This is the best jersey mikes I’ve been to! The staff was so profession and nice. Even though they were young they were so respectful and you can tell they take their job seriously. Good job to them!
Excellent hoagies! I stop here for lunch every other week, and the hoagies are the best around for the West coast. Shop is always clean, and the staff is always friendly, efficient, and chill. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fresh sandwich! I wouldn't change anything about this location.
Very accommodating to people that need Gluten Free options. They take the time to clean everything and use all fresh utensils and products. Very Celiac Disease friendly.
Great Jersey Mike's location! Service was quick and food was delicious. The man with the tattoo sleeves made the giant sandwich picture perfect!
I really coming to this Jersey Mike's. I'm always greeted with a smile, the service is always great, and my sandwich, the #7 regular on wheat, is always made and taste perfectly. It's also always clean when I visit which is a very good thing. One day I'll try it Mike's way, but for now I'll stick to my usual. Come on in and get some good eats from some good people.

Another example of why Jersey Mike's is an outstanding choice no matter where you go. Finding quality options when traveling can be a challenge. Jersey Mike's takes all the worries away. Always great food, great service and a good value.
I've been going to this store for a few weeks now and every time without fail the staff are more than kind and always smiling. They make every visit better than the last and often time suggest different versions of my normal sub which are always beyond what I imagined. I highly suggest the #13 with CPR (spice). The staff are always beyond wonderful and that is why I keep coming back for my lunches. Thank yall for making every experience amazing
a couple of weeks ago we had a catering order go a little sideways and was done over an hour later than we ordered it to be ready. (need to keep our production on schedule so it was a little bit of a problem) i reached out to let them know and explain the inconvenience. Beatriz Gomez the territory manager reached out and made things right by bringing our whole crew a replacement lunch, delivered, on time and delicious. thank you for your great customer service. we will for sure be back.

Stopped by around 11 am to grab a sandwich for lunch. Parking was t too bad it’s shared with 6-7 other food places. There were a few patrons and you could they were also working in online orders. But girl was quick to ask for my order and squeeze it into the line. Different guy finished putting my sandwich together. I asked for it Mikes way but that I would be eating it in 4 hours. They kindly put the ‘juice’ in a small container to go so I could I add it later vs getting the sandwich soggy. Great food.

This jersey Mike's is okay, maybe still learning how to greet customers and be a little brighter. I walked in a few times and stood there 2 or 3 minutes before recognizing that i what would I like to order, not such a friendly way. They will get your order right only in person, and for multiple orders, you have to ask for a bag and napkins .
Jersey Mike’s must have switched to cheaper food providers. Their turkey SUCKS now… bland, no taste. Jersey Mike’s used to be better than Jimmy John’s or Subway. No more. Now, all 3 of them suck. Cheap meats, cheap ingredients.
Subs are good. Better selection than Subway but staff was not very helpful. I spent $40 and didn't get asked if I had a rewards account nor did I mention it either so that was my fault too, but when I asked the cashier if I could still get points for my order she said she didn't know but didn't think so. I looked everywhere on my online account and there's no option to enter missed points/receipts so I asked the same girl what other option I had because I didn't want to miss out on my points and again she said she didn't know. I asked to speak with a supervisor at that point because she wasn't even trying to find out things she clearly didn't know about. The "supervisor" then came, asked for my phone number and added the points super fast. He was not friendly or said much but at least knew what he was doing. Employees were unconcerned that there was a line (except the lady running the slicer). She attempted to do everyone's job, which wasn't very productive. The worker at the "end" of the production line actually rolled her eyes at me and was visibly annoyed because I asked for pickles and banana peppers, even though she never spoke to me nor asked me what I wanted. There was zero efficiency. I go out of my way to find a Jersey Mike's wherever I am (collect my shore points). This was the worse service experience. They received the extra star because they had my favorite Miss Vickie's chips and the tuna wasn't bad. Did I mention that I was late getting back to work for a #10 in bowl add provolone, Mike's way add pickles and banana peppers? Still SMH!
My wife and I have had numerous orders delivered that are incorrect with the wrong bread, missing or incorrect topings. We love Jersey Mikes but this location is routinely messing up our orders.

Ok... we love Jersey Mike's but this was the worst experience! First they were out of a few meats. Instead of telling us what meats they were out of we ordered a different sandwich several times to be told they were out. Ordering was tough because we could not hear the server and she couldn't hear us either because the music was up so loud. Then they did not offer veggies on the Phily cheese sandwich. After that they tried to charge us 45 dollars for 2 sandwiches. We said that there must be a mistake... she fixed it but no apology or anything she just rang it up again and walked away. We then waited about five minutes for the warm sandwich. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location.
Horrible customer service given by manager Eli (as he told me. Not even sure if he gave a accurate name) at store on milliken ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . He argued with me back and forth about what I ordered, when he wasn't the one to take order. He snatched sandwich from me and took it back to grill, and carelessly put mustard on it that I had asked for from jump. I then asked for a refund, and he asked why I did not want it. I let him know the sandwich is messy and the way he took care of matter disgusted me to not even want it anymore. He showed no concern or care about what I was expressing. Very arrogant to be a manager. It's sad to know I spend money there almost once a week and have never experienced this issue. Clearly Eli the manager can't handle a rush when it comes to his job to make sure the quality of things are still up to par. Seriously needs to be counseled on professionalism and customer interactions. Wrong thing to show your employees. And to think about it, I know I’m not the 1st customer that has had that encounter with him . That seems like his actual character. SMH. God bless 🙏🏽
In order for me to leave a review I had to give a star. I didn’t want to leave any stars! I work around the area and I take my lunch in the evening. I like Jersey Mike’s, but this location the service needs help. I like warm subs and the times I’ve been there it’s before 8pm and I know they close at 9pm. I’m always being told they are not preparing warm subs they turned off the grill already. So my question to the owner, your store closes at 9 why can’t we get warm subs. You definitely lost a customer. Also to the owner why do you only answer to good reviews, bad reviews matter more step it up and change your ways.
Had a few places to choose from for my lunch break, decided I wanted a hot sandwich on this cold night, I get in a little bit after 8, they close at 9. The guy behind the counter said they are only doing cold sandwiches cause he just turned off the grill. Is this normal operations? I left and probably won't be back again, thanks for wasting my time, I found a spot with warm food, lol
