Everyone was very friendly, from the hostess to the servers; however, the food was unfortunately not the best I've ever had. I ordered a pork leg sandwich since it was my first time there and I didn't want to "let them down" with my choice, and it was just okay. What I did like was that the meat wasn't dry, and it was a good size, but the flavor was nothing special. The atmosphere of the place feels a bit sad; I feel like it lacks a bit of life. I'm giving it 5 stars for the service.

A good place to eat tortas. The bread is delicious, the tortas have excellent flavor, and prices range from 200 to 300 euros for a large torta. Smaller tortas are also available.

Nice place, fast and attentive service, very tasty tortas, the potato salad lacked flavor, a little bland, I would go back just for the tortas, the traditional one is the best :)

A very traditional, unpretentious place. The food is very basic and bland. I hadn't been there in a long time, but I remember the rajas (poblano pepper strips) being tastier.

The prices seemed high for the quantity; the mushrooms and cheese were bland. But what surprised me most was that they charged $16 pesos for a glass of water, which isn't supposed to be by law. This hasn't happened to me anywhere, either in Mexico or abroad. And they offer you dessert and tell you they'll bring it with ice cream. "Do you want it that way?" Without telling you that it has an extra cost.

They didn't send my order as I requested over the phone, and they told me they wouldn't charge me, but that's not the point. Besides, the cakes I received had burnt bread. They were expensive, and then the service was bad. There's too much competition; on top of that, they serve you reluctantly. Very bad customer service over the phone.

fui el día de ayer con mi familia y el mesero de cabecera se portó súper grosero, en ningún momento dirigió la palabra, parecía que estábamos hablando con una pared, no fue nada atento, nos ignoró toda la cena aún cuando nosotras pedíamos todo con educación y dábamos gracias

Se tardaron 1 hra con 38 minutos en entregar 2 tortas. Ni siquiera avisaron que llegarian tarde.

2.5 horas pasaron y no supieron dónde entregar el pedido a 3km de distancia, lo tuve que cancelar porque no sabían en donde (han entregado más de 10 ocasiones en la misma dirección), de los peores servicios a domicilio de la ciudad

They have the phone off the hook so they don't take orders. The young lady who works at the Vasconcelos branch taking orders is always grumpy. The service is AWFUL. They delivered our food cold and made us wait too long. I used to be a fan of the tortas, but the service and quality have deteriorated dramatically, and it's no longer worth it.

We ordered three Americanos. Tasteless, only served with chili, no sauce. I remembered something delicious. And, oh surprise, they didn't even spread anything on the bread and the dry meat.

I ordered them for home delivery. I haven't eaten them for 3 years. It's a scam. They were delicious before, always expensive but delicious. Now they are tiny and ugly. I don't know if they changed owners, but they are terrible.

I bought a Casa Blanca salad and the strawberries were spoiled. I called the Vasconcelos branch where I placed the order, but they refused to exchange it. The restaurant staff said they'd received too many complaints and couldn't do anything about it. They couldn't exchange it because all the salads they had were spoiled. They refused to give me a refund. Terrible service. It's not the first time they've sent salads like this; they always send them with spoiled strawberries.

We ordered four tortas and they were terrible. They were practically empty. They didn't even have mayonnaise. The Spanish torta was just Serrano ham on a roll, and the Cuban torta barely had a tomato (green, by the way) and hardly any cheese. They took forever to arrive. I wouldn't be back even if it were free!

Horrible food! It's all either Frozen or refrigerated, they just heat it and put it together, so the food tastes like fridge, not fresh. Horrible place is falling apart in all ways possible, really sad.
