I moved to Carver Plaza at the beginning of Dec 2021. We are located right behind Mustang Donuts. I can smell the donuts baking and the aroma is amazing! I had to try one! I have always thought Shipleys had best kolache but hands down it's Mustang Donuts! Donuts are so fresh and made with perfection. It might be a bit out of your way but well worth the trip.

Okay, so Mustang donuts.. small mom and pop shop next to the econo lodge. I forgot to get their names but they are very sweet and eager to assist your morning munchies. The food is cheap and coffee is hot and fresh.. they are open from 5am-12am..

First they had my favorite doughnuts twist doughnuts in glazed, cinnamon, chocolate.. nobody ever has them. I received free doughnut holes, great service, and their sandwiches were totally awesome.

My Wife and I love Mustang Donuts! We have tried most of the donut shops from Haskell to Coleman and Mustang Donuts me are the best!! Edit 5 monhs later: We love Mustang Donuts even more. We have tried 3 of the other donut shops in town and hands down Mustang Donuts is the best in Abilene. The bread in the Donuts, Cinnamon Rolls, Twists etc., served in other Shops is just too dense. Biting into a Mustang Donut is like biting into a cloud, a delicious cloud. I tell all my friends about Mustang Donuts and encourage them to try their donuts. The ones who've stopped by agree with our assessment. Also, the two people who work there are the nicest people in Abilene's Food Service Industry. They make the experience even better!!!

The crescents are awesome flaky and buttery. The donut holes melt in your mouth. Good strong coffee. You can't go wrong with very good service and a clean store just wished they at least stay open an hr longer.

The only donut shop in this area. I have visited this bakery on many occasions and tried every pastry, kolache or biscuit sandwich they make. The pastries or donuts are too elastic and doughy. The crescents are good but the biscuits are too dense. I tried the coffee once. The bakery is very clean.

Minimum purchase is just unacceptable...I was here visiting, place is ok, food is ok, they try to avoid debit/ credit payments...but, choices are to buy minimum...companies like this and many other make real money avoiding any business expenses...besides the silverware are very poor quality, including napkins...first and last visiting establishments like this...

Donuts are disgusting did not believe my niece about her apple juice when she told her it was gross this juice was nasty Nd thick apple juice isnt thick 🤢🤢🤥
