The early morning crew is fast. Also came here around 9:30 pm and they actually served us ice cream! as the royal lane location said they didn’t have any but in reality they were just being lazy. This location is the best!

Except for the fact I asked about a double quarter pounder, then ordered a double quarter pounder, but the man keyed in double burger, and seemed confused when I said I wanted a double quarter pounder, it was fine. Maybe he thought I shouldn't be gobbling up such a big burger. 😆 I dont know. It was all good though.
I came by to bring my son in for a small dinner to end the day and my experience with this place was satisfactory. The front cashiers were nice, Kind and friendly. My son and I ordered and they quickly brought out our food. Everything was warm and fresh, which helped us enjoy our food more.

Handed me the wrong drink, but the server was extremely nervous by the look on his face because his manager was directly over his shoulder. I joked with them after they apologized for giving me the wrong drink and not handing me all my food. Said "it must be training day 😁" they both chuckled and confirmed he was a new hire. Either way he was very polite, and I'm sure he will make a great employee. Good was great, but I wish they would have given me enough fries to fill up my large container. I bought a large that was actually a medium. I'll chalk it up to inexperienced fry filling 😂

I just went through the drive through for breakfast after a rough shift… Both of the ladies at the windows were SOOOO sweet! So friendly! I go to this location a lot when I get off work. Their food is always consistent and their staff are seriously amazing!
The mccafe machine works after midnight in a 24/7 store while other stores take it apart to clean it around 9 and stop serving mccafe's 4 hours before closing at 1am

Thank you to the wonderful team at this McDonald's location. We were greeted by the staff with cheer and great service this morning for breakfast. Sincerely this is the best McDonald's location I've been too. The kids played in the play area and the staff was friendly and inviting. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful visit today.
That place was getting slammed but the crew were staying chill even when dealing with unnecessarily angry customers. And the food was great! I made a mobile order and they had it ready within a few minutes.
This is literally the best McDonald's in Texas. Drive through is extremely efficient and stays on point. Be smart, use the app to order before you get there, you'll get rewards!

The service was great. Double cheeseburger had been in the warmer too long, and we're a little dried out. Filet of fish was hot and delicious. I wish they'd use that bun on more sandwiches.

I used to remember when a Big Mac was that, big. Now it seems as if they give you a kids meal. Staff was not friendly and after waiting for about five minutes to order, I was told to use the kiosk.

I usually am fine with the service at this McDonalds, but there is one thing that drives me crazy. Every time me and my girlfriend order a triple cheeseburger in this location they only give us 2 patties. They give us 3 pieces of cheese but only 2 patties. My fries tasted terrible, I called first and drove returned them for fresh fries. This picture is the second time around, they still tasted bad. On the outside it seemed like your typical McDonald's restaurant. It was very late at night and I entered the drive through. I sat there for about 10 minutes before someone took my order. I was a little irritated at first, but when I got to the second window I could only see one employee who seemed to be doing everything. Poor lady. She was nice and did everything correctly as far as I'm concerned. It's just a shame that there were no other employees available to help. McDonald's, you need to reshuffle your employees and ensure there are enough at a location, otherwise consider closing it. The Big Mac meal I ordered was fresh and tasted as expected, but I had an issue with the size of the meat patties. When did they get so small and thin? I remember Big Macs being the KING of Burgers as a kid. What happened?? C'mon McDonald's.
Every time I go to this McDonald’s drive-thru, I am asked to pull ahead and wait - even if there are no cars behind me! This is the only franchise that makes me do this every time. I come here often because it is closest to my work, but I think I need to find another location.
Every 1-2 years I give this location a try since it’s the closest to my home. Luke warm fries, poor service even for fast food, and now high prices. Sometimes I get lucky and the fries are kinda fresh.
Wrong order. Drive through pick up and when we got home to unpack, got extra things that did not order and missing things that were ordered. Pancakes came with no butter or syrup, hash cooked half way. Had to pull up and wait, which is fine, but to get the wrong order after almost 25 minutes for drive through is frustrating. Not pleasant experience.
Drive through person taking our order was talking to like 3 other people who were doing their own orders and wasn’t muting their mic in between, so it was impossible to know if they’re talking to me or not, and they got confused about which food items were for my order cause of said “multitasking” so we ended up repeating things multiple times. They also never read our order back afterwards or at the window when paying. Just further cost cutting measures from McDonald’s so that they can get away with doing the absolute bare minimum
It's McDonald's so you're getting pretty much what you'd expect. The service however at night isn't great. Was told to go park in take out spot but I was boxed in by the people in front waiting at the line and people behind me so they just kept telling me to back up and find a way to squeeze out. Don't appreciate people getting in my face like that. I shouldn't have all this stress with a stupid fast food place. Big chains like this are why this kind of stuff needs to go away.

Got off work at 11:30 and didn't get to eat anything for dinner so I really wanted a Big Mac. Went to the drive thru and waited 5 minutes after the car in front of me went thru. I placed a mobile order for a coffee on the app around 4:12 am. Once at the store, the lady said she it would take more than 10 minutes for her to prepare my coffee because her computer was down. I asked her to see my phone to see the order and give me my coffee and she said she couldn’t do it. She said she was the manager but refused to provide me her name. After visiting with family in the area I decided to order on the mobile app and pickup.inside the location because apparently their pickup at the window was not an option. Upon arriving I went through the drive thru without seeing that I was meant to go inside. When I got to the ordering kiosk I was ignored while two customers who weren't there when I arrived were tended to before me. Once arriving inside I was met by a manager who was clearly overwhelmed with the 2to 3 cars in the drive up window , her face and demeanor told me all I needed so I didn't even bother trying to get her attention again as i could see my food sitting on the counter I was lucky enough to catch the attention of a shift leader who tended to me happily and with grace she smiled and motioned a silly face towards the chaos or management behind her as she served me She is the only reason for this review. Safe to say this evening manager needs to reevaluate position as a manager and consider a better attitude towards the customers.
This is the happiest place I the world right, right, well my boyfriend only got a burger so I wanted a meal with my burger the cashier a Spanish speaking woman assumed I wanted only a burger and when the order came I had to reorder fries and a drink and wait for it by that time my guy had already ate all of his food (some date)
This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Took 27 min to get our breakfast order for two people. Then when I asked about it they said it has been done. I went to grab it and only half the food was there and no drinks or ketchup or syrup. Whoever is managing Themis group of employees needs to be fired. When asked why it took so long the young lady rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. Pretty ridiculous.

The woman speaking to us through the intercom at March 22nd 2:15 AM was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Her tone was nasty, impatient, and downright disrespectful. I’ve interacted with many dedicated, hardworking employees at this location, and she is clearly NOT one of them. If she can’t speak to customers with basic decency, she has no business working in drive-thru service.
Nowadays, the combos to order a tomato sauce are becoming more and more scarce, they already give you a bad face, they no longer have good customer service
Customer service trash! I ordered from the drive thur and they forgot my sauce so I go into the store. As soon as I walk into the store the manger yells order at the kiosk without even greeting me and letting me even speak to her before walking away from the front counter. Waited at least 4 minutes before yelling across the store to get someone attention to ask for the sauce that they forgot.
I placed a mobile order. When i arrived the ice cream machine was broken. They said they could not fill the mobile order and it would be refunded within 24 hours. The manager then had me place a order at the window for the other items I ordered. They charged me for both orders. Their phone does not work to even try to speak with them.

I made a mobile order, and while on the app, it told me what was not available. I made the order a significant amount of time before coming to the establishment. Yet, upon arrival I was denied service. Once explaining that I had made a mobile order, they only doubled down with their rude denial of service. And, when reviewing my order, they went through each item and told me that they are out of stock. How are you out of burgers ingredients and chicken nuggets? You are Mcdonalds. Delayed service. 25 min drive through for french fries Only 2 cars in front of us One personnel only, taking orders and payments, and preparing the food. He touched the food without gloves, and he was rude as well.
The line was long. A lady who was a supervisor talked long past meeting an order while many stood in line, waiting at lunch to even order. Frankly, it made me angry. And she was the only one taking orders. The kiosk wasn't working. She didn't care.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your drive-thru. On a recent visit, I felt that customers were intentionally ignored. Additionally, my iced coffee was watered down, with half of the cup being filled with ice, despite my request for no ice. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Worst service ever. The signs say If we don’t ask you about your McDonalds rewards, get a free pie on us. So when I asked about a free apple pie an employee told me we don’t do that anymore and slammed the window on me. So I sat there until a manager came to the window - he proceeded to tell me the same thing but when I questioned why the signs (all 4 of them) state that you get a free apple pie if they don’t ask - he said he didn’t know. I asked him if they had any apple pies and he said yes so I asked him to give me one. As he turned around he told all of the employees inside that I was ghetto. I have been going to this location for years, but will never go again- the level of disrespect has become unbelievable not to mention I was not requesting free food merely to grant what the menu suggests.
Do NOT get anything from this location if you want some good Mickey D's. Stopped by to get some ice cream for some guests at my place and paid good money for some sundaes. If you compare the pictures of what McDonalds posts vs. what they provided it is TOTALLY different. I requested to talk to the Manager but apparently he/she was busy at the moment. Since I was doing drive through and I did not want to build up traffic/cause a scene, I just took what was provided and left. I will NEVER be coming back to this location. Various times I've gone thru the drive thru at night time 11pm to 3am. They dont answer on the intercom or they say that their "System is down", and gave no service. I thought it was a 24hrs location.
Always check your order before leaving here. Out of 10 orders in the last year all 10 have been missing one or more items or items have been blatantly wrong regardless of when the order was placed.

This McDonald’s will STEAL your money during the overnight shift, the overnight shift leader encourages the employees to stop working and ignore customers who have mobile orders. I went to the speaker three times and got no response, I pulled up to the window and knocked loudly since I could see multiple employees inside, I then honked for several minutes to which again nobody responded to me. I then found an unlocked door and tried to get the attention of an employee but he RAN AWAY from me instead. Once someone finally came to talk to me he said “we’re close and not taking orders tonight” I asked him “will you be able to fulfill the mobile order I’ve already placed or will you have to cancel it?” He then told me I would have to cancel the order myself and refused to cancel or make my order. If the restaurant doesn’t cancel your mobile order you do not get a refund and you don’t get the items you paid for. I’d avoid this location unless you like confrontation from patty flippers
If your ice cream machine is broken or you can't fulfill the order, cancel before wasting an hour of my time
Go to different one. Four ladies who was working the counter are extremely loud and obnoxious. I ordered food through the kiosk and it took it at least 10 minutes to get to me. It was just sitting on the counter and waiting for them to stop arguing with each other and scream. Food was ok it McDonalds but was cold
They don't even have a soap dispenser in the men's restroom, let alone any type of soap at all. Imagine how the employees wash their hands after a bowel movement before leaving the bathroom! That's a nasty health code violation!
There are no cashiers, they direct everyone to order at kiosks. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, I arrived and checked in in the app, and 15 minutes later still didn’t have food. I went inside to talk to a cashier, and had to wait to talk to a cook since they do not have cashiers. They told me I had never checked in in the app, which I did.
Terrible place. Delivery drivers complain they have to wait 10 or 15 or sometimes 20 mints before they are handed their orders. Staff especially at night is extremely unprofessional and unreceptive.
I ordered through the kiosk. It took them almost 10 minutes to fill my order...for a basket of fries. One person in line ahead of me. He was a door dash driver who got tired of waiting and bailed the alarm to the play place was going off the entire time. Every one ignored it.

This McDonald’s has the slowest drive-thru. I almost always have to wait 3-5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I am at the speaker. I’ve even had to drive up to the window after waiting for so long, because nobody responds. Last night was no exception. After waiting for several minutes for someone to acknowledge me, it took an additional 13 minutes (from 8:22 to 8:35) to get from the speaker to get to the window to get my food. I wish I could say this was an exception, because they were busy, but it happens even when there is hardly anyone in line (or inside). I have given this location too many opportunities to waste my time. From now on, I will drive an extra few minutes to go to a different mcd’s.
Placed an order on the app 30 minutes before breakfast was to be served. I pull up to drive thru and immediately an told that it will be 15 minutes before they could help me since they were changing over for breakfast. I was trying to tell her I ordered through the app. She never came back. I pulled up to window and she then says she never received the order, and to cancel it. I advised her that it has already went through and won't allow me to cancel. She then starts she didn't receive. The 2nd lady them tells me to get a refund I must contact the app? The app specifically states to contact the store. I pull back around then I am told that the system is down and I will be refunded. This whole process took an whole hour or more. Several customers pulled off during this time. At this time I still haven't received a refund. Funny how they can take your money but not give it back. Lesson learned. NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Glad my cousin is an attorney. Will be taking legal action. This was totally unprofessional.
Don’t except much from McDonalds but the service was freaking terrible. Not only did they not know the menu but I had to go inside from the drive just to get two fries. I waited 10 minutes for fries while the staff was on their phones, talking, and complaining. Twice a manager passed by with a line of customers and did not stop to help anyone. This is the worst location with the most incompetent staff.
Ordered 2 six piece nuggets with gold sauce and a large unsweet tea.thru the app. Got to window they asked what drink I ordered. I repeated unsweet tea. They passed me my order and I left. Got on the hwy and realized they did not give me any sauce and also gave me sweet tea! I can not drink sweet tea for health reasons! Needless to say I’m pissed having to eat my nuggets dry and be thirsty at the same time!!
Waited forever for them to take my order and when they did, I just ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. When I got my fries they were cold so I requested some fresh fries and he goes to the back to change my fries out for what I assume is fries from the same batch because they were just as cold and nasty as the first Fries I got. Kinda pissed actually.
I came here with my child to play. I ordered through the app with the table service option, but my food never arrived. I waited 20 minutes and when I went to the counter, nobody helped me—I just saw my order sitting there, already cold and missing condiments. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no reason not to bring it to the table. Very poor service.
I ordered food with their app on two occasions. The food I received from the drive-thru was completely wrong, and both occasions, I dealt with the malcontent parading as a manager. She’s quite animated, has a bad attitude, and maintains a foul temper. If you desire something outside of the standard fare from the menu, I wouldn’t even bother at night.
The worst McDonald’s I ever been at! Manager is rude! She doesn’t ever greet! My interview was at 10:30am. Sat in the lobby from 10:15am to 10:52am still have not came by to do the interview after the over flow of customers slowed down! Not welcoming at all! Horrible service! Tables dirty, floors messy! As a previous manager of McDonald’s this is definitely not the McDonald’s way!
☆☆☆☆☆ I need to rant about this McDonald’s absolute TRASH food and service! I ordered through the kiosk and waited 15 freaking minutes. After talking to the staff, I found out my food was just sitting there, ready the whole time, but nobody bothered to bring it out! No clue what the hell caused this mess. The chicken sandwich? The meat was WEIRD—crisp when I bit into it, but the skin was soft and floppy, like it wasn’t even cooked properly. Disgusting! Oh, and get this—I found PAPER in my Big Mac. PAPER! The fries? Stone cold. Only half. How can all this garbage happen at once? I can’t even wrap my head around it! I usually eat McDonald’s once or twice a week, but this was beyond ridiculous. Hygiene problems, quality control problems, workflow problems—EVERYTHING is a problem here! And that’s not all—I had another order for curbside pickup, spot 7, just a single chicken sandwich. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes, and nothing came out. I walked inside, told the staff, and saw a bunch of employees just standing around chatting—hardly any customers in sight. They handed me my chicken sandwich right away, meaning it was sitting there the whole time, and they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it! This is straight-up INSANE! I’m furious—this place is a complete disaster. Do better, McDonald’s, because this is unacceptable!
