I ordered two of the same drink. My 2nd one is nothing like the first. It’s missing all of the top ingredients. I can’t event order something from here and get the same exact item twice. Disappointing because I didn’t get what I wanted/ordered and I paid for it.

I normally love Dunkin donuts but this location is the worst. They never have the special donuts they some times taste a little stale, and the filling is always half assed. Their drinks are normal a bit more bitter then the other locations. If I go to Newark or by Polaris Westerville or new Albany it's always perfect.

My review is low but not because of the service I received. I LOVE Dunkin but they really missed the mark. By they, I mean the store owner. I couldn’t believe that the owner took it upon themselves to tell the servers they can no longer accept tips!! I guarantee you that when the owner made the decision to take away their tips, the employees did not receive a raise in their hourly! I used to be a server in the coffee world and I remember how even though I only got 5-15$ a day in tips after splitting them, it made my day to get something for myself when I had to deal with the crappy attitude of the general public who hasn’t had their morning coffee yet! These people that work at this store are WONDERFUL! They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and ACCURATE when taking orders and making food! They work hard and deserve a tip! I mean for God’s sake, it doesn’t cost the owner a single penny to allow me to give the woman in the window a dollar! This franchise owner needs to do better, you make 3x more than these wonderful people yet you can’t allow them to have 5$ a day that doesn’t cost you anything from your take home! They deserve the tip!! DO BETTER!

Normally Dunkin is my go to & I receive excellent service. I've been through recently & ordered a small iced latte & bagel bites. When I got to the window I was told my order total was nearly $23. I asked how & the employee insisted that I had ordered 2 large drinks on top of my original order. I kindly told her she must've misheard me as I did not order said beverages & she proceeded to say "so now you don't want these?" I again reminded her I had not ordered them, she briefly left me at the window to grab another associate who came over and questioned repeatedly why I did not want these drinks after ordering them. After sensing what appeared to be rude frustration from the staff, I paid for my small iced latte, that was also incorrectly made & my bagel bites & left. I miss the old staff when Dunkin first opened, I am uncertain whether I will be back.

A lady named Elyssa was very rude and aggressive towards myself and staff. I don’t understand why they allow this behavior to continue. Some of these staff are decent the donuts are ok The coffee depends on the day and who is working. The owner and district manager should really care about customers and take responsibility. This is happening to loosely and something needs to be done hire better workers Kind workers people who love there jobs and customers.

They gave me a cold coffee when I ordered a hot one and got upset when I asked if they could make me a new one. When she did make me a new one she put the whipped cream in the lid??? I'm definitely not going here again.

I really didnt even want to give a star at the way I was treated today, I went through this location today about 410pm now mind you I am a consent customer of 3x a day and today as Im placing my order I ask my daughter who was with me what she wanted as the manager I assume is telling me my total and asking me to come to window I stated I was not done with my order and as rude as she could be state "WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT" I said excuse me and told her what I wanted and move forward. I asked the girl taking my money "Are you all rude today" she said well you were rude first, I then started crying and said Im a repeat customer and Im never rude to any of you if anything I stand and talk to you all when Im in here. The then manager came to the window, and I held my drink up and said this is even wrong the other window girl then yelled at me and said that is what you wanted I said no continuing to cry. I just took my stuff and pulled away. Im so disappointed at the way they acted today and the fact that I was not rude to any of them whatsoever unless you want to consider that me saying excuse me about them being rude to me about i was not done with my order then I guess I was rude. I would say I would start going to starbucks again but I love dunkin so much that I will probably continue going I just wont conversate out of my way anymore.

The employees know nothing about the app. They are very rude. There is no consistency on how they drinks. When you try to talk to the manager, she doesn’t care. She’s just as bad as the employees

Absolutely rude employees. Don’t take more than 10 seconds to decide what you want. That’s not the worst part when I asked give me a few minutes so my wife can decide nothing but rudeness then the order was made and only half full and when said something more rudeness this is the worst DD I been too. Upper management needs to correct this issue before it becomes a real problem.

Very poor experience. We showed up 15 minutes before they closed we got out of the car and they eye contact with us then continued to lock the door and shake it in our face… VERY disrespectful. Unbelievable. As we drive through the drive thru to get out they glared at us, put your big girl pants on.
