Super late, we arrived at 8, they served us at 9, and that was after telling them that they were already late, and there were only 3 tables, we left food because we didn't have time to eat, our bus was leaving at 9:15, there was another table complaining about the same thing

From León, Guanajuato, I visited Ciudad Valles. When I went to a restaurant on the boulevard, the food was good, but there were cockroaches crawling out of the tables, and the staff's attitude was indifferent—not even an apology, and they were quite unconcerned with my complaint. They need to improve the service of the staff who wait tables. I had no complaints about the restaurant at the entrance to Colonia Obrera.

Something has changed at this place. Before, the dishes were generous, even very filling. Now they serve them with very little meat on metal griddles, and I repeat, very little meat. The worst dish is something called fajitas; it has everything but meat. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't cost $170.00. What do you expect? A well-served dish, not something that looks like a salad with a few pieces of fajita. I hope this review prompts you to reconsider the changes, as you are considered a good restaurant that I personally recommended. Please reconsider the changes.

Extremely slow. And the waiters are either very clumsy or inattentive. They made a mistake; they served my wife's order to another table that had even arrived much later than us. And they wanted her to eat it after returning it to the other table. They served two tables that had arrived after us. In short, a terrible experience. And apparently, that's how bad the service is. They desperately need efficient and trained waiters.

Absurdamente mala atención el último día que estuve con amigos y amigas. No nos dejaban ir porque según la mesera, no habíamos pagado completa la cuenta. Y cuando quisimos pagar lo que según aún debíamos, nos dijo que no nos podía cobrar porque ya habían cerrado la caja. No creo volver a ese lugar
