The front cashier Denise was extremely helpful and sweet!! She definitely has an amazing personality and was very polite to me. I will keep going back to this location as long as Denise works there!!!!!
So this is the only WhatABurger we come to! We have some closer to our home, but the first time we came here they had great customer service, the food was good and hot! Went a second time and same thing, so we continue to go to this specific location. There’s a lot of young men and women in there who have great customer service and do a great job. Too often we see complaints from people about the smallest things and not enough praise and gratitude. So we thank you all who work there for all that you do.
Good food was not and delicious takes a while though .
I was stranded here while waiting for a tow truck. The kindness that was shown to me by the entire staff was above and beyond. The food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was perfect and just what I needed to warm me up.

We've eaten at other Whataburgers before but this one has the best food by far. The customer service is good, too.
Lately the burgers are not as tasty as they used to be. The curbside service was off by 15 minutes, and this is not the first time. I hate to be proactive and order ahead of time, and then have to wait more than others coming in after me.

I came here to get dinner. The service was good and fast. My cashier was Rohanna and she was very nice. The lady who gave me my food said my dog was adorable. ☺️ If management is reading this give those people a raise. I'm sure they don't get paid enough for everything they do.

This location is awesome, EVERYTIME I go it's clean, and the food comes just as you ordered it. Not to mention the great customer service. There is an older gentleman name Robert, he has such a great personality and has a sense of humor. I definitely recommend this location 👍🏽
I wish I could take some pictures. Very well maintained location. Extremely friendly and happy staff. Cleanliness was top notch. And it's close to our pediatrician office. So, we plan to stop by there at least 4 times a year.
I’ve been coming to this Whataburger for years. I am never dissatisfied. I love the staff and the food. I also think the operating partner Erica Alfaro is amazing! I will never stop coming here.
Not only was this place and the perfect location, it was actually clean! Order was actually correct! And when I walked in I was actually greeted there was an actual adult behind the counter. Ready to take my order instead of some kids just goofing around. I wish all whataburgers were like this one hands down five stars

This has to be the best Whataburger location I have ever visited. The employees are always very helpful and courteous. In addition, the food is always served fresh and hot. My wife and I have made it an informal tradition to have "brunch" at this location every few Saturdays or so. We wish all Whataburger locations practiced these same high standards!

I stopped by for a late lunch and was surprised how busy they were. I was greeted promptly and order taken accurately. My double meat whataburger was order without a bun. I should of taken a picture of the meal because you could tell the cook took pride in laying the meat and veggies on the tray. Thank you for a great meal and a great experience! GR3
Fast inside service which seems to be rare with a few whataburger restaurants in the area chicken tenders are really good there location is really convenient after shopping at the grocery store in the plaza
We visited this location for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the awesome service from their staff. From placing the order to pickup and them inquiring if we needed anything else, what-a-burger is a nice change to see good customer service amongst the fast food chains. Keep up the good work and please maintain this quality of food and customer service.
My partner and I come here late at night after gigs, and this place is reliably fast and accurate for us. Most Whataburger locations are notoriously slow - waiting in line for 20+ minutes, if not more - but this place is always on top of it. We love it here - keep it up!
Everyone has always loved Whataburger for the super friendly service and consistently awesome burgers. This location is an excellent example of why we love them and our out of state visitors make a point to include them on their trip.
I go to the drive-through of Whataburger more than I would like to admit (Almost on daily basis lol) Anytime I have Courtney working the drive-through taking my order and or delivering it regardless of what kind of mood I meant prior to interacting with her I leave there in the best of moods. She is always an absolute pleasure, She goes out of her way to be kind and caring and I absolutely love her. I feel like she deserves the recognition she deserves. If I was blessed to have Courtney working for me I would absolutely give her a raise and I hope that she is granted what she deserves!
Very nice experience just now at the drive through she actually read my order back to me! She even asked what kind of condiments I wanted (most just throw a mix in the bag at other locations), gave me clear direction on where to go and gave me my total. Another team member was already ready to take my payment (Apple Pay on the second lane is awesome!) she was very kind and my food was brought out in a timely manner. I have to say I’m impressed as fast food experience these days after 5pm is usually a pain but this experience gave me hope. My order was fresh and correct. They wrote a cute note “thank you for coming :)” Thank you for your service! What you do does make a difference! I don’t play about my food lol
I had such a fantastic time at this restaurant! The first thing I noticed was how clean the entire place was, from the dining area to the restrooms. It's always a good feeling when a place takes pride in its appearance. The employees were all incredibly friendly, greeting us with genuine smiles and making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was incredibly fast, which was a huge plus. We barely had time to settle in before our food arrived. And oh, the food! The burgers were out of this world, cooked exactly how we asked and bursting with flavor. The french fries were the perfect side, crispy and hot. It's rare to find a place that excels in both food quality and customer service, but this spot nailed it. We're already planning our next visit! I can't recommend it enough for a great meal and a great time.
Imani (I think, couldn’t see name tag too clear) is great! During the craze of the National burger day thing, she held it down and was authoritative! She kept it orderly and got things done. Quite impressive to say the least! Maybe not in an insane rush would I come back, but definitely respect this establishment and will return during “normal” times.
Yoooooo. Whaaat? Did you guys have new hires? They are doing pretty awesome. The store is clean, the service is good, and very organized. I hope this isn't just a fluke, I really enjoyed my meal (I used to have a 3-star rating for this location but I am now giving it a perfect 5). Everything is well made, and portions have gotten larger. It's nice. Keep up the good work.
Good place to go pretty much anytime of the week or day except on a Friday or Saturday night after 11pm. There is always a long line at that time. Don't bother getting in the outer most lane either during those times, because you could be sitting there for a long time while the innermost lane moves. Not sure if they do this on purpose because it has happened to me personally twice, and I have seen others pull up to it at the same time as myself and sit there for 10-15 minutes without their order being taken. Other than that, great service, food is always good & and fresh to order.
The service it's great, and depending on what you choose is good, only when you ask for well done, you know it's a mistake already....
Had a pleasant experience. Food came quickly, but they forgot the cheese on my daughters burger. We had to get that fixed. The tea containers were empty and had to wait in line to get a drink.
Location was very clean and food came out fast. I just wish the people at the front were more attentive and not having to be told by the manager to take people’s orders while they’re waiting to being helped. Food was great just the lack of customer service kind of ruined the experience for me.
If you’re not from TX and haven’t tried Whataburger you’re missing out. Try the patty melt. Can’t go wrong! This location was clean and the services was good.
I stopped by last night and as far as the food and service it was good, the only problem was the speed of service. There weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru, but the speed they were serving orders was at a snail's pace. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that they were short staffed or something. They were always nice to me and my family. They were out of gravy so they offered another sauce to replace it.
I love me some Whataburger and stop at this location OMW to and/or from DFW. Really bummed out this morning when I pay almost $4 for a Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit- get to DFW entrance and find out there is NO SAUSAGE on the biscuit! You make 3 varieties, bacon/sausage/ potato. I would understand if I got something different, but to just have egg and cheese only on a biscuit means someone does not have their head in the game. I usually check my bag (as I did this morning), but I have never felt that I have to check the sandwich to see if it is made right!!!
Food is good. Love the biscuits and gravy, bacon taquito no cheese and avocado burger. Unfortunately, their iced coffee are absolutely HORRID. Ordered in iced coffee with sweet cream through app today. Received a plain iced coffee. I fortunately had some creamer at her me. However, even with my creamer, it was the most disgusting iced coffee I have ever had. And it isn't the first time I have had bad coffee here. I guess I'll stick with getting my coffees from an actual coffee shop
Would have loved to give this location a better review. Main issue was food, ordered 3 piece tenders, the chicken and fries had a off taste and unusual dark color that I belive was old oil, the toast despite not looking burnt tasted like it. Employees I interacted with were polite and had good attitudes, only issues were I was told there were napkins "in the bag" and there weren't. Employees I observed worked in a high paced but efficient manner and seemed to have positive attitudes. This visible portions of the dining room and kitchen were clean and well attended.
As much as I come here, especially as a graveyard shift worker, I am appreciative of this place being open 24/7. I am truly grateful of that and the people who work here. But at the same time it’s disheartening being spoken to so rudely over the mic while they take my order. Like a hurry up attitude and tone especially when they say “Anything else?”. Its just this one particular lady who is rude though... I get working night shifts may suck but dang, I work graveyard shifts too for 12 hours. But don’t take it out on the customers. And as a customer and a small business owner I don’t think this is polite. I would rather speak to someone else over the mic. Its almost every time my partner and I come up here… Can you just be a bit kinder? Thats all I ask… 😵💫

The burger here is my all-time favorite! I also discovered a new item on the menu that I had never tried before. I'm very disappointed this time. For the first time, the food was cold and tasteless. It's not what I'm used to from this place. The burger was missing a lot—it just didn’t hit the mark."
It’s a little frustrating to be charged $.40 for sauces and then instead of the sauce you’re charge for you get pancake syrup. Not really thinking that will taste very good on my patty melt. I ordered online so I selected my sauces. I just checked and I did not select pancake syrup. Additionally, I asked for spicy ketchup and received none.
Did a curbside order that was 7 minutes late, all but one modification to our order was ignored. Food tasted fine.
Seems they always forget something... Tonight it was the Chicken gravy again.. Had to wait as they were already helping someone else... At least they remembered the Fry's this time... Always check your bag before you leave the parking lot or counter. Food is good though. I always seem to go back.
I stopped at this location for lunch today. The person who took my order at the register was an older Caucasian male. His name badge said Robert. He was very temperamental & extremely rude! But I noticed he was fairly kind to everyone else. Not sure if he was racist or if there was just something about me that he didn’t like! Food was good but this unexpected hostility experienced during this encounter with this very rude person could have very well ruined my day.
Waited 20 minutes for my order even though I was the first car in the drive through at 1 am. Ordered 1 burger meal. The manager greets me with "whataburger, what can I get you" over the speaker. Great customer service bud. Then pulls me forward to cash out the car behind me so he can bump off the order off his monitor. Then doesn't say anything about the wait when he hands me the food. Just hands it to me and walks off
This Whataburger location is remarkably slow, even surpassing McDonald's in slowness, which is a notable feat; nevertheless, as it's the only one nearby, I suggest hiring more staff to enhance performance.
Food is good, as expected from a franchise. But they always miss my orders across five or six visits. Curbside pick up is a joke. I waited in my car for 15 minutes after checking in. I finally went inside and told them my name, and they conveniently pull out my bag out from the kitchen. Apparently they had my food ready to go all that time, but decided not to bring it out to my car for who knows why. So overall, bad service but good food, if you care to check if they prepared your order correctly.
Service is very slow at all hours of the day, drive through takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through, and every single time I've gotten a cinnamon roll at the drive through they hand it out unheated and upside down. Other than that, the food is always good and orders are usually accurate, staff is always friendly.
The ad for the free Whataburger was VERY misleading! We came to this location to redeem for the doe offer and the kid at the counter didn’t tell us they wouldn’t honor it until we were ready to pay. The food took almost 20 minutes to get and it was Luke warm at best. The restaurant was filthy and the crickets inside were extremely noisy. You’d think this would be a health violation too. Not sure we will return to this location. It used to be a good one but definitely not today!!!
I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but they got my order wrong. Pulled back into the drive through and cashed said it was correct after looking at the receipt and salad. Receipts say: No bacon GC Patty (Grilled Chicken patty) Grilled jalapeños X-Avacados Balsamic vinegar They gave me a fried chicken piece with bacon. They had forgotten my salad dressing and water in the first run through. Tripple meat Burger was smack though
Don't order the 3pc chicken meal. Had to wait 15 min for the dipping sauce/gravy. So our food was cold before we can eat. One of the employees prop open the front. So it is freezing in here it is like 50 degrees out side. It feels even colder inside. It is going to be a long time before I come back. This was the last Whataburger I come to. I drive also 30 min to come here. If wanted to eat cold food I would have stayed home, at lease it's free. I feel like nobody cares no more. I paid for cold food on date night is not a good night. I recommend not going. If I went through the drive thru I probably wouldn't have gotten the sauce. Then I wouldn't come back ever.
The food here is so disappointing. I stopped going to this location because of the amount of salt they are putting on their hamburgers. Lordy. I decided to give them another try after a year hiatus, nothing has changed. The employees are nice, but the food is terrible.
Me and my one year old son got food poisoning from the milk shake vanilla. Clean y’all shake machine please. We went to the Er due to this issue.
The practice of flatting fries' container, filled the container with a bare minimum of fries, lay it down so it appears to be full until one sits the container upright and expand the flatten container, the portion of fries ones actually get is half the portions of the container. This is a shameful way of cutting costs, deceiving loyal customer and eroding customer’s goodwill. It was a female manager who brought my tray to my table, so, this practice is fully sanctioned by leadership. I noticed all the dine in customers containers are flatten like mine. I dislike dishonesty, specially from leadership, it rotten the whole organization to its core. The food was exceptionally good, fresh and hot. The restaurant was well kept and clean. I would like this to have this restaurant as one’s of my favorites. But the loss of faith makes it the last time I will visit this establishment. If this deception is so blatant, one wonders that else this establishment cutting corners on. I have no faith nor respect.
Absolutely horrible service at breakfast. Main lane was full so I used outside lane. Despite main lane being full, they were still taking orders faster than the outside lane. Then after cars in front of me left, no one came to take payment. Finally had to leave. If you’ve not going to service the outside lane, close it.
Update: If you want to listen to your favorite podcast for 41 minutes at night and never get your food. This is the place to go. I ordered online at 11:18 was told it'd be ready in 4-7 minutes. I arrived to the window at 11:30 was told to drive up. After waiting 10 minutes I was told to wrap around and they would bring it to me. I parked and waited another 20 minutes. Finally decided to get down at 12:08 after I was told it wouldn't be faster to get my order. My order had been sitting in the back of a shelf. My food was cold. The only positive is the cashier who helped me offered to make my drink that they didn't bother giving me at the window. Please don't offer services that you are not able to provide late night. This wasn't the first time I've had issues at this location at night. The best time to visit this location is during the day. are always so friendly and quick when delivering my order curbside.
Y'all need to be checking your Uber eats drivers and give them the correct meals.
We were in B lane for a hot minute and got skipped 3x until we spoke on the intercom then had to honk. I got hung up on when I called at 12:04am. Before we pulled up B lane was open, and there wasn’t many cars in total. We’ve always came here, for years…who is running this place at night? I only called to let them know people were on B lane. Why are y’all so rude? I’m calling during the morning shift to let your GM know.
What’s chicken sandwich was horrible,very soggy not fresh
When I received fries incorrectly seasoned and told the cashier, Anthony M, Monday 4:30pm shift, rather correct the matter, he rudely took my fries, (maybe threw them away, maybe threw them back in the fry bin?), and scooped a (presumably new) box of fries but they also weren't seasoned correctly. Rather than fixing the issue, he handed back my fries with a look of hate on his face, as revenge for saying that the fries weren't seasoned correctly. When I thanked him, he didn't say anything - because he was taking revenge against me for letting him know the fries weren't seasoned correctly. He also gossiped like a high school girl to the other employees that I hurt his feelings for saying the fries weren't seasoned correctly. He looked at me with hate because he didn't want me to go to that restaurant again. I have no problem obliging. Why would I want to put myself through this passive aggressive emotional abuse?
I was at the counter for a long time and then another customer show up and said “hello!” and nobody seems to be interested to take our order I can’t believe that I drove from Irving, passing at least 2 other Whataburger restaurants I’m very disappointed I didn’t use the drive tru for reason… service!
Horrible experience on 9/15…. Visited the drive thru at 3:48 pm and the girl who was working drive thru was completely rude!!!
Worst Whataburger experience if you place an online order as it takes an inordinate amount of time and you can observe employees standing around without bringing the order in if they don't want to bring the order out allow pickup of the order through the drive-thru.

Went to Whataburger here on Denton Tap ordered 9 Taquitos and 2 Biscuits they asked if I wanted condiments I said Picante Sauce for the burritos and I got 2. Called and talked to the manager who just said sorry and we will try to do better nothing else. Bad service.
Waiting in the drive thru line to get a meal. Online B someone how no checked to see if anyone was in then van pulled up and Lane A and that’s her order his food.
I would give 0 stars but it would not allow me. My order was completely wrong! No fries and a hamburger with onions and cheese only. I requested No Onions. Apparently the person who took the order does not understand English. This establishment has gone down hill by hiring people who do not care about the quality of service they provide. I would expect more from this establishment.
This location can’t seem to give me what I pay for or quality food. Last time I came they messed up my order and this morning after stopping for breakfast they served me cold food! A taquito so cold the cheese wasn’t melted and it wasn’t properly wrapped. My hash browns were cold as well. I would think I could get better service…. It’s 4:35 in the morning smh…
I ordered two potato taquitos with cheese at the drive-thru, and when I paid for my meal, it was more expensive than it usually is. I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for two extra cheese slices. I came inside and brought this up to the employees who lack basic customer service skills that I didn't ask for extra cheese, just the potato taquitos with cheese. They told me that potato taquitos with cheese don't come with cheese so I was charged for "2 potato taquito with cheese" (which already cost higher than regular potato taquitos) AND "2 extra cheese", and then they walked off to gossip more. Incompetent and rude workers at this location.
I had ordered my food on uber eats !! And it was a terrible experience!! They didn’t give us any straws for our drinks as well as giving us unsweet tea instead of sweet tea I ordered as well as no sauces to go over our salads ! I will never order from them again! Horrible!
My biggest problem with WB the past few years is this nonsense with giving as little fries as possible, and old, not so fresh fries. I also think the quality of the burgers is steadily going down. Not just at this location, but every WB in Dallas it seems. I ordered large fries hoping to get a large fries amount, and instead got a small in a large container.
Food was good but I asked for ketchup for my onion rings and nope, no ketchup...to make things worse they gave me zero napkins. I was in drive thru and had to eat in my truck. Pay attention to details please
