If I can give more stars I would. Me and my wife have a Tacobell addiction and we've regularly ate at many locations over the years. This location is by far one of the best we've ate at. They make their food fast and very good. It comes very neat and exactly the way you'd imagine. This is by far the best Taco Bell in Tyler. The food is always fresh, hot, portioned perfectly, and prepared and packaged correctly. Nothing is ever missing from my order. The store is always clean and the workers always friendly. This is the 3rd closest Taco Bell to where I live and rather than going one of the two that are closer, I will gladly drive to this one.

I don't care that it's not "authentic", I have loved everything I've ever eaten there for many years. The prices used to be more affordable but I just get the $5 box that's featured. Updated dining rooms & great for any age.

The neatest, cleanest, best food Taco Bell we have been in in years! Our TB in Seneca, SC is so horrible you would not feed to a dog dyeing of starvation so we LOVED THIS LOCATION in Tyler, TX. Great job!

Jam up Taco Bell no doubt, I rarely write reviews but the night shift folks at this particular location deserve a shout out. Fast service, very clean and most importantly employees that are genuine kind people. Keep up the good vibe it’s appreciated greatly👍🏻

One thing I can always count on at Taco Bell are their taco deals... namely, the regular crunchy tacos and their tacos supreme. Their "deals of three" (orders and boxes where you can get three tacos at a time) are my favorite faithful old standby. The burritos are great and all the different boxes, but there's something about a crunchy hot beefy taco that is incomparable! Thanks Bell excellent job and never change! This Taco Bell is right across from the gas station and easily accessible from 323 and 31 (requiring maybe a small u-turn).

I love this Taco Bell. The workers are friendly and professional. The food is also delicious. You can tell they do things the right way here. No half assing. I love this Taco Bell the most because it’s nice and peaceful. I can go in and chow down and watch some YouTube and nobody ever disturbs me. The environment alone is 10/10 P.S. for all the bad reviews.. the night shift is going to be full of immature kids who don’t care at any fast food restaurant. It’s best to avoid getting fast food if it’s not lunch or breakfast. That’s when the adults are working. If you go at midnight don’t expect it to be the same as it would be at lunch

The employees at this location are always so friendly !! Our food always comes out promptly & correct. I visit this location when I’m on this side of Tyler, but never thought to write a review until today after using the restroom. Yes, the restroom made me think about writing a positive review! As soon as I walked in it smelled good. You read that right! A clean smelling Taco Bell restroom can be hard to find. It didn’t only smell clean, it was clean!! The sign on the door says that they check it every 30 minutes & I believe it. I’m happy to say I had a great experience visiting the 500 S Loop 323 location today & will return.

Food was great! Service was excellent. There was a young lady there with dark hair who served me. She did it with a smile and I was convinced, even if she was having a bad day, serving the customer with excellence. Her last words to me were, "You have a blessed day, Mr. Kelvin!" Although my name was on my uniform, she took the time to add it into her service, which made my visit personal. I will be back!

For the first time in a very long time I got my food and my taco had the appropriate amount of cheese lettuce and meat along with my chalupa!!! I’ve been to many of Taco Bell’s. All across the United States in fact. And this one by far, is the best one I’ve ever been to. The food is always hot, always great service, and always quick. Whenever I am in Tyler I come to this Taco Bell. They truly make me feel like I’m living Mas. God bless this establishment and everyone that works here.

The manager and team at this location are very kind! I was having car trouble and the manager helped me move my car into a spot and other employees offered to help without me even asking. I also ordered some food the next day while waiting on my car to get towed and the manager gave amazing customer service to me and other guest. Its rare these days to come across kind hearted people but this team goes above and beyond!

Taco Bell is often an easy target for bad reviews. About a decade ago, they had some bad press about their taco beef being mostly fake -- a claim that would have been the final nail in the coffin of a lesser national Mexican restaurant chain (RIP, Chi-Chis. I mourn the loss of the Mazatlan enchilada platter). Taco Bell, persevered, however, and this particular location is an exemplar of the chain at its best. I regularly order lunch there on their mobile app, and they never mess up an order. I rarely wait long in the drive-through line, and the wait staff are competent and courteous. And the food is good by Taco Bell standards. It has never grossed me out. I cannot say the same for the Chick-fil-A and Panda Express restaurants across the road. So go ahead, grab some Tacos at this Taco Bell. Sure, the taco may might be fake, but it's some tasty fake meat, and the service is 100% authentic.

Just wana shout out the the taco bell team tonight! I got there when there was a small rush at the drive thru. Everyone kept calm and got the job done, as well as taking my order (with time for me to choose what I wanted lol) and having a great attitude. Food is great, staff was nice and fast.

Wouldn't label it as Mexican Food, maybe TexMex, suggest Google Maps change that. But anyway, Taco Bell is a good place to stop by for a quick bite, especially on a budget. 5 Layer Burritos are cheap, and filling. When I hit a low time, those babies helped me through a long day.

Busy, but lines move quickly. Staff are well trained and eager to please. My value menu order was packed full of food more than flavor, but i had an overall positive experience and would happily return.

Good for a Taco Bell. Nothing super special, they're mostly all the same, other than the fact this one has better tasting food cooked properly than some of the others I've been to. The restaurant had holiday decorations, which were very festive and fun. We ate inside, and our order was confused with a drive-thru order. The food was good. I had a combo meal consisting of a crunchwrap, a crunchy taco and a large drink. The crunchwrap consists of a huge tortilla with lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, melted cheese and the tortilla wraps all of those ingredients kinda like in the shape of an openface envelope. My drink was pink lemonade with some extra water. I added some mild taco sauce to my food to make it extra scrumptious.

Food was good..service was okay. I opened my bag, everything was thrown around. Lettuce and cheese from the taco was all over the bag...Nacho fries were all over too.

Pleasant service. My order was missing items. I went inside and the error was corrected quickly so overall it's ok.

Young cashiers working the register in the drive thru, made a change to the order and they forgot the change (no sour cream) and then I said hot AND mild sauces, it was only hot in the bag. I am old school, i walk in and I go to the front where the cash registers are, and I stand there for about ten minutes. Finally, I ask the lady that was making tacos etc., " is there anyone running these registers? Or do I have to figure out that newfangled computer thing there" and pointed to the computer things that were across from the register. The lady looked me dead in the eyes, and she said, figure out the newfangled computer thing, and turn it around... no personality whatsoever other than a hateful personality, being old school, it took me a bit to figure out how to order, it sure didn't bother her....

I tried ordering something, and the manager kept sending me to the kiosk. I know how to use the kiosk, but I wanted a special type of order. I told him I’d tried doing it on the kiosk before, but he kept saying I couldn’t do it any other way. So I tried again, and the kiosk still didn’t give me the option to order it how I wanted. When I got my food, it was exactly how I didn’t want it. That’s why I wanted to order with a person. That’s also why I’m leaving a bad review.

Bean burrito plus ground beef was made so poorly that the beans, beef, and sauce was coming out of both ends of the tortilla then it was wrapped and these ingredients were all over the wrapper. This mess should not have been served to the customer. It should have been remade!

We order 2 chalupa boxes n 2 grande burrito boxes and we sat in drive thru for 20 minutes, I guess when she told us to take our time she meant that.

3rd time in a few weeks, that the sauce packets are covered in sauce, in the bag with my food. Update, now I don't get any hotsauce packets, even when you remind them a few times....

I'm not sure what's happening with this franchise. My experience at another location was 'poor.' So, we try a different location, and the order was correct & I was charged the right price, but...the quality 👎👎 I'm reluctant to give it a 3rd chance.

I went to Taco Bell about 30 minutes ago and ordered a steak power bowl, no lettuce, tomatoes & sour cream. We get our order and headed home. I opened up my bowl to find sour cream all over my food had to pick out certain pieces before I finally took a bite only to realize y'all literally just gave one of your customers some hard rice and some dried out beans. Lost my entire appetite.

They force you to use the kiosk. The kiosk does not take cash so they get grumpy when they have to go up front. If I have to do their work for them by using the kiosk, I want a discount. Call me old but I prefer to have human interaction at a place of business. Will only come here now if I have to.

All I can say is check your order when you use the app, the past 3 visits there was items missing or wrong items given.

Look at the pictures.. what kind of food is that.. like there is nothing there. Plus there was this gentleman there that order something different than what they gave him. So they fixed his order but he got charged more for the first idea. That he didnt order. And the employee didnt understand that a refund was needed.. even though it's a dollar or so, we had three employees looking at the menu trying to figure out the different. I mean really.. one of the worst experiences I've had with taco bill.

Taco Bell is usually a little treat I'll get now and then, but this location has been really having a hard time getting my orders correct. Really tend to miss when I ask for something to not be on my order, or when i request sauces.

The food was okay, but the wait was ridiculous. We got our receipt at 9:21 and we pulled away at 9:28...plus we waited in line for at least 10 minutes. The worst part is that we didn't even get an apology for the wait time.

This place always and I repeat always leaves out multiple things from my order. The last time this happened I contacted the manager on duty and would only offer me to come back in the store once I was home. Over half my food was missing from my order. At that point I borderline call it a scam.

The store closes at 2am, and I pulled up to the drive thru at 1:55. I sat in my car by the menus for 3 minutes waiting for the employee to take my order, or even acknowledge my being there. I then pulled up to the drive thru window, then the employee saw me, so I went back around to the menus to place my order, so he turned the lights on the sign off at 1:59. I'm never returning back to that Taco Bell again.

Always get my food wrong gotten frozen lettuce more times than not never fill my drink up all the way taco is always crushed feels like the employees do not care about taking care of the customers don't even understand how to take orders correctly it must be hard being this crappy. Would give negative stars if it was possiable

This is the 2nd time I went to this taco bell they never give me all my food. I dnt bother going back because it's so far. The employees do not add enough meat in the tacos or burritos. It's like you're just eating the tortillas with lettuce. At all the other taco bells I stop and eat at they give you enough of everything. Never going back !!! The 1st time I went to this taco bell they said they ran out of meat and it was 11:15pm how can you run out of meat?

Some how manage to mess up my order. So incompetent this is the third time they have done this. You would think with job so simple they could actually do it right.

My first Taco Bell door dash experience was my worst experience by foòd chain. I will never order through door dash nor patronize that Taco bell again I contacted both entities about the food quality but I was told Lies. Neither party would make good on my $33.00 order of food. It’s hard to eat here with your food smelling like chemicals. I honestly don’t know if it’s the food or the wrappers that the food is wrapped in. I have only eaten there three times. And I won’t be going back. Due to the chemicals smell. Also If I ask for no ice. And then tell them I requested no ice. This particular taco bell gets a 1 start review based on their consistent inaccuracy of orders being processed at the drive through. I've gone through for my family multiple times and always end up with something missing. 1 time I've gone back in and received horrible service when I tried to get the items that were missed on my order. Not to mention it took an extra 20 minutes standing in the dining area while the rest of my food got cold in the car. I don't like posting bad reviews but when service stays the same it's hard not to mention it.

So… i been eating at this taco bell for years now. Have always had the best service from day one… i am not sure what happend but the last 2 times i been there things are not the same. For one i got 2 Grilled cheese burritos i pay roughly $10 dollars for them… last time these burritos looked just like the breakfast tacos from mcdonalds, i called several times and didnt get an answer. So today i pulled up again and made my order… when i got to the window i told the lady verlena about last time i got them… wanted to make sure i get what i paid for!! She went ahead and rolled her eyes n said that those burritos are supposed to be like the breakfast tacos from mickey ds🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ like no ma’am not for $10 bucks they are not!! So She ignored me and kept on going. Burritos are better today. Anyways thats it. 😂

The manager got my order wrong and when I asked her to fixed it ! She said maybe whoever was taking my order must didn’t hear me correctly about my order so she told me it was nothing she could do about it I would have to drive back around and get in line behind 5 other cars as I had already set in line damn near 15 mins prior to getting my order ! She was a Hispanic female Dressed unprofessionally with half of her work uniform tucked in and half out with ear buds in her ears ! As I approach the drive thru window she and other co workers was joking around so that’s the reason she could not focus and take my order correctly! I will be reporting this issue to the district manager as well !

29 minutes to get a very simple order (their excuse was that i was deleted out off the screen. Then, giving them my receipt, they managed to lose that as well) And the order was still messed up.

Was told they closed at 8 pm and would not serve me even though I had initially pulled up before they closed. Could hear people laughing in the background saying they weren’t taking no more orders. Completely unprofessional. And then I was trapped in the drive thru bc there were two other cars behind me so I ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for absolutely nothing. Just left this place 500 S SW 323 Loop Tyler Tx., it is TRASH!!! We did not make the purchase. The evening staff and management that serviced the drive thur are very disrespectful, rude, and unwelcoming no customer service at all, Its a wonder they are even employed! The woman in charge became aggressive with my husband while he was attempting to place our order and had the audacity to say we don’t have to take your order sir after she attacked him with her words and her tone! I would not recommend this location at all to anyone, EVER.

Wish I could give leass than one star! We went in they did not have the breakfast menus up. We had to volunteer to check the kiosk for the menu because they would not turn then to breakfast menus. When we were ready to order we were paying with cash so we went to the register and one lady seemed she had no clue what she was doing about acted like it was an inconvenience to her and with an attitude said "you couldn't use the kiosk?" This service was ridiculous. And there was an EMPTY DRIVE-THRU AND ONE COUPLE WHOM ALREADY HAD THEIR FOOD (which was wrong). The fact that they want more than minimum wage but don't want to work and do their job. Won't be back to this location.

My fiance and I both got food poisoning from this "restaurant". I always order a modification with my food to ensure its prepared fresh and this time, I was told they couldn't modify it. To me, that and the fact that we got food poisoning, and that it was barely warm just tells me they premade the food and warmed it back up, no telling how long it had set out.

Went thru the drive thru, the lady asked me how I was doing and I said good and then it was an awkward silence for like 5 minutes. Never said “I’ll take your order as soon as you’re ready” or anything. So after waiting I say hello and then she takes my order. I asked for fries, a griller and hot and fire sauce. I get to the window and there’s literally only a griller and 3 fire sauces. And they never told me how much my food cost or gave me a receipt. It was just a really annoying experience

We went sometime yesterday afternoon, and ordered food, they got absolutely everything on our order wrong, and then to add on, they forgot to give us an item we had ordered, we had asked for no sour cream on any of our items, and low and behold there was sour cream on everything, we asked for fiesta potatoes and did not get them, and we had paid for them already. I've been to plenty of taco bells will not be back to this one

Never go to this Taco Bell for the night service . The guy with dreads and his young crew are very unprofessional, guarantee they will get your order wrong . Will have you waiting when they got your order wrong to take care of someone else . My wife had to go 3 times around midnight they still got it wrong . I will be call the morning manager for this consistent horrible service . Spent 11 bucks for lettuce.

Wow. So disappointing. Ordered a dollar beef burrito, and a 5 layer beef burrito with no beans with other items. The $2.39 5 layer beef burrito was 2 tortillas. Pictures included. The 1 dollar beef burrito was rice and cheese with 3, yes THREE tiny hunks of meat. This is PATHETIC! Are you kidding me? 😳 I can put two tortillas together at home, I wanted food. Will be calling management tomorrow. This is ridiculously sad. Painful... asked for mild bag filled with hot, just to add insult to injury. Won't be going back, this isn't the first time we've been disappointed this just takes the gold.

So I’m the kinda guy who will eat Taco Bell twice a week. But this location never again. I didn’t want to use a kiosk I have cash I just wanted someone to take my order at the counter and pay but no kept forcing me to go to kiosk. I told the guy what I wanted to do and then he told me to go to the kiosk place the order then go to counter and pay. I said no that makes no sense take my order finally I just left and won’t be returning. Forcing people to use the kiosks when they don’t want to is bullshit. And I know how to use the kiosk that wasn’t the issue

The employees here on Wednesday the 19th were RUDE!! We dont usually eat taco bell so we stood in front to order. The lady comes and tells us to use the kiosk to order because shes "busy" and it would probably be awhile before she could take our order. Anyways, we ordered and took long because we never used a kiosk before and had questions and she was no help either. So we're struggling to order and they're back there complaining because we're not done ordering and someone wants to go to break smh THEY SHOULD OF TAKEN OUR ORDER WALKING IN OR AT LEAST HELPED US USING THE KIOSK!! Food was made and made sloppy too! Then they were rude about us complaining about not getting things we paid for AND WE HAD NO RECEIPT!!! Why? Because the kiosk doesn't print one out for you smh Oh and the chips tasted nasty because they cooked them in same oil as the cinnamon twists! So the food had a cinnamon flavor because of the chips! Won't eat here again.

I asked the manager why I was being charged 60 cents more for substitution of cinnamon twist for the chips and nachos, he said they always charge and said I probably don't pay attention. I said no I know exactly how much I pay, he insisted I was wrong. Look at my receipt!!!, same order different price, he was very rude and evidently doesn't know what he is doing, have been going there every week, will have to make some changes.

Got burritos with sour cream and over half was straight beans i went to open it up all the sour cream is on one end of the burritos. What ever happened to making the ingredients more spread out through every bite.

They never make my food right. Just went through the drive through after making an online order and I took off lettuce and tomato because I’m allergic to tomatoes and their lettuce is disgusting and they still put both of them on there. The guy at the window never said anything either just shoved the food through the windows and slammed his closed. I hate that it’s one of the closest and cheapest places near me.

Missing food and my nachos are very small and smashed on the lid the potatoes in my potato soft taco almost broke a tooth so hard and was open in the bag just all hey 👋 my chicken enchilada burrito has no chicken and almost no rice was a very flat burrito. I didn't get a receipt and was parked had to wait over 20 minutes 😒 before someone came out with my food and I asked for my receipt then. Girl was very snotty about it like why you need yo receipt I double checked you got everything see its on the bag. I said I should have received it in drive through with my change she said well drive through outta papper I'll get a manager to print you one. Well 10-15 later she finally comes back with my receipt I get home and this was my food. Ridiculous

Wasn't super impressed with this visit, I hope it gets better because I will definitely be coming back again soon. As far as Taco Bell goes, I love their food on occasion, but with this recent visit I was unimpressed to say the least. Food was not what we've come to know and love about Taco Bell. It definitely was not what we had expected, much worse in fact. Not up to Taco Bell standard for sure! I will be back nonetheless and let's just say I hope this location has gotten better, and if so I'd be happy to change or remove this review.

Missing all the sauces had to go back. I also requested no tortilla strips in my grilled cheese burrito due to a severe corn allergy. After eating my meal in my last bites I realized they were not removed. Causing me an allergic reaction very disappointed.

Taco Bell grande: a squirt of cheese, a glob of refrained beans and two tomatoeS. Taco supreme. A teaspoon of meat sprinkle of lettuce and a glob of cheese. Terrible
