The risotto was absolutely delicious
Fantastic little restaurant! After a long 7-hour journey, we were thrilled to get two delicious pizzas made in seconds for just €14. The quality was excellent — fresh, tasty, and perfectly done. The waitress was incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem on the Lago Maggiore. Very good, authentic Italian cuisine. We had fantastic Pasta and Fileto Di Manzo as well as fantastic dessert. Totally sweet service. Definitely recommend.

Had dinner here on 2 occasions last week and was excellent both times . Pasta Vongole , Sea bass and fillet steak were perfectly prepared by the Grill Chef . The best in Maccagno - I should know as I tried them all last week and went to Italia the last 2 nights . Service is excellent and so friendly and relaxed . Nothing is a problem for the staff . Cant wait to return next month when back in Maccagno . Grazie
The food was awesome!! As a main dish we had the Pasta alla Scoglio für two - the best seafood pasta I ever head!! The service and Ambiente was really nice. We can defiantly recommend the restaurant!

In this Place you definitely Rat real Italien kitchen like vitello tonnato which Is Most delicate and Must be prepared by an extraordinary Cook! Also the filetto al Pepe verde Is outstanding! You habe never Jas auch Tasty anddelicate veal, gorgious! Do Not eat pizza as you Miss out heavenlike kitchen ! Also the Creme al caffe is delicious and Most Outstanding!

We both had a pizza quatro formaggi and dessert. The taste was fine. We sat outside,great ambiance.
Not quite cheap but adequate dishes ... They serve pizzas too
Piatto del giorno - there is choice but cameriere doesn't really know what is avaliable in the kitchen so imagine this - you will order and about 2 minutes later waiter will come back to you and will say that you can't have meal you ordered because is not available(!!!) in my opinion waiter should know exactly what is available before he approach table with hungry customers I think portions were small and perhaps is better to go for meal from menu and not piatto del giorno... Garden are ok but there is a lot of smoking around the tables and there was no fresh air for breathing because of the cigarette smoke, I think people that work in restaurant smoke outside a lot too I think it was ok to come and eat but perhaps next time will try different restaurant to compare experience. not the most friendly owner and staff unfortunately
I cannot review the food since we waited seated (after reservation) half an hour for the menu or some drinks. Neither came. After 30 minutes we left the place with empty stomachs. No one of the staff even cared.
Unfriendly staff. They didn't offer pizza when we were there, though it's on the menu.
