I mean whoa! This was the best burger I have EVER eaten! I can't explain, I had to show the picture! An inch thick I mean wow! The cook can cook some Texas burgers! This place was so welcoming, great staff!

Well stocked and fresh salad bar, with options to add baked potato bar and soup. Everything was absolutely delicious. My husband loved his bucket burger as well. You can tell the place was full of regular custokers which is always a good sign.

I like Heff's burger. The meat is seasoned well and they offer a sizeable salad bar. They seem to go the extra mile to help you get what you are looking for. Good food!!

The burger, tater tots and sweet potato fries tasted great. We also got the grilled chicken salad... the chicken tasted great too, but the lettuce had a lot of parts that had started to turn on the edges. One piece not a big deal, but I kept pulling more out so I just asked to refund the salad. They had no problem with giving us a refund. The employees were very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The checkered wall tile and multiple wall signs with cars, motorcycles and funny sayings were fun too look at.

Walked in and guys behind counter were playing around while we just stood there waiting to order! Guy that waited on us was very rude and dirty looking! What happened with ‘welcome, come back or have a nice day!! Employees need to be trained better. The salad bar was excellent!

Restaurant consistently has pretty good food but we have found staff VERY unfriendly and abrupt at times. In addition staff most often look sloppy and we have seldom seen any hair nets. They really need to improve their image with staff!!

I've never had a bad experience here but this past Saturday wasn't great. The burger was dry and the fries were soaked in grease. It was extremely disappointing.

Stopped for a burger because some else told me how good they were. It was okay, but I wasn't impressed. Had a pattymelt. Best thing about the burger was it was real meat and the patty wasn't bland. The resteraunt was clean, service was decent. $14.00 for a pattymelt and small shake.

Took forever to get our food and I ordered BEFORE this rush of people came in.. they are way too busy for the 4 people in the cooking area, which is way too small for the amount of business they are doing. And my order was 3 mushroom burgers and a strawberry shake to go.

Horrible experience. Never been before so I nicely asked the cashier what a good burger was? He literally rolled his eyes at me, paused for a long time and shook his head. I was baffled, only reason I stayed was because I was traveling and needed to eat. Horrible experience, his hair has long and alll in his face. The store was nasty. The cook was wearing one glove that he kept on the entire time I was there while touching boxes and lord knows what else. Heard good things about this place but didn’t get that.

I saw many guys in the back touching themselves and not washing their hands. The girls in the front were always on their phone slacking and not doing any work, I got my food almost an hour after ordering and it was not busy at all. When I did get my food they didnt have all of it and got it messed up more than once I didnt order that much one of the girls started arguing with me about my own order with me. This isn't the first time this has happened to people/me at this restaurant worst service I've ever had and definitely never coming back until service gets better also I don't know who Sheila is but she needs to up her service

I usually love this place, but today my husband got me a burger while I was stuck home with our baby. I was enjoying my burger till I realized it tasted weird, so I look down and it's VERY pink. I'm disgusted. My husband and I have both called the number multiple times to report it to them, but they are not answering. I've tried making myself puke, but I'm failing with that. I cannot risk getting sick.
