Wednesday special great but no forks or spoons or napkins. Hard to eat
The chicken was hot,crispy and freshly made.I was in a hurry for for a quick dinner, I saw an add that was sent in the mail and used the coupon. I will go again. It tasted great,everyone enjoyed the meal.
Ordered on the app. Picked up at the drive thru. Order was correct and on time. Food was fresh. Staff friendly and polite.
This KFC is the best KFC in all of Monroe county. The chicken is always tender and juicy. All of the sides are excellent. They have a female manager who does an awesome job.
Can’t believe how delicious the Spicy chicken sandwich is!! Never really eat at KFC, but this sandwich is so good.
Best chicken ever. 3 piece combo is best deal you choose your pieces I got 2 breasts and a leg comes with side of your choice and a drink about 10.00. Breasts were huge breading was crispy and meat was moist.Webster Best location!
Got a bucket of chicken (8 pieces) for 10 bucks. Chicken pieces were huge compared to popeyes. Mac and cheese bowls were very good, came with chicken nuggets for 5 bucks. Had to order from the mobile app, but worth it.
i love kfc so much, they always have the best food, best drinks and make me feel so happy. and i cried and teared up when i was talking about much i love them and there food! but only flaw is they mess up your order alot but still has never let me down with their delicious food 💗
We used drive through to get a dinner meal while out shopping! Staff is great and got our order done quickly and we were on our way! The chicken (extra crispy) was very good as we're the Mac& cheese and the coleslaw! Very good meal and we'll be back soon!
My mother had a taste for Kentucky's chicken. This business is located in Webster, it's clean and well managed. Whenever she desires Kentucky's this is where we buy our meals. At times we prefer the take out and the drive through is convenient. They do get busy. So, patience is a virtue. I never had any complaints concerning the food. All good! Thank you! Lisa
First time eating at this location. Drive thru was fast, everything was fresh and CORRECT. Sauces, straws, etc. So good! Store grounds were well maintained as well. Will remember the good service next time I'm in Webster! We had a big order and it was exactly as it should have been.
What an excellent experience at kfc for our Mother’s Day. Our food was right on time at 6, almost no wait whatsoever. But the icing on the cake had to be the store associate at the counter. We believe her name was Liana, she was kind, courteous, and efficient during the whole process. We wish all fast food restaurants had staff with her qualities! Thank you Liana for making our Mother’s Day a good one.
The location is easy to get to, I went there later in the evening - it wasn't too busy. The cold weather is still lingering here in Webster; it was a bit drafty inside - I kept my coat on at the table. Service was acceptable, the food was good - nice and hot. Workers were friendly and polite - and by eating out; I didn't have to dirty any dishes at home.
This is by far the best KFC I have been to. The food is always served quickly and fresh, the employees are efficient and friendly and the restaurant is clean. I rarely would go to KFC's because of the poor quality and dirty restaurants until I stopped at this gem several months ago. This store has made me a fan.
Enjoyed a dine-in visit. Friendly service and counter personnel made sure my order was corrected quickly and without issue. Chicken tenders were hot and crispy and juicy! Nashville hot sauce was not too hot but left you needing an extra tissue to wipe my runny nose. Restaurant bathroom was clean and dining room has lots of windows and so lots of light. Restaurant is updated and clean and plenty of seating. The colonel has it going on. Hopefully they will let the chickens out of the cages sooner than later. Do it for the chicken since it made you fat and happy sipping drinks on your fancy yachts. KFC do it for the chicken. Also need to implement a recycling program for all the plastic waste. Do it for the planet and your great grandchildren.
I went through the drive thru today and got a $20 meal and a side of fries for 4.15. I didn’t realize until I got home that I was missing the fries. For 4.15 I wanted my fries so I went back. The young man who served me immediately recognized me and was very apologetic before I could explain what happened. He gave me the fries and a chocolate cake for the trouble. It was delicious. I understand people make mistakes and I don’t mind. That young man was so polite in making it right I was impressed. Whoever you are, you were taught right. Thanks very much.
The women i believe is the Manager there greeted me & told me the wait on the food is only because it's being freshly made. She was right. The staff here all seemed to get along and work well with eachother from the kitchen to maintaining the place is clean. 👏🏾🤌🏾🫡
Just picked up a family meal for our Mother’s birthday and man oh man whoever was at the counter was the gold standard of what A service employee should be. She was so friendly and her demeanor was fantastic, I had a few questions about the items on the menu and she was so informative and helping me make the right decision for our mother‘s birthday feast. I think her name was Liana, so thank you for helping to make our Mother’s Day feast finger lickin good!
I love this KFC. They have great food (no need to explain, you already know it's fried chicken and wonderful) and typically excellent staff. The price is much better than Popeyes and the quality of food is much higher. For eating, you can get potatoes, biscuits, cole slaw, desserts, meat pies and the option for baked, fried or grilled chicken in pieces and tenders. The only down side I've ever encountered here was that on rare occasions they run out of biscuits or side dishes but willingly substitute to remedy that.
The chicken was super moist! I was super surprised. Everything was super good!! The only reaosn why I gave it 4 stars was I would suggest maybe putting butter or a sauce with the biscuit but thats not that big! Keep it up!!!
Wait was a little long but to be expected for the size of the order. Restaurant was clean and staff was helpful. Also 20% military and uniformed personal discount on Mondays and 10% the rest of the week.
The Webster location is clean, well staffed. Late evenings food supply is limited, could have more stock of sides and cake. I tried the chicken and waffles. The waffles are loaded with sugar, a hint of cinnamon. Much too sweet for me. The included syrup puts them way over the top. The chicken is always great.
Yeah not bad, had the spicy chicken sand with fries. $8 with a drink. Spicy chicken could've been spicier, they have packet hot sauce, not the same. A tasty little sandwich with pickles, yes it's small but perfect for lunch and the fries were real good for some reason, maybe I was hungrier than I thought, lol. Seriously fries were crispy and delish...keep the receipt. Survey will get you free grub.
Ordered Crispy Chicken for 10 people online. Showed up and told they had no crispy chicken left because they were closing in 1/2 hour (an hour earlier than usual). Should not have been able to order it online then.
KFC has great chicken and consistently has good, quick service. They are a cheap lunch or dinner, I got a 3 piece chicken strip, a biscuit, a side, and a drink for $5. My only complaint is that did not open they're door by 11am like they were supposed to.
We live in Irondequoit. There drive through paving is horrendous, giant pot holes. The drive up window was greasy and just plain dirty. Love there chicken sandwich but to greasy! Lots of room for improvement.
KFC is great chicken. Their drive through speaker is junk though. Everytime I try to order at the drive through I try to say my order so they won't ask questions but they always ask something and I can't understand a single word. Seriously guys, how much delicious chicken do you have to sell in order to afford a new drive thru speaker? Update: They got a new speaker! This place is the best!
Customer service was great , chicken fresh and hot. Coleslaw wasn't as fresh. Usually good, though
I do not usually eat at KFC. However, I, l, L😍VE their chicken pot pies. They are fantastic, tasty pies😋 and one of my favorite comfort food.
Food has always been good but I order the same thing every time and at least one part of my order has been wrong any time I go. Whether it's the wrong drink, the wrong side or even the wrong meal all together. I come here on my lunch and don't have a whole lot of time to double check my order. So my three stars is based on the lack of trust and not the food.
We have been there before and didn't have a problem but the last time there to pick up our order 3 out of the 4 were completely wrong. What they gave us didn't come close to what we ordered. Check before you leave!!
The chicken tender dinners we're definitely not tender. Tasted like leftovers chewy and tough and not at all crispy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were very good and the biscuits were just okay. Won't be getting those again anytime soon.
Ordered on the app said it will be ready at 7:25 wasn’t ready till seven 725. 25 minutes late. The people inside we’re working as fast as they can but it just seems like the app didn’t work or promise the food. Too soon
KFC is absolutely nothing like it used to be. The food is overpriced for what it is. They're usually out of stock of at least one menu item. Best part is the employee helpfulness. Other than that, it's.... Food.
Chicken and french fries were dark brown, tough and rather dry. It was prior to the dinner hour and they had, little doubt, been sitting around for awhile. Clearly they had been reheated through refrying. Not okay. Nearly one year later I tried them again. The extra crispy chicken thighs were obviously reheated, just like last year. Apparently it is a policy of this KFC to let food sit around and then reheat it. I won't be back in a year or any time.
It's okay. They tend to make errors in fulfilling orders. For example, fries instead of mashed potatoes
First of all the kfc website is diabolical. Provides Apple Pay option but tried twice to pay and the place order button remains grayed out. So deducted a star from service for that. Anyways wanted kfc so went to the location and got the Korean chicken sandwich and the large fries. Sandwich was good though couldn’t taste anything Koreanish. Fries were great except kfc seemed to have short changed me. See for yourself in the pic. Decked a star for that.
The Employee took super too long takong order through Drive Thru. I was in line for 38 mins before i could place an order. That's terribleservice for Webster town
At 7pm, they were out of XC except wings. No breasts in Original. Service was excellent and speed was amazing.
Food is delicious, but only go to the Webster location if you are prepared to receive the wrong order or missing meals etc. Because of this issue, I strongly suggest you check your take-out bag before leaving the parking lot or you will be quite dissapointed when you arrive home.
If you order a meal deal, make sure you check your order before leaving the store, stopped by yesterday 5/29/18 and purchased 2 famous bowl meal deals, apparently the staff doesn't care what the deal is, they forgot the cookies for both orders, doesn't really matter, but this isn't the first time this has happened at this store. So forewarned, is best with this store, always check your order before moving away from the counter.
Clean but that's all it had going for them the young guy that took our order was rude kept laying on the register sighing while we were looking over the menu discussing or options my son has learning disabilities and kept talking about the signs and the guy kept talking down to him and correcting everything he thought he was messing up on (my son is 4) I placed my order 2 of the same meal one for me one for my done he only gave me 1 cup for the drinks I had to request another my fiance still was debating what he wanted and the sighing started in again to the point my fiance didn't even order he paid for what I ordered then told him he didn't like his attitude. .we were the only ones there so no line no reason to rush us or belittle a 4 yr old we called to complain they wouldn't listen without a receipt number which oh yes he never gave us a receipt how convenient. .
Drive thru gal didn't even ask me what it wanted as sides or sauces on combo meals. Then when I got home I noticed on receipt 'Yes she put down sides and sauces of her choice's BUT NONE of them were in bag. Heres hoping she enjoyed her afternoon meal🙄
I got at the drive up a fill up which contained 1 breast which was good and 1 wing which was dark and shriveled. 1 Diet Pepsi which tasted horrible and mashed potatoes which had gravy. That was not real. 1 chocolate chip cookie which was good. I only wanted the chicken but was forced to get the rest. I dislike KFC for the reason that one cannot order ala carte.
Very disappointed. Placed order for 30 piece and extra coleslaw. Asked chicken to be half regular and half crispy. Pieces were very small, order was all original, and missing extra coleslaw. I called twice; only reached voicemail and never received a call back. Very disappointed
This place could be so much better however the owner must not care, it's consistently way understaffed and slow. Also they run out of chicken regularly how does a place named for chicken never have enough chicken prepped for lunch and dinner rush?
Refused to modify my order, when I've had it modified before. Then said 30 minute wait in the drive thru with 6 cars ahead waiting for their order.
Once again sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes to grab a "quick" meal...NOT! This happens every single time we are here AND it is ridiculous! Not to mention I have to check my orders every single time due to errors made several times......Let's get it together folks! Perhaps new training or management training is in order.....
Don't go here! They don't care about the customer. I asked if I could have bbq sauce for my sons and my chicken strips and we got one sauce to share. They don't like to help people and when they do address you, they are rude! Please go somewhere else. There are so many other place to get chicken and not worth the frustration and waste of time.
Biscuits were rock hard. Service was poor and chicken pieces were tiny. I love KFC, but this is not my first bad experience at this location, will not go back. Enough is enough.
HAD A CRAVING FOR KFC SUNDAY AT 5 PM. BUT WAS SKEPTICAL AS THE TIME BEFORE THERE WAS A LONG WAIT AND EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE,LIKE THEY DIDN'TCARE IF THEY SOLD ANYTHING! WELL THIS TIME WAS WORSE.THEY ONLY HAD ONE WINDOW OPEN , SO YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY AND GET YOUR FOOD AT THE SECOND WINDOW. THERE WERE FOUR CARS IN FRONT OF ME. THIS IS NO LIE, EACH CAR HAD TO WAIT EIGHT TO TEN MINUTES FOR FOOD . WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW IT HAD BEEN FORTY-FIVE MINUTES.THE BOY AT THE WINDOW TOOK MY DEBIT CARD , BUT BEFORE HE COULD RING IT UP , A GIRL CAME UP TO HIM AND WHISPERER IN HIS EAR. HE TURNED TO ME AND SAID IT WOULD BE A SEVEN MINUTE WAIT FOR CRISPY CHICKEN , WHAT WERE THEY DOING ? THERE WAS A PIECE OF PAPER STUCK TO THE WINDOW THAT SAID,WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS.I'M GLAD HE DIDN'T RING ME UP. I TOOK MY CARD AND LEFT. TALK ABOUT RIDICULOUS. ISN'T THERE A B.B.B. HOW THEY EVER KEPT A LICENSE TO OPERATE IS UNIMAGINABLE , I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS THIS.
Love chicken pot pie! Was so excited to see KFC had them. Shocked to find hardly any chicken in it, and what there was was shredded not chunks. A lot of money for so little ingredients! Very disappointed! Won't be back!
Waited 43 minutes in the drive-thru for some chicken...so slow!! Edit: Came back here 9/23 only to get fries that tasted like they came out of the fridge. 🤮
Worst experience ever.... Have been a couple times and each time they have no chicken breast. Tonight we ordered 4 meals and only got 3. Went all the way back and they were rude and still forgot the sauce.
Did a mobile order got to the restaurant and was told they couldn't make the order because they ran out of chicken. I was never contacted nor was the order canceled, I didn't even get a refund and online the order shows as completed
Ordered 2. Of the 20.00 fill up one was suppose to be original the other crispy. One was over cooked the other one was ok. Tried calling good luck no one returns your call.
Not sure why my previous review was flagged and deleted because it was absolutely the truth..I had a terrible experience here on 8/21 where I was led to believe my order was taken in drive-thru, I waited 15+ minutes after that to get to the window and find out they hadn't taken my order, needed it all over again, and I'd have to wait more after that for the food to be prepared. I left without food of course. I was told they were short staffed and to have a nice day. In the time I was waiting I saw 1 car pull away from the order box and leave after sitting there and 2 other cars pull away from the window with no food. That is truly poor service and not any way to treat customers. It is not the customers fault what goes on with staffing and maybe they shouldn't have even opened that day. I would love to hear back from the GM or KFC about this, as I have called several times since and been told a manager isn't available.
If I could give zero stars I would. I'm in marketing and I know how imperative reviews are on a businesses success. I NEVER give poor reviews but this was by the very worst, disrespectful service I have ever had. The "shift leader" was so rude to me and when I had to make a simple change after apologizing several times for needing to make said change she slammed the window shut on me. Needless to say the change was never made and I received half of the food I paid for and was so uncomfortable I didnt want to go back to fix it. After an hr I decided to call to try to talk to a higher up manager because I felt they should be aware and the phone was picked up and hung up twice. No thank you....never again!
This was the worst KFC I've ever been to. The chicken breast was stringy and had no flavor. They were out of thighs so they substituted legs, which looked like they came from a cornish hen. There was a six minute wait for the biscuits (a drive-thru nightmare) and the order was wrong which is always the risk if you don't check EVERYTHING before you depart. Sad, because KFC always made such great chicken. Apparently, not anymore.
Employee at Drive-thru window and a manager intentionally packed up a bucket of Original chicken, without straining the grease first. I told them it was a meal that I was dropping off for my elderly parents (90 & 96 yrs olds). Both of my parents became ill, and both experienced gastrointestinal issues after eating the excessively greasy chicken. The reason. I believe it was intentional was because when I placed the order, I was advised that there wasn't any Original chicken available ... only Extra Crispy, and that it would take 29 minutes to fry. I agreed to wait. Afterwaiti g for 45 minutes, I inquired why it was taking longer than I was told. Both employees snickered at each other. Finally, after 50 minutes if waiting, I received the order.
Completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong stuff, and on top of that gave me three biscuits that are hard as rocks with burnt chicken. Called to let them know and manager hung up on me. So with the “great” food, they have unprofessional employees.
RUDE MANAGER! We went through the drive thru ordered 5 piece tenders combo, and a 4 piece tenders combo. With the 5 piece combo, I ordered coleslaw. After receiving our meals and pulling out of the drive thru, we did not receive the coleslaw. It is listed on our receipt.. We go inside to ask for our forgotten coleslaw, a younger man at the counter was very nice and had to go ask the manager for permission to give us our missing item. We can hear the manager loud and clear saying "if they want coleslaw they need to ask for it not demand it", we did ask for it at the drive thru window. Maybe the place would be more productive and better managed if they did not have rude, unprofessional management.
This store sucks....everything about it sucks...service though respectful is very sloppy where it matters...10 people went into the kitchen after I ordered my food...4 people asked me about my order which is the very definition of sloppiness.And finally food sucks.Chicken is over cocked and the crisp layer was falling off when I opened the food. Oil used felt like poison. After just half chicken I felt like I was gonna die. It’s felt so unhealthy. Don’t eat here.These guys just borrowed the name kfc and ran it into the ground.Moreover when I first entered the store there seems to be a therapy session going on with all employees in the middle of the store.
Ordered a single meal last night (a #11) at 6:30pm. It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker, then 30 minutes to get to the window and get my food! I would have left but I was gridlocked in by a vehicle so I couldn’t get around them. They seemed very disorganized when I sat at the window for 14 minutes. The woman in front of the cash registered avoided eye contact when I was trying to get her attention, they kept yelling at each other and one person kept pacing and was not actually doing anything at all! Horrible service, they need to get their act together!
Well service is not their speciality. At least you have a 50/50 chance of getting your order the first time you ask for it. Soggy chicken. Stale biscuits. Mac and cheese that I am not sure is supposed to be yellow, orange or white. Luckily, I got all three ! I am writing this review as a personal reminder to avoid this establishment the next time I have a craving for fried chicken.
Sat in line for over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of us before we just left. Staff was just sitting there talking to each other at window. Even took about 10 for someone to even answer the speaker.
I've given Webster KFC 3 tries over several months to either get a simple order correct or sell Cole Slaw that tastes bad and seldom seems the same. When I ask employees I suddenly feel like I'm in a TBI clinic.
I don't mean to be a downer, but this location is a bad choice. We waited 25 minutes for a simple meal and had to leave. The staff was rude and unresponsive. I even wrote a note to corporate expressing our frustration and never even got a reply. So.. don't go unless you have plenty of time.
Chicken was covered in soggy mushy breading. Buscuits were dry and hard. Corn was dried out. Fries were a mushy pile. The mashed potatoes were the only edible item in our family meal. The kids ate popsicles instead. This was awful.
I have always liked this KFC and drive a little longer to get to it but today I ordered 12 piece chicken only they said that it would take about a half an hour and I said that was okay. But then it was ready in 5 minutes. When I got it home it wasn't the KFC that I know. The chewy tangy salty delicious coating was completely absent. The quality of the meat was ok but the breading had been completely altered with a different recipe with almost no flavor. I would have better off buying Banquet chicken at the grocery store. I will not go there again.
If your sign says you're open at 10:30, I shouldn't have to sit in the drive thru with someone behind me until 10:40! I do a lot of business there but honor the dang time or I won't!
Seriously how many times can you go to KFC and they are out of original recipe? So why do I keep going back. Sadly I am addicted to it. I still enjoy the extra crispy but if I put an order in 4 hours ahead of time I expect to get what I wanted. Employees don't really seem to care. Wow how times have changed in customer service.
I've never been to this location and probably won't ever go. I called because KFC was advertising a special. 8 piece bucket for $10, online only. The online ordering at this location was disabled (working at other locations). I called to see if they were honoring the special, and the woman who answered after 3 calls told me, yes, 10 piece bucket was $10, online only. I told her online ordering was disabled at their location, and she replied, "Well, I guess we can't honor it then." She then hung up. A co-worker had a similar experience. Not good customer service. 😕
Food says it was ready at 6:30 made me come inside to get the food. Lady was extremely rude and I guess they can’t count gave me 7 nuggets instead of 8 and made a big deal about it. Definitely advise staying away
I've been to the place many times before. 3 days ago, I went to the drive thru. Got the meal and a lemonade. I took a sip of the drink and found it was extremely bitter and sour tasting. Did not taste right. It immediately burned my throat. I took 3 sips on the way home total and each time it burned. I dumped the drink at home. 3 days later I am sick, have a sore throat and cough. I'm now on an antibiotic. I do not know what wrong with the drink but it did harm me. I am to afraid to go back.
Arrived at this store after sunset and both exterior lights and drive through menu board were off. Went indoors to order and there was a twenty minute wait for most items. When we were served they were missing items from each of our meals and we were not provided with utensils. Lots of unhappy customers backing up the line
It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a negative review because I used to enjoy visiting this location. I went through the drive-thru well after lunch today and was met by a 15 minute wait. Mind you, this was just to get up to the window to get my food, which they apparently didn't make, according to the cashier. So another 5 or so minutes of waiting only to be greeted with cold, salty food. It's odd that it was cold, considering that just a moment ago I was told that they hadn't even started it. I don't really see myself returning.
I went to the drive thru, I get to the window pay for my order and then I was told that the biscuits would take another 5 minutes please pull up and we will bring your order out shortly after 20 minutes I back up to the window and I told them that I was waiting for my order and the person at the window didn't know what I was talking about so I show my receipt and he walks away after 10 minutes he comes back with my order hands it to me and closes the window without saying anything, terrible terrible business and it happens alot I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a special that was on display on counter for free beverage for purchase of 12 piece dinner and 3 sides. Pointing to the sign the young gentleman took my order and I paid. As I received my order I noted that beverages were not included. When I inquired, I was told by a store representative that that special was discontinued. I indicated that the sign was present. The store representative said take it down and declined to offer me an alternative. Other customers commented that the store should have honored it as it was their error. They declined. To add to it the prices were higher and all 3 of the sides were half full. Won't be returning to this KFC.
This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and they weren't even busy and still missing 3 things from my order! 😒 And no one to contact! I don't want a free item next time, there won't be a next time..... I ordered ahead, and still waited 20 min. Just to get home and my kids missing their sides and stuff....smh very mad!
Came here because of the Wednesday special and expected to get that. Was told they were out of "chicken on the bone but we have everything else ". Ok it is 9pm and they close @10pm. I asked could I still get the special but with tenders please. Was told no. So it's the customer fau you ran out of chicken not to mention your closing soon. The French fries were mushy and cold. The Diet Pepsi was half filled with very little taste and carbonation. Last but not least they shorted us our coleslaw that we paid for as an extra side. Will not be going back.
Called and asked if they had a promotion available that I had just seen advertised on tv for KFC for a $20 fill up box and asked what the hours were. I could barely hear what the guy working said and was told store closes at 9:30 instead of 10pm (which is advertised as closing time)… also said they were out of something included in the new fill up box advertised…. I asked what what he had said they were out of do something that was involving the new advertising venture the company has invested in and it just sounded like a bunch of people laughing in the background and then I got hung up on. I said I cannot hear you and then click. I tried calling back from another number and no answer. Just figured you would want to know about negligence at your store. I know its hard to find reliable employees and I understand the difficulty. However, just being hung up on when I would have ordered something else is where I say ok, Im not going to be a patron here anymore. Just figured you may want to know from a previously loyal KFC customer. This was from the KFC located at 925 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580. Calls placed from around 9pm or thereabouts. It really sounded like a party with a bunch of friends and workers was going on and there was no interest in taking orders. Anyways, thought someone should know as I am sure there is a franchise owner somewhere thats relying on his employees to fulfill orders.
Spent 54 min in the drivethru waiting for my order. Get to the window after waiting roughtly 45 min to be told i have another 6 and a half for 2 8 pieces and french fry...Maybe KFC SHOULD LET CUSTOMERS KNOW AT THE TIME OF ORDER THAT THEY ARE GOING TO WAIT AN HOUR .IN THE DRIVETHRU....Never again.
Store closed early Sunday and did not turn off mobile ordering so we lost 2 coupons for $6 dishes as well as having to spend over half an hour on the phone to get the money we paid refunded. They refused to refund the coupons. The manager that night also lied to us and was extremely rude! Usually we have very kind servers and delicious food so this was upsetting!!!
8 piece family meal had four pieces not edible. It looked like breaded rat bones. Forty bucks for this garbage!! Never again, quality of food is worse than grabbing a big bite at Seven Eleven. Shame on the owner of this chain.
chicken was inedible. service was slow. messed up an order. this place should close and be replaced with something else at this point.
This is the last time I go to the Webster KFC 515 pm they don't have any food ready, will be 20 minutes to a half hour , it's DINNER TIME , total BS WHEN is dinner time???? Will never go there again ....
Waited 30+ minutes in the drive through to get my food. I intentionally don't take my lunch at noon specifically to avoid this, as I usually don't have much time to eat. The staff needs to figure it out.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 piece meal, a pot pie and a side of macaroni and cheese. When I got home I only had the 2 piece meal. I called and the kid said come back I’ll give it to you for free, lol I said it’s not free I paid for it, so I asked to speak to the manager his name is AJ, he hung up on me, there was so much yelling I couldn’t hear him, so I asked for the owners name and number, AJ said I can’t give you her personal number, I didn’t want her personal number, he said she’ll be here in the morning, I could talk to her then, and he hung up! So disrespectful, I’ll never go there again!
If I could give negative stars I would. This was an absolute crap show. Waited around an hour to be able to eat my food, and wanted something after the fact and was told by front guy I could have it. The next thing, after I paid, it's a 20 minute wait. "The people in the drive thru" it's a Thursday night past 8pm. There isn't that much people out there. I have never had such an experience at a FAST FOOD restaurant. And the way I was spoken to while I expressed my frustration was basically a "well, whomp whomp". Completely disgusted with everything that went on tonight.
I Spent $71.00 at the Webster, NY location for the worst food I've ever gotten at KFC. The chicken was dry as cardboard and the coating was a dark brown. There was no gravy on the potatoes and they didn't fill the dish enough. The Chocolate Cake looked liked some of the bottom got stuck to the pan it was baked in. And the Cherry Poppers were mushy. I'll never go here for KFC again. Also I think that the price for this lousy dinner was rediculous. For that much money, I sould of bought a weeks worth of groceries.
Bought a chicken finger meal. Chicken was not even cooked all the way an wasn't crispy at all. Very soggy. Went in to have it exchange an was refused. Management cursed me out when I said food was raw. My other half called up there to ask for cooperate amd got cursed out again am threatened by management.
We went to the KFC drive through in Webster, NY on Saturday night and ordered the crispy chicken. We were told that there was a 16 minute wait.(What? On a Saturday night? Why were they not prepared? fast food?) Since we really wanted KFC, we said Ok. However the wait was almost 40 minutes. When we finally got our food, the deliverer did apologize but when I said that it really was unacceptable, he replied "bye" and left. No explanation as to why it took over twice as long as we were told it would be and what we agreed to . No "Here's a coupon for a free whatever". No "We gave you a free dessert". Just bad customer service.
I am a valuable customer here I have spent a lot of money and time at this location, Webster, New York. The service of the employees are poor. I spent a good bit of money this morning with my children and I complained about the mac & cheese and just ask for something different I was told no, I could not get anything else and most restaurants. If you don’t want something they will take it back and give you something else or was it like I asked for my money back but the manager here is very rude and nasty. I will never come back to this location .
I waited over 35 minutes for my food, as did a ton of other people. This girl was ahead of me a was waiting well over 45 minutes and never said a word asking where her order was. So an older man asked the people working what’s going on with her order? She’s been here over 45 minutes and the heavyset male Hispanic cook got mouthy with customer and said “do you want me to give you a shirt and you come back here and work?” The customer was so kind and he actually offered to help if they were busy. The way your employee handled this situation was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional.
I just sent $30 dollars here and when I received my order one of my gravy the lid was not sealed properly and the gravy spilled all over. They refused to replaced my entire mashed that was covered with gravy but give me a new lid for it. Meanwhile while waiting for the police the rest of my food was getting cold. They wouldn’t refund me my money either. They also failed to clean the gravy that spilled all over the table. I will be sure to follow up with KFC headquarters. Then they decide to replaced the mashed potato and left it on the counter without saying it was for us.
