The quality of the food is just as good as every other subway. It was the service that caused the 3 stars, I asked for triple tomatos for my wife. So the girl who was making me the sandwich was going to do it, when all of a sudden the veteran employees told her no in Spanish and said to put what's allowed on it. So I refuse to take the sandwich if wasn't done to my liking, and offer to pay for the tomatoes. Because I will be responsible the additional cost. But all of this was done, without ease. To much trouble for extra tomatoes.

It's a Subway. I ate there. The food and service were acceptable. I give only three stars because they didn't have unsweetened iced tea like every single other subway I've ever been to in the whole country. I would like to avoid diabetes by not consuming a quarter pound of sugar or damaging synthetic sweeteners in my beverage and, unlike most fast food restaurants, Subway allows me to do this... except for this location. Perhaps because this is an economically disadvantaged part of town they can get away with removing healthier options from their standard menu. Shame on you Subway.

These two footlongs were the smallest I’ve ever had! Very disappointing! I won’t ever go to Eastern/Sahara Subway again.i ordered online & tipped $2. The taste was good, but the quantity of veges were very small. Just because I had a 2 for 1, shouldn’t matter! Every other Subway I’ve been to, gives big servings of veges. They’re were two gals working & the sandwiches they made for other people were big! I order online to pick up.

They are supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. but every day they are closed at 8:00 p.m. They're in there, they just don't want to help people. When I get off work I can never make it here on time cuz they like to close an hour early

WORST SERVICE. I PLACED A ONLINE ORDER AND WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP ITEM I WAS GREETED POORLY, I GOT MY FOOD AND WENT HOME,HOWEVER ONCE I OPEN THE FOOD UP IT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG AND WAS MISSING A ITEM. I WENT BACK AND TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR HAVE MY ORDER REMADE AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDN’T BECAUSE I SHOULD OF DONE THAT BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE. WAS ALSO TOLD TO TAKE IT UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REDUND.

I ordered a footling chicken sandwich and the lady tried to give me much less Lettuce, 3 tomatoe slices and she was reluctant to put a regular amount of mayonnaise. I have dined almost every other day at Subway never had experienced such frugality.

Took forever to order because the 2 young girls were clueless. I wanted fountain drinks asked for two cups and the machine doesn't work. I turned and said it doesn't work? Them giggling "oh no a homeless came and broke it." I asked why would you let me purchase cups knowing this thing is broke. I asked for refund and they kept giggling at each other. I gave my receipt and told them again and in Spanish. They just stood there blank blinking. $6.05 return please. One said oh yea seis cero cinco. When you hire people they need to be able to read write speak the dominant language. When I go to a Spanish restaurant I order in Spanish because that's respectful to me. This is Subway make sure your staff can speak English or are competent bilinguals. And not goofy acting either. Teach them professionalism. Train them right. These girls were lost. It's not their fault. I still tipped them cause I don't know how they are paid. They seemed easy to scam. TRAIN THEM BETTER & HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE!

Worst experience!! They do not speak English . You have to repeat yourself so many times !!! They had my Mother buy cups and their machines were broken !! They didn't even want to give her a refund !!

Horrible attitude buy the workers. Had to ask for extra everything because so little veggies were put on. I'm sorry but 1 tomatoe slice, 2 pickles and pinch of lettuce is not acceptable. And then to try and charge me for it because you don't do anything right or care, not good!!!!!

I was there on 23rd at 5pm, Subway on 2520 South Eastern Ave Nevada Las Vegas. the guy with glasses that was working the shift unfortunately did not get his name, he was extremely rude and abnoxious so i decided to walk out of there. Here is my advise as a former business owner I go.out of my way to be nice to employees however he does not deserve any of it and needs.to be fired please don't spend your hard earned money on a business that doesn't deserve it.

Very unfriendly, unprofessional male "sandwich artist". Dead slow on Monday night (January 8) no personality at all and super, slow moving. Bad representative of Subway. He also allowed a loud barking wet dog with lots of shedding hair in the store as well. I left without my sandwiches.
