This place is something different. I never leave reviews but I had to this lady here is so nice and funny. We were sitting in the line and she gives us free desert. I highly recommend this place if you want your day to be made.

The manager on duty seemed extremely happy and passionate about her job. She made an attempt to check on everyone in the restaurant and greeted customers as they entered the door. She also sang to customers in the drive-thru and hugged a 'regular' customer who stopped in to say hi. We need more people like her in the world.

Best Taco Bell visit ever! Pulled in late at night, tired and hungry. Kindest nicest young man took our order and super chef in kitchen made it Great!! Best Taco Bell (TB) Experience My wife and I stopped here for a road dinner, and it was by far the best experience we have ever had with a TB. I got the #7 (chicken quesadilla with a crunchy taco combo) and, for the first time in my long experience of ordering this item from other TB locations, the cheese was melted! What's more is that the staff were exceptionally friendly! My wife also said her Beefy 5 Layer Burrito was better than other locations frequently serve.

The manager was fantastic. We could not figure out the kiosks. The manager guided us through popular options.

For those of you weirdos that don't love taco bell, I can't help you. But the service and energy we got from Helen and her crew was one of a kind awesome, outrageous, and just so... So .. Fun! Do yourself a favor and swing by when Helen is in. You'll have a better day if you do.

The employees at this little taco bell are just diamonds in the rough. Can't speak highly enough of their friendliness and enthusiasm, not to mention preparing food accurately and consistently. I'm not a Taco Bell frequent flyer and I find myself stopping in sometimes just for friendly service and a 'safe bet' meal.

There's a woman named Helen that works there that deserves a shout out!! She goes above and beyond for her customers and no matter how bad my day is she always brightens it. The world needs more like her. She's the main reason I always come to Taco Bell!

I haven't even eaten the food I got yet but I just had to put a review as soon as I could! The young lady that was at the window was amazing! Super super sweet and the young lady who took my order was also awesome! Repeated my order to me, greeted me, offered me their new items, everything!!! Just super awesome, I would go back just for their kindness alone!!

I don't know who is sleeping on this Taco Bell but if you enjoy the occasional taco, or let's just say fast food in general, this particular restaurant is hands down one of the best. Literally every time I come here everyone is so nice and I don't know if it's because it's Sanger Texas or the hiring manager is just doing an amazing job. Either way literally the staff has cheered me up on some of the worst days because they are some of the nicest and most real people I've ever talked to and I haven't even really met any of them outside of the drive-thru. I would venture to say they're probably better humans than a good majority of the people that I meet on a daily basis. On top of that the food is always stellar. I mean of course it's fast food and it's Taco Bell, but is always hot, it's always fresh and it's always well prepared it's not like I get four tiny sprinkles of chicken on my quesadilla. Once more, it's consistent. I've probably been coming to this Taco Bell for the better part of the last year in my travels and not once have they disappointed me. I mean there was that one time the carbonation was out but I'll give them a pass because that's beyond anyone's control. Nevertheless I'm going to agree with some of the other comments here and say I would give this 6 stars. And if you're the hiring manager reading this, bravo, you've done a great service for this franchise and set a very high bar for literally the rest of the country.

The group that works at the Taco Bell in Sanger Texas are very special to me. They always have their smiles on and they take the time to say Hello to me everyday. Each and everyone of them always show nothing but respect for their customers. Very friendly bunch that work there. Today is the managers birthday so Happy Birthday to you Ms. Jackie. All of you that work so well together over at Taco Bell keep up the great job that you all do each and every day.

Just came through the Drive Thru, had a mobile order for Moe. The General Manager was very nice and the food was AMAZING, probably the best it’s ever been here. It was phenomenal, I only took one bite and had to leave a review. Who ever they put in charge here is doing an AMAZING job. 10/10 would try again, definitely coming back here for more 😊

I went in to pick up an online order and they had made it way too early. The employee I talked to about it was super nice, the tall girl, but when she got her manager over to help he was incredibly rude and insisted my order was made on time and was fine. I asked him to remake it because it was cold because of their mistake and when he finally agreed, it took way longer than it should have almost another 20-25 mimutes. Now I go to Taco Bell all the time, I know how long my order should take and this was just unacceptable. The attitude combined with what i EXPECTED to be an experienced manager really destroyed all confidence I have in this establishment.

It's a taco bell.... chances of them getting our order correct is a 30/70 split. All 8 tacos were wrong but the manager fixed them and was very polite about it.

I did frequent the Gainesville TX location but due to the app not corresponding with GTX location I ventured to Sanger TX 35 overlooks the Sanger location. Its a smaller TB but the service is hilariously energetic. Didn't get the old lady clerk name but she's a WOOOOO!!! She's a wheelin, dealin, taco spieling...WOOOOO!!! I had redeemed a reward item and asked about whether it was included inside my breakfast box. Noooo but it's in the works of being made. My inquiry earned me a freebie coupon. The app works good at this location. Not sure what going on with Gainesville. I dare find a knowledgeable employee who knows the quirks of the app.

I stopped going to Taco Bell years ago. The meat was the consistency of dog food 🤢. BUT, this location, the food was hot, fresh and the meat was real (I think, lol). I just needed more of it. It gave my hope. Maybe I'll test the one in my neighborhood again. 😊

The drive thru was friendly, quick and accommodating. My food was correct and hot, it came with straws and hot sauce, they forgot napkins... if you need napkins, double check, tacos can be messy.

Although they have removed some menu items they still have the amazing taco bell classics. Always fast service and friendly staff. A great place if your looking for a quick bite of some quality foods.

Stopped by to pick up the "at home taco bar" . Was pleasantly surprised with it but it was missing tortilla chips. Did not realize this till I got home. Everything else you need to make your own tacos at home for Taco Tuesday. Inside the place was very clean, staff friendly. My usual luck i got the trainee. He got most of the order perfect minus the chips. First time at this location since start of virus. Will ne back and will definitely getting the Taco Bar again...worth the price, even without the chips.

This is definitely the best taco bell in the area. Food is always fresh and usually right. I would have given five stars but our last visit was not what we have come to expect from this location. Our food order was wrong and the cashier was rude. We will go back as this is the best taco bell in the area but I hope the customer service improves.

Always hit or miss tbh, sometimes it is the best Taco Bell ever. Other times you wonder why you even bothered. But it is one of the few businesses in this town open late so they will keep getting my business. I do wish they were more consistent though.

Usually I do not bother writing a review for a fast food joint. This particular store got a fourth star. The place was extremely busy, however the staff on duty this last Sunday afternoon was very friendly and attentive. I guess I'm used to the inner city chains in Fort Worth! Also, who ever did the prep, obviously payed some attention to detail; they didn't just slop it together in 10 seconds. I can't drive to Sanger on a regular basis but next time i get the casino "itch" and am driving through, I know it is a good place to stop!

After school meals. This place is a must just a small treat before dinner or lunch on it's own. I have never had an order in the drive thru that wasn't right! The employees are friendly and usually repeat your order at the window. Today it was hard to hear through the speaker and employees are still wearing mask and gloves at the drive thru. Employee sounded muffed both at the window and the speaker. I understand the precautions but at the drive thru?

I love tacobell its always exactly what i wanted not authentic but still oh so good! Wish this location could pick up the pace though sometimes the wait just is way to long to be worth it. Even if u go through drive thru theres a chance you might be asked to park ugh so frustrating!

Don't order breakfast from their app from 7-9am unless you want to pick up in the drive thru. I wanted to pick up my order in the store but they don't open the doors until 9am. I just wish the app warned me before placing the order. I had to call and ask them to allow me in to pick up the order. Also they hadn't even gotten my order until I called which triggered them to look.

The people were great, the food tasted really great... but hubby and I both had the Hershey squirts all night and the next morning. The only thing we both ate was taco bell, so.. I hadn't been to one in years... now I remember why. 😆

Update: Food has improved, quality that is. Customer service is great if you get Alex or the female day mgr at the drive through. A couple of days ago my order was incorrect. I ordered two chicken chipotle melt with extra cheese and instead received extra chipotle sauce and very little cheese. Today when I went to the drive-thru I told the person taking my order that I wanted to order two chicken chipotle melt with extra cheese and explained what happened the previous time. All she said was, what else? I drove to the window and was trying to reiterate to her when she cut me off and said, Yeah I get it. Her name is Ginger M. according to the receipt and she has terrible customer service and is incredibly rude. Very disappointed. Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the number 6 and two chicken rollups. We got home to find two cold chalupas, 3 beef soft tacos that had red tortilla strips which is odd. Tried calling back repeatedly. Clearly the phone is off the hook. Out $13 and food is inedible. Too tired to drive back.

Paying cash proved to be a challenge. They only had 1 person to run the front counter and drive-thru. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and had to ask for front counter help. The young lady was obviously not having a good evening as seen by her demeanor. Once I was able to pay... food was quick. It's rather sad that they don't hand boxes with a bag. I was concerned about dropping my food, condiments, plasticware, and drink. It took 30 minutes to order a $7 box

We decided to try the new flaming Cool ranch taco Which we were informed they were out of. As you can see by the pictures there was lettuce and tomato inside the bag all over the sauce 2 of the tacos were broken Was very poorly put together, this location is very disappointing.

Been there 3 times. The cashier (been the same dude everytime) at the drive thru has yet to get my order correct... The food is good it's just the people working there.

Now get this no hot sauce! a major chain dealing with Mexican food well it’s not really Mexican food it’s Taco Bell food wanting to be. Nevertheless we’re out of hot sauce sir. I said really! I about fell out. now I have to say. The people that are working there are super nice and I will come back for that reason. but whoever orders the hot sauce needs to be fired. Lol no hot sauce geez

Was told to wait in the parking lot after going through the drive-thru, so that ok, but then I was forgotten about and had to go in to remind them. "We didn't know where you had gone!" The parking lot has like 15 spaces. Food was cold when I got home and they didn't even remember my sauce packets.

Food was good, the wait time and getting the order correct was terrible. I ended up getting half of my food to go because it still wasn't ready by the time my entire family got their food and ate it... We were on the same order. Maybe they were just having a bad day or someone new in the back.

None of the employees were wearing masks at all, saw one of the employees hang off of one and give a cheek kiss, no hand soap in the men's bathroom, and had to ask for our drink cups for all of our orders. Food was good.

We went there last night for dinner. My XXL Stuffed burrito was smaller than the regular bean burritos. The tacos- meat, lettuce, cheese- didn't even fill to half the taco shell. The bean burritos themselves were small. Everything seemed half filled and thrown together. I called the manager about the XXL burrito and said he would be happy to remake it, then I saw the rest of the order. Won't be going back there for a while.

Drive them was fairly quick but i ordered power menu bowl that seems pretty expensive first of all for a place that has specialty tacos for $1. This thing is $6 and was missing the black beans, the sour cream and guac was barely existant and its in a bowl half the size at its pictured on the menu. The taco salad was pretty small and tasteless as well. Cheese roll ups were not even warm. The cheese was completely not melted. Needs to be managed better I guess. Who knows.

Walked in and stuff for I counter to place order for 2-3 minutes before anyone spoke to us. And although three different employees made eye contact with us, no one greeted us or said they’d be right with us :( sadly we finally left without placing an order.

Honestly if you go during the day i have had numerous good experiences, but the night crew is a whole different story. Reading many of the reviews below tells the story. The night crew at this place is atrocious. As I pulled in at 12:45am, i saw two employees in the back chatting on their phones. I waited at the intercom for nearly 4 minutes. Never got a response, at this point there are two cars behind me as well. I pull up to the window and they shut the lights off to act like they’re closed. Who knows how long they had been doing this as well. The management here needs to fix this as this has clearly been a problem for months, if not years. From a management perspective, not only are you employees at night getting paid to do nothing, you’re losing customers constantly. Clearly according to reviews many of the employees have serious attitude problems. This location has to be losing more money than it’s making with the night crew.

I'm giving it two starts instead of one because there's at least 1 or 2 employees who are always so kind when we come through the drive through. They are up beat and hilarious. However, beyond that the food is a mess 9 times out of 10, and more often than not they don't have whatever we try to order. Almost every single time they are out of black beans, which means that there are pretty much no vegetarian options available hardly ever. You would think that by now whoever is doing the inventory would be ordering things more appropriately to fit their demand. It's a small town with only 5 restaurants close by, without having to drive 30 minutes to get something else. They are also the only place open past 8pm most week nights. So why is no one ordering enough to stock up?

I give this place 2 stars for their consistency. That's literally the only good thing about this location. Unfortunately they are consistently disappointing. If you really like incredibly flat food. You will love it here. I'm pretty sure when they roll up or wrap anything you order they press down super hard on the food in order to ensure it can't escape the its wrapper. Which is nice. I hate it when my food runs away. But I would like my tacos to not need a fork to eat. I mean it's Taco Bell so I'm not expecting a lot. But come on, quit sitting on my food before you give it me.

The food was pretty good standard for Taco Bell. But your order will be incorrectly made about 85% of at the time. For context i've ordered from this taco bell, at least 50 times with minor customizations to my food, extra sour cream or salt etc but it's never properly made.

They are incompetent, they were out of an item we order which cost $5 and we're willing to exchange it for an item that cost $1. They would not give a refund because we ordered online. (And the app would only let us cancel the whole order) We were able to finally getaget $3 drink instead.

We went by to grab a couple of tacos on the way to a rodeo. I walked in with a mask on and my friend did not due to a medical issue. The girl behind the counter had her mask down on her neck and told him to leave. She wasn’t very nice about it either. Seemed more of a power play than anything, especially since she had her mask down around her neck the entire time we were there (even after my friend went back to the truck). Seriously? Not to mention the food was terrible. Won’t go back there again. Thumbs down for service and food.

No stars. Terrible service. Pulled up, sat for 20 minutes..got the right amount of items but our soft tacos were cold on the outside and in..cold meat EW! Pulled back around only to be greeted by a sarcastic cashier. I don’t care if it’s 10 to close or what..you don’t serve people cold food and then tell the customer we are wrong.. ALSO, the bean burrito I had was 80% tortilla..come on! Easiest item on the menu besides the potatoes and cheese

Horrible Customer service. We were just talked like crap by some girl in drive thru. Customers shouldn't be disrespected like that. Making a complaint doesn't do any good because they never call you back or fix the problem. Orders always wrong, teenagers always horsing around. I'm going to taco Bueno from now on. Especially if you teach your employees to disrespect customers.

I am appalled at the service and, most likely, the management of this restaurant. The last three times I have visited, in a two month period, I have been informed after waiting in the to-go line (between 5 to 10 minutes) that they are "out of chicken and beef", "out of product", and " the fry/grill is down". You would think there is some kind of hidden camera tv show or "aggravation game" the employees are playing. I feel for the owners of this franchised location. These visits always occurred within 1.5 hours of closing time. It is infuriating.

Restaurant closes at 1am. Myself and 2 other cars arrived at 11:30 pm and waited a lengthy period at the order station before driving up to window. There were no indications of store being closed, no announcement at order station. All lights on with employees inside standing around doing nothing. All attempts to get their attention were ignored including honking and knocking on window. We all left in utter frustration. Will post this on every consumer sight.

This is the worst Taco Bell my family has been too. We were on our way home from oklahoma and stopped by here... we order some cheesy bean and rice burritos and they literally gave us the worst burrito. Plus they charged us for extra sauce and they didnt even had any rice and no sauce. Someone should pay attention to the night shift there.... if they dont want to serve customers they should close it down. I will call the manager tomorrow and explain my expierience in furrher details.

Horrible was there 40 min. They gave my order to someone in drive thru and manger basically told me I was lying about my no onions on order. Got a refund and left 50 minutes after I got there. Every one in the waiting room was there over 40 min. They ignored us and took care of drive thru. Will never go again.

Ordered nachos at 10:30pm on July 21, 2019. Worst experience ever at a Taco Bell. The wait: 15+ minutes but empty restaurant. Ordered nachos, handed me the bag from the top, not flat, so my nachos instantly turned into a big chip and cheese mess in the bottom of the bag. The taco supreme was missing tomatoes and sour cream. And, no napkins and no spork. The staff CLEARLY don't care about their jobs.

Ordered at the kiosk and Stood at the counter for 13 minutes, no one even greeted me. Looked at me several times. Never got my order, then the staff dropped a drive thru customers food on the floor. They picked it up , wrapped it up and put it in a bag.... I walked out. I won't be back.

Ordered a couple of Tacos with hot sauce on the side. Tacos had almost no meat (maybe 1/2 teaspoon at the most) on them and barely any cheese. Got home and no hot sauce either. Awful!

Food was soggy and taste old. Last and final time to this location, service and food gotten worse every time over the years.

I haven’t ever reviewed a place before with as much disappointment as I have now. This evening I went to Taco Bell in Sanger Tx. I repeated my order twice and yet when I got home it was wrong. Mistakes are known to happen but to the extent that it happens more than once is disappointing. Especially when I had them repeat back my order. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Honestly just hope they improve.

I'm giving 1 star because they didn't get anything right about a almost 40.00 order and put busted sauce packets in the bags that got everywhere. Charged for supreme on everything we asked for but no sour cream on any of it. Don't even feel up to calling, maybe later today I will. Don't say it's taco bell what do you expect because I expect what I pay for.

Usually this place is great, friendly and fresh food. The food was awful today. Al 6 of my kids doritos tacos were completely destroyed, unable to even hold them. They poured them out and ate it with a fork. My chalupa was rock hard to the point of turning to crumbs when I tried to eat it. Only the bottom where the meat was, was edible.

Horrible location. No order accuracy. Unprofessional staff. Unclean dinning area. Awful speed of service. Consistently closes early. They closed 3 hours early recently, but still had the drive-through on. Meanwhile employees were visibly laying down on the counters. Again tonight, very slow service, rude and unprofessional staff, and order mistakes.

There’s a guy with curly hair and was obviously stoned so hard that he barely paid attention to our order (which makes sense due to it being night.) First, he got our drinks wrong and didn’t give us any straws, so we pulled in again to ask for another drink with no ice. He messed up the drink AGAIN and kept slamming the window on us every time we tried to speak, even though he forgot the straws AGAIN. He threw an abundant amount of straws at us so that was the only good thing to come out of that experience. It was very entertaining to be fair, and at least the food was good. Overall, bad service.

My family and I went through the drive-thru tonight to ordered our food not only where the light's not pretending to be closed , the menu was not turned on . The young lady kept trying to rush me while as I was ordering I finally ordered and when I got my food , I got a nacho just the chips and cheese and my chips were thrown in the bag not only where they spilled all over the bag , I only had three chips in the bag I know they're just a dollar but come on now !!!! Definitely need to work on their customer service!! Also come on it's not that hard it's actually one of the easiest job's out there as far as fast food. Not only was that exact taco bell my very first job when I was 16 but I was a manager at a Corporate Taco Bell company in Austin , then later came back to the location in Sanger when I was pregnant.. Point being I have been in your shoes as far as working there. It's not hard and with everything going on in the world right now and since your lobby is closed for this worldwide issue, you could at least do your job right act like you care and not act closed so you don't have to do something!!

Was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and then ordered 16 chipotle ranch tacos. After waiting even longer I pulled up to the window and paid. After I paid they told me that they ran out of 6 inch tortillas and only had 3 left. They then proceeded to make the tacos without the tortilla and didn’t even use the last ones that they had to make the tacos. Then after I had already gone on my way I noticed that they shorted me on the tacos. Absolutely hands down DO NOT recommend going to this Taco Bell to anyone.

Out of burritos, out of lettuce, out of tomatoes, can not make tacos either! I mean you expect someone to order food to then find out they are out of anything that goes with any other food. This has happened so many times I can’t even count , they should move Helen up as the regional manager at least they would have what we want , and no make excuses for being incompetent! Tell customers the truth before ordering, and have your managers do their jobs! Worst Taco Bell ever! Helen is the only reason I would come back here!

9pm at night, only person there and I got the completely wrong order. Not a missing item but items that are not even correct at all. I understand mistakes happen, items get forgot but order a number 12 and I get a steak and cheese chalupa and a beef burrito, Highly recommend drug testing your staff after that because even high that's a collosal failure.

I try not to come here during the night but the last 2 times... they weren't too bad. Tonight on the other hand, I was very disappointed. They had my food ready to go as soon as a got to the window... which I should of took as a red flag but I didn't. Our food tasted like it had been out for hours before hand. Our drink was so flat... that it made it un-drinkable. I guess the teenagers that were working that night were ready to close down shop a whole 1hr+ earlier.

Went through the drive-through on a Sunday evening. Ordered crispy potato soft tacos and drove home. All of the tacos had 4 or fewer potatos and they were rock hard. My daughter literally chipped a tooth and I heard the crunch from across the table. Hard to believe putting something like that in my food wasn't intentional!

Do not be deceived by the reviews, this place is horrible and you wait a lifetime. Food was sub par and staff was mean. I waited a whole 10-15 minutes to get my food and should’ve went anywhere else besides this place.

When I opened my nacho bell granda. There was two hairs in it. They looked like arm hair I'm glad I didn't take a bite of any of it.

Honestly spent almost 30 minutes for 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a soft taco and they screwed up my order two times so I finally had to have the manager refund my money and left. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The workers had no clue what happened to my order. They keep saying that I got mixed up in a bag and was never handed to me so two other people through the drive-through ended up getting my food and this is just absolutely ridiculous I get that you made me short staffed but you still need to make sure all your customers are getting their food out to them

I pre-ordered online, however I still had to wait at the drive thru window for 19 minutes. I ordered two craving boxes, out of the six total items over two were correct. If you are going to make me wait for 19 minutes the least you could do is get my items correct.

Ordered online and my side of jalapeño sauce I paid for had so little it disnt even cover the bottom of the ramakin 😑 And my fiesta potatoes were burnt with the SMALLEST amount of cheese I've ever seen

I understand being short staffed is a common issue in most places. But the unprofessionalism of the associates working the food line, primarily one who was using profanity as each person ordered and negatively commenting on every order that came through the line. Weren’t greeted upon entering. Had to ask for our cups and drinks even after our food was handed over and then got talked about as well . The exact words of one of the associates was “fat ass” as someone was ordering through the window. Quite disgusted with this behavior as we are sitting in the dining area (me and a 13 year old) . It’s a shame that not even one of the 4 associates is correcting any of the behavior.
