Excellent service at Caffenio. Customer service is very good, and they serve you warmly and with a smile. I love that you can spend the afternoon sipping your coffee while listening to good music. The design of this Caffenio is very relaxing. One thing I would change would be the chairs, which look like they're about to break. Another thing you'll find at this Caffenio is electricity so you can plug in your cell phone or laptop. They offer Caffenio drive-thru service, which is fast.

I'm a fan of Cafennio; the service is friendly and fast, and they keep opening more branches. The concept is really cool. What I don't understand is why they have open areas in very hot places; they could have more customers if they cooled them down somehow. Great job with their app and loyalty program. Kisses

The place is very quiet; you can sit and work or just hang out. There are tables and outlets if you need to charge any devices. It's an open-air space with a drive-thru. The food is good and reasonably priced, however, the service is quite long. During my last visit a few days ago, I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. The exit from the drive-thru is a bit risky. They should make the warning signs at the exit bigger because people seem to think they have priority over those on the street, and several times they've been close to causing accidents (I know they can't control people, but at least try to prevent them).

Es un lugar ameno para tomar una bebida, con instalaciones cómodas al aire libre, pero desgraciadamente los empleados carecen de preocupación por adherir calidad al lugar ( Saludo, información, ofrecimiento de productos...etc. ) que si no fuera por eso le pondría 4 estrellas... Además el horario dice de 6 a 10 y a las 9:40 ya no me quisieron preparar 2 bebidas más para llevar estando sentado ahí... Ojo dueño a los empleados no les interesa mucho...

EL peor servicio que e tenido en la sucursal Navarrete precios engañosos te dicen en la Tablet un precio y cuando vas a pagar a ventanilla te dicen otro mas elevado y se tardan mucho en entregar la comanda, y se portaron muy prepotentes en lugar de solucionar el tema y pagar lo que decía la Tablet querían que pagara de mas y todavía me preguntan si quiero el producto cuando ya estaba listo ósea se lo quedan o lo tiran muy mala experiencia me lleve .

Nos hicieron esperar 45 min porque habían perdido el ticket del carro de enfrente. La otra fila avanzaron 8 carros y a nosotr9s nos tuvieron detenidos en lugar de solo aislar el otro carro y que siguera fluyendo. Malisima coordinación nunca me había pasado en ninguna sucursal.

Ya van varias veces que varios cafenios que el Café americano está Helado y sabe a viejo o recalentado 🤢🤮

For the second time I had another bad experience at this branch. The staff lost my order and made me wait a long time. It's truly the worst branch there is. Personally, I don't think I'll return there. It's very poorly organized, the staff is very slow and inexperienced. It's truly a shame.
