A true gem in the heart of Tlaxcala, this place boasts authentic flavors. We had the chance to try the mole, which is exquisite, and the chicken in chipotle sauce with mushrooms—wow, a must-try! The chicharrón in green and red salsa was also fantastic, and the gorditas and quesadillas, fresh off the griddle, were simply delicious. The service is top-notch; they make you feel right at home. The restrooms are spotless, which is always appreciated. They have a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays for $150, which is worth every penny for the incredible taste of each dish. 😋

Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and they had a great variety of dishes: green and red chilaquiles, mole, vegetable consommé, quesadillas, gorditas, chicken in chipotle cream sauce, juices, and traditional Mexican coffee. I was very satisfied. They offer a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays, and à la carte during the week. They just reopened, and it's definitely worth a visit.
