even though I heard them clearly the first time. It seemed like the staff did not want to work and were being careless. My burger was cold, and although I asked for cheese, there was none in it. I also noticed flies inside the restaurant landing directly on the food. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience. I am giving this location a negative rating and ask that management look into these issues.

I usually come to this location and enjoy my experience however today was horrible I waited 19 minutes for a small fries and 2 cheeseburgers ,had a short time for my lunch break and majority of my time was standing there waiting and asking the employees what's going on . The response I got was " there's nothing I can do"
