Aparte de tener una muy buena calidad en sus productos y más en su café ☕cuentan con una excelente atención por parte de todo su personal con los clientes y para mi en lo personal y lo que más destaca, es la atención personalizada por ser una persona con discapacidad ♿ y que amablemente me atienden en mi carro para así evitar bajar mi silla de ruedas y lo hacen con una amabilidad qué lo único que me demuestran es su calidad de seres humanos dejándome saber que es un estableciendo qué tienen empatía con la inclusión. So I went there a couple of weeks ago and I can honestly say that it was better than I expected! Almost everything was great! The food was delicious, the only thing I didn't quite enjoyed were the prices... Little too high for what you actually receive, the costumer service and waitresses were friendly and attentive with us the entire time. I also liked their location, very accesible. Also, the place was very clean and neat. • Did I liked it? Yes. • Would I come back? Maybe, cause it's a little more expensive than other places that are better. • Do I recommend it? Yes, if you don't mind paying a little extra.

This morning I ordered three coffees through Didi at 8:03. The first delivery was supposed to be at 8:42, then 9:02, and finally it arrived at 9:20. The worst part was that the driver arrived and the order wasn't even ready. It's unbelievable how cynical the employees are, since he was constantly on his phone and didn't care that I was already waiting at the establishment. I will never order from this place again; I don't recommend it.

It's a shame that this place is operating with no preventative measures in place during the COVID-19 situation. Unfortunately, they've left it in the hands of teenagers who aren't aware of the magnitude of this pandemic. The cashier is coughing without a mask, the person preparing the drinks isn't wearing gloves or a mask, and while making the coffee, they're talking near the cups, and to top it all off, they're touching surfaces with their bare hands. And to make matters worse, they're hugging other people who come to visit. They should be shut down. And I don't blame them entirely, but rather those responsible for this brand or franchise. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.
