I've been buying food there for years when I'm in Hermosillo, but the tattooed woman is the worst when it comes to service. You don't even know if she hears you when you ask for something; it's like she's doing you a favor, and it's always been that way. The other women are just on their phones, laughing and laughing, and when you ask them for something, they seem annoyed that you're interrupting them. Terrible customer service. The sauces are getting less and less flavorful; they're just watered-down salt now. But the meat itself is very good.
