Impossible Whopper is great 👍 Tacos are always crunchy. Other than Carl's Jr burgers, Burger King's Whoppers have some of the best flame grilled flavor😄 Pretty fast drive-thru service, with friendly service.

Nice place to eat out, very clean and staff are very polite and professional.

They have no plugs on ceiling for charging electronics, a HUGE plus. They have a plasma with cartoons & very good service. LOVE BK.

I had gone in just for a drink, about 8:45pm, then decided to get a small burger. It took a bit longer than usual. When my order was ready Lesly offered me some value fries for the wait. She did it all with a Smile. That is Customer Service. I have been in Customer Service for over 20 years. Great Job Lesly...Keep it Up!

The prices here are always very cheap but the food still tastes great. You can get your food very quickly with the drive-thru no matter how rushed it is in there. So if you are looking for a place to quickly get some amazing food, then come to this Burger Kings.

Went to get the 12.99 deal and $3 deal with coupons. The 12.99 deal is 3 whoppers and 3 cheese burgers with 3 small fries and the 3 dollar deal is 10 piece nuggets with small fry. Then I got 3 tacos for 3.25 with tax. We'll I fed my family with that which was very good. The tacos aren't as greasy as Jack in the box and are crunchier taste good. I went to the Burger King by 205 North Tracy Blvd.

I went through drive through. Quick service. I ordered the Sh room Burger. It was Delicious lots of Swiss cheese.

For a fast-food restaurant, the burger is very good. Prices are awesome as well. Download the app and chances are you'll be getting even more awesome deals. The place is clean, the staff is also friendly. The parking side is also pretty wide so you won't have to worry about having no place to park.

Drive thru time was swift and my whopper was fresh. No complaints.

This place is great. There was a confusion with my order so I went back in and they gladly remade it for me with a big smile on their face and Lupe was great she even threw in a cookie in for free! She was great! Love this place. Will def be going here more because of the service and the restaurant is really clean too!!

The sitting area is very good with amazing view of outside. They also have outside seating area with nice concrete bench and table. I like place and very friendly peoples. I ordered 🍟 two time and each time the quality was different.

Its cleaner and faster than McDonald don't have anything bad to say about this location and would recommend it.

Burger King is a great place to go for breakfast. I always get the 2 for $4 sausage and egg croissants. I like their coffee and hash browns as well. I pretty much like everything on the menu.

Is a good place to have some lunch and talk with friends. Customer service can be improved. Sometimes really slow. Can be dirty at times for the amount of people there, but no customer's. Overall it's not a bad place, just needs improvement.

Not bad... Quick on the order and plenty of clean tables... Also the restroom was clean so I could take my two year old.

Clean restaurant, fast service. There usually isn't much of a line, except for lunch hour and dinner. They've also kept their restrooms pretty clean, which says alot!

Idk what was going on with them today but it's not normally this good. My fries were hot, my burger well made, my drink was the right flavor and the line even went quickly. It was likely the best meal I've ever ordered at a BurgerKing. Great job, more visits like this and I'll give you 5 stars.

Slow. Took 15-20mins to get breakfast (drive-thru). Nobody was in front of us in line. Food was ok.

I was so disappointed with the customer service. I forgot and left a bag of medications, vitamins, etc. when I stopped here for lunch July 29. I discovered what I did when I arrived at my destination in the Sacramento area. I called and the lady who answered me told me that it was there. I asked her to save if for me on my way back Saturday following and the answer was affirmative. I stopped by yesterday and they could not find the bag. I was told that it was probably thrown away! They could have checked inside and would see some info about me and how important that bag was. It could have been a matter of life and death! Not the way to treat customers.

Drive try took forever. Finally got our food, breakfast and it was warm but dry. Dinners are much better.

Usually I would give 5 stars but today I tried the french toast sandwich and it wasn't toasted and poorly job on the egg but service was excellent job fast and friendly employees. Good job to the young guys working the counter and drive-thru. I worked at taco bell for 8 years in the drive-thru I was all about customers getting what they wanted good food and fast. No one was faster than me my managers called me then speed. The line workers only cared about how fast we get the customer in and out me too but the satisfaction of the customer was more important to me. I still love this burger king they just need to toast the French toast sandwich.

Came here at 10:00 pm using the drive thru and only ordered chicken nuggets medium fries & drink and they took like 20min with 2 cars ahead of me.... that was kinda crazy for a fast food restaurant but they hooked me up with extra food which was plus & food was great just wish they'd hire more employees to keep the line moving constantly like fast foods are suppose to.

So I decided to get me a whopper for lunch, for one the wait was insane, 28 mins in the making … second the little girl at the window could use a smile on her face because she just seems miserable in life and needs a little more training on how to engage with a customer. But at least the food is fresh!!!

The service was good the food was good only one thing I didn’t like about the fries was that they had too much salt and 2 of the younger workers were working slow the older lady working was doing better job then them.

Ordered some food. The workers were just all standing there, talking and laughing instead of doing actual work. All those workers and only the blonde cook lady does her job? And a simple meal takes fourth minutes to be prepared. After thirty minutes of waiting for my order, a worker goes on break and gets their food more quicker than me?

Decided to go inside since drive thru appeared busy! Not a good experience! No ice in the self serve drink dispenser! The new funnel fries taste good but it was like gum chewing😵. I got a salad it was delicious but they gave me a knife instead of a fork👎good thing I was going home or that would of been a issue. I hope its better next time.

Register went down, half an hour in line. The guy gave me large sodas and fries to make up for it, but the whopper I ordered only had meat and cheese. The meal was ruined. WASN'T GOING TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. Lesson learned, no matter how long you waited, check your food!!!

Burger king do not give you 2 slices of bacon they give you one and cut it in half and charge you for two. Since it has mostly mexicans there working not to discriminate their basically keeping the bacon for their people.

Horrible restaurant and staff don’t get your order right make you park in front when no one else is in line and my order was small. Then I had to get out my car and go in to get my food as it was sitting there getting cold and my frosty melted, they did nothing to make it right or apologize on top of these they have been committing fraud for weeks that I know off the coke frosty was $1 for a medium and I’ve been getting a small the lasts few times, I finally asked why I’m not getting what I order and they say it’s a small now and I tell them why it’s not changed on the menu then instead of a apology and actually giving me what I ordered they give me attitude and have the lobby fill up with guest as they do nothing but talk in the back about what I told them they are clowns who can’t even run there own restaurant very disappointed, the manager went out side trying to fix the sign after I tell them I will sue them for the fraud they have been committing. Instead of trying to make it right with me. I am Very disappointing behavior by all employees to just make the customer happy. Could of not had me park and just do your job actually. I work in the service industry so I know how bad of a job you have done. And have been reported to corporate.

Went on my break today for 30 minutes and thought I might stop by Burger Kings for dinner. Usually drive thru’s are pretty fast but this one, I waited for 15 minutes and I still didn’t the chance to order. The lady told me to wait a moment and that moment took another 5 or so minutes until she took my order. This has got to be the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced.

This was a mistake, the food was awful, and not fresh. Took 10 min to take are order, then another 10 to 15 to get are food. They seamed short handed, but we were to far down the road to go back. We went to another place because this food was really un plent. Used to go here years ago and it was better. But truly alot of burger Kings are becoming awful, but this stop not recommended at all. Just by pass it and go else where. They need to really fix these problems, staffing, times, quality checks, and ordering or restocking. They were out of half the menu. Just close it down.

Waited in drive thru forever, then went inside and waited just to be told the wait for 1 meal would be about 20 minutes. As I am waiting and looking around the restaurant kitchen is digusting and dirty, they only have 1 cook and one of the workers was sweating and wiped down her whole face and then made an order and then handled cash all with the same gloves 😑 food all over the place crumbs everywhere. I would not ever suggest going to this location a bunch of teenagers with zero customer service and sanitation…. non existent

Horrible! Frustrating when you spend $40.00 and sit in drive through for a crazy amount of time. The food was nasty! You would think it would all be fresh for the crazy drive through time. Try eating a stale chicken sandwich. You guys should pay attention to your food quality and customer service.

Placed mobile order and they could not make two of the items because the ice cream machine was closed prematurely. Was told to come back the following day to get the items (2 of many items)? I said never mind, cancel order and they said they cannot cancel mobile order nor can offer refund.

Today on Wednesday August 31st it's been at least 3 years I have not been to a Burger King And still is bad service all around Modesto,ceres and now Tracy California Food did not have no flavor especially the fries Order onion rings on the and did not get them at all as always Only thing that was good out of everything was the soda and my milkshake And to top it off as always they never give a receipt i should have gone next door to In-N-Out

Visited my brother in Tracy and stopped to grab some chicken strips and fries on the way out of town. it was about 6:30 in the evening. I'll never stop there again!!! At that time of day you would think things might be fresh but the chicken strips were dry and horrible!!! The fries were cold!! Anyone that reads this avoid going to this Burger King! It's a truly bad example of what he is normally a good fast food option!

Shouldn’t have people working behind the counter who can’t speak a word in English. I can’t count how many times my orders have been messed up because of a language barrier. Care a little bit more about your customers and hire people who can speak English. I ordered a chicken wrap and came home to literally a bear tortilla with a plain chicken strip in it. What the actual hell. Ruined my dinner and of course, when I tried to call back the business five times in a row no one answered. Very unprofessional and I’m sick and tired of going somewhere and someone not speaking the language of our country.

The drive through man or woman had a tattoo on her left upper arm was very rude , clothes were stained, it had no personality , no customer service skills , no communication skills with customers and had no need to engage but wanted to be abrupt abrasive in a manner in which made no sense. I always go to restaurants for better food and do not mind paying for the great customer service either. I go out to e joy myself not have some treat people ridley.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 girls stood there not saying anything to me. One girl was on the line cooking looking at me, the other had her back to me looking at the receipts and the other with her side to me holding an empty bag. This restaurant is the slowest in this town. Customers end up stuck in their drive way for a very long time. I don't recommend visiting this restaurant.
