We had a lovely meal overlooking the lake. Great food and the wine was awesome. A new bottle of local Chardonnay was served. The owner was lovely during a very busy lunch rush. Monte Isola is a beautiful place to rent a bike, eat and enjoy the lake region of Italy. Highly recommend. Perfecto!

This place is in all the guide books and it turned out our rental was a 3 minute walk away! We went every night for 3 nights and enjoyed the delicious food each time. Our favorite was the special “fish lasagna,” which sounds weird but was actually incredible. Great service and beautiful lakeside view. Highly recommend if you haven’t discovered it in your guidebook already! Prego!

Good was good, but service. I asked to change the table - they didn’t let me, but restaurant was empty. I didn’t really feel that people were friendly there, maybe tired in the heat, I don’t know. I normally do not leave a bad reviews but at this case wanted to work you to do not expect any friendly people there. Food was great! View is amazing at this place.

Nice place just on the lake very close to the ferry stop. The food was good, wine was great, service fast but lacking empathy. Overall we had a good lunch at a fair price but unfortunately not worth a 5 star. I'm pretty sure that with some little improvements this location could get a full score next time.

Ordered grilled fish fillet from the sea and potato chips. Quite boring dish without any salad or sauce. Thin potato chips with little to no flavor. The fish was a bit raw and had a few bones in it but still tasted okay. Not worth 22 euros…
