I'd not been to Wendy's in a long time...my girlfriend invited me there for lunch. We both had salads. They were fresh and excellent.

The place is extremely clean and the service is excellent. No compliants whatsoever. A jewel of a find outside my comfort zone. Just happen to find it going into Concord and was craving for some of their rich and hearty chili.

Food, good, as is to be the expected in the fast food quality control model. Service, also good, quick, polite service.

Food is always ready fast and is always fresh. A great place to get an inexpensive meal.

I love this restaurant. I work nearby and like to come in the afternoon before starting my second job in the evening. You have great prices if I am just looking for a snack and some great burgers if I want to order a combo. I will be back again soon.

Cleaned in and out. Organized even when the line to order us long they can get to you really fast. Ordering inside and ordering in he drive through. I love the chicken Chipotle ranch sandwiches, these are my favorite.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been to - dining room and kitchen. The employee on my visit today was very friendly. No order goofs either. I'm really picky about taking things off my burgers and I have a lot of fast food restaurants make mistakes on simple requests. They were on their game here. The chicken strips are off the hook good, too. The fryer oil was obviously fresh and they came out perfect. They have a Coke Freestyle machine at this store also, and nothing was out. Extra star for being on top of that gizmo also.

Food is much better. They must have hired a new cook. Breakfast is always my favorite. Update, the food is very good, hot and fresh, made to order. The fries are way better than those made by a clown.

Typically, this location is very good. Their drive-thru gets busy, but they are efficient on the inside and are able to get people through promptly. Additionally, their French fries are always fresh and their fresh pink lemonade always washes it down nicely.

Stopped in and Got a Dave's single for a buck. Great promotion. Of course the first were necessary and I made a nice mix of coca cola flavors too. Loved it!

I can voucher for dine-in at 1PM on a Monday. There were only like seven indoor customers during the time I was there. The food was fresh. The inside looks nice for the Christmas season, including a small lounge. Parking was abundant. The drive-through had business, but always space for another car or two to pull in without spill over.

Fantastic drive through. I ordered 4 for 4 guy told me we didn't have it I asked for "whatever the new combo with the chicken sandwich is" . He said next window. 5 dollar biggie bag. He got it right charged me accordingly and by the time I was in next window lady reached over with a smile to give me my bag Quick efficient. You're not paying for service it's fast food! And my order was right with napkins and straw. Food was good honestly

Alright so this was my drive thru experience.. the guy that took my order was very polite and patient with me, NOT like other places I know........ So I figured I would put this review for the guy very very cool... Now lets get down to the Bourbon Burger. I love it. Good. Very good. I would recommend it. But thank you to Wendy's management for staying on there staff about customer service. Thank you to the guy.. sorry I don't know his name. This Pacheco location is not my favorite. Drive Thru can take a while but food is always good. The service can be hit or miss.

I like how fast food joints are stepping up their game in terms of presentation. This location's renovation is great. Now....fast food is still fast food but now its dining at an enhanced restaurant.

Wendy's is generally a decent place for fast food. Top three probably. This location was very clean and staff were more friendly than most.

It was 10 times better than them mushroom Burger from McDonald's. It was good!!! If you like mushrooms if you like krispies onions if tasty Bread makes you happy then this is Burger for you.

Appreciated the fact that since our Uhaul wouldn't make the drive thru, they let me walk thru and get our food. They forgot my frosty though, the whole idea behind stopping there and with big truck, I had to take the loss.

Food is decent for a fast food joint. Their fries are above average and the chicken sandwiches are great. Good location near a traffic signal and easy freeway access. As of this post, you can not go in to order food or dine; Drive thru only.

I went there for the $1 Frosty. It's very teeny tiny, so I bought two. LOL I also got a baked potato, and it was pretty dry, even after smothering it with butter and sour cream. I was disappointed as I remember them being much better years ago. 😢

When my wife and I are too tired from a long day of work and just want to grab something quick, Wendy's is usually in our top 5. This one is always clean and the food and service are good. Although when I read that the CEO was going to try that dumb Surge pricing idea (higher prices during peak hours), we were going to drop it like a lead brick. Thankfully, the number of angry customer responses made him quickly recant that idea. The prices are already higher than we like, and now, with the mandatory min wage increase to $20 in April (another really stupid idea as they will soon find out), we will probably quit eating out as much. I'm sure we're not alone in that. But for now, we will stay loyal customers until.we see how high they are going to have to raise prices to cover the extra costs.

I recently tried Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and garlic fries and was impressed. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and packed with flavor. The garlic fries were crispy and delicious, with a great garlic taste. The staff were also friendly and accommodating my order quickly. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend giving it a try.

This is one of the best fast food places in the area. The food quality has been excellent every time I've gone and they rarely make mistakes on the orders. The Wendy's app makes the orders easier to place and offers additional rewards/discounts.

The burger was good but the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water. I brought it to the managers attention and she act as if I were speaking Russian.

One of the girls who is working there, is careless person. She forgot to place my doordash's order's items completely. She didn't scroll down the phone screen which was 6 items included. She just gave me 4 items, and I just left the store and delivered the foods to the customer's address. The person who ordered the foods called me after couple of minutes of delivery, and said, there are 2 items missing. Then I went back to Wendy's and asked for the last two items, and I paid them from my pocket for the customer. I know I should be more careful to count all the items before I leave the food shops, but it is not fair an employee do multiple tasks at the same time. She was checking my phone to look up the items, and talking to the drive through customers at the same time. Better management required.

It's just like any other Wendy's. Good chili. I'm not a fan of much else there though. Prices a bit high for fast food. This location was remodeled a few months back.

Drive through only...we were in a long line but surprisingly it went fast. My husband has been wanting to try the baconater, I ordered the Parmesan Chicken salad. The salad was really good, good flavor real Parmesan cheese. My husband said the burger was terrible, didn't even it all. That's saying a lot because he usually eats everything. He said it tasted like old meat and had no flavor. The taste of the burger ruined the taste of the french fries and the chocolate shake. Suffice to say, he won't be trying that again. I was on the fence with giving a 3 or 4 because the rest of the food was good and the drive through was quick. But I gave a 3 because the burger is a main dish.

I must say that the guy at the cashier who helped me was very good. Besides that it was your typical fast food fare. Honestly I liked it more before they remodeled. It had to kind of a classic look to it that I remember from when I was a kid. $9 for a sandwich and a small fry combo. Still I think a bit pricey for what I received. If you go here, I would recommend just getting things off the bargain menu maybe three or four items and then a drink of water. You'll still get enough to eat and save a bunch of money.

They have completely remodeled this place which gives it an extra star but I have to tell you it was weird eating inside. There was a weird vibe to the place... It wasn't bad or anything it just was weird. Can't really explain it but the decor is very uninviting. The decor just didn't seem to really make you feel happy sad or any emotion it was just kind of there. They really need to put some pictures on the walls or something to cheer the place up. I got a double burger with cheese and didn't taste fantastic... It wasn't bad it just however was just kind of....meh.

Drive-thru: person on speaker sounded annoyed. The line moved pretty quickly. When I got to the window I finally received the total & same person from speaker still sounded like she had an attitude. She looked young & looked like she didn't want to be there. Just my opinion. Kids/Young adults these days. Food was good but due to weather there was no lettuce.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s… if you don’t know what to expect then you’ve likely been living under a rock for some time. Not crazy healthy, and not particularly fresh tasting food, but it can be tasty. I have especially enjoyed the Bourbon Bacon burger lately. The fries are tasty albeit not always crispy. I don’t always feel good about my decision to eat here, particularly when I’m feeling I should eat healthier (fewer calories) but I do always feel full. Lobby closed. Ate outsde car. Wasn't expecting to see the opened needle. Food hot and good but drive thru employee didn't seem to like her job.

The store was recently rebuilt. The new facility is attractive but the service is abysmal. The drive-through is unbelievable slow and the dining room closes earlier than the posted times.

I went thru the drive thru last night around 11 & got 2 cheeseburgers. I got the Jr Cheeseburger & my hubby got the Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe. My burger had 1 single ring of onion & 3 pickles with ketchup. My bun was slightly stale & my burger was completely cold, so cold that the cheese didn't even melt. My hubbys burger came with what mine had plus mayo, lettuce & tomato making it the deluxe. His was also cold with a stale bun. He said his felt as if it came straight from the fridge! We haven't been to Wendy's in a few years & probably won't be back for a few more!

I use Wendy's Mobile Payment to pay for my purchases at Wendy's. I roll up to the drive-in window and place an order. I then proceeded to the pick up window to pay for the food. The Wendy's employee looks at my Wendy's Mobile payment app and said: What is that? We don't use that here." I know that the Wendy's app clearly shows that you can use the app for payment. At this point, I am so irritated and instead of trying to argue with the employee I drive off leaving the employee with a dumbfounded look on his face. These employees are poorly trained and apparently ignorant regarding payment methods, in my opinion. Get it together Pacheco Wendy's! Cash is not the only way to pay for a meal. And train them that mobile ordering and the mobile payment are two different functions.

Delicious as always, but only had take out. We ate in their parking lot. They missed a few of things we orderd and when we walked to their drive-thru window, they rolled their eyes. (Rude!)

Drive thru line was very long and rather slow. Our drink was very wet and we asked them to wipe it off. Instead they just poured some out. Luckily we had some towels in the car. What was left in the cup was mainly ice. The good news was the food was warm and tasty.

Ordered a baconator for my son. They gave me a bacon cheeseburger which I guess is not similar. Libby is still not open so the drive thru lines are horrendous. Didn't get a receipt so my meal was supposed to be free according to the posted sign. I know this is a difficult time but they need to get their act together.

The food is ok - standard Wendy's but this is the SLOWEST fast food place I've ever been to! From 11:45 on The drive through line is around the corner and going inside is worse. It took 20 minutes for my order to be ready last time I went inside! They don't make use of the 2nd drive through window for payments to speed things along. It's a frustrating experience.

As goes with all Wendy's locations - the interior and exterior is outdated. The front counter helps one customer at a time, food is slow to come out. Food quality however is good compared to other fast food restaurants.

This location is forever busy.....but the kind of busy that they can never handle. The drive-thru lane is always backed up into the street. The line inside is always backed up out the door. Not to mention, the giant group of folks waiting for their food for what seems like forever. Employees definitely go straight from working the register to making orders without washing their hands. I know that the employees are overworked and overwhelmed. This is all on management.

Horrible service Definitely will not be returning. They gave me trash in my bag when I left because they were mad they got my order wrong. Unprofessional and needs new management asap. Do not go here ! Very poor customer service and management is very unprofessional.

Totally gave me the wrong order, I had ordered a number 4 and I have no idea what they actually have me but it wasn't chicken it was beef it was some sort of hamburger with two parties bacon pieces and cheese with pickles and I think ketchup and mayo well first off the patties were way over seasoned and really dry and way to much meet for me the bacon was way over cooked it was burnt and way to hard and the french fries were not any better they tasted like a day old soak might taste like the only good thing about the whole meal was the drink a strawberry lemonade ya I recommend to find a different wemdys

First time having Wendy’s. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. Started off with not getting my receipt, the top bun of my burger was cold, no ketchup with my fries, and the root beer was watery.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am highly upset at the utter disrespect of multiple employees at this Wendy's establishment. Thejr customer service is horrendous. The night shift in particular are very rude and unprofessional. They have been closing early , turning off their headsets, and purposely ignoring customers. CHEYENNE is not a leader nor should be in the position given to her, due to her lack of work ethics. You don't get to pick and choose who to serve nor disrespect as well as antagonize a customer. I will be reporting to Wendy's corporation along withis review. This is not the first complaint about your poor customer service nor will it be the last. I expect CHEYENNE to take responsibility or have some type of repercussion relating to her behaviour and manners lack there of.

Forgets my bacon on regular menu items all the time. Just uses my order as a suggest, and puts whatever they want in the bag. Removed a star for every order of mine they've messed up.

Bought a medium fri with my order which is $3.89 only for them to forget to put it in the bag. Then go back and told I can’t get them because I lost my receipt and didn’t call before arriving. $3.89 in the garbage.

Restaurant is nearly empty, 5 workers in the kitchen area, but took them 12 minutes to come take the order of the guy in front of me. I'm guessing they have time requirements for orders, so they are padding their stats by not taking our orders until they are ready to make them. Over 10 minutes before I can even place my order at 3pm on a weekday isn't what I would call fast food. Hire more staff if they can't handle 4 customers in the dining room and 4 cars in the drive through line.

Worst Wendy's I've been to, they didn't give me what I ordered, well they gave it to me minus the tomatoe so I ate almost all of it and was wondering why in the hell it tasted hard and dry and so I looked up by what was on it and it said right there " lettuce and tomato" on there website. So I show them and the say that it's the picture of the BLT, Wich it wasn't and said so right there. Now there trying to not give me what I ordered, like it's my fault they dnt know, like the entire menu is different for just one person. They were out of lettuce due to some contamination - I really appreciated the notice that was posted. I purchased the Asiago Chicken sandwich. I asked for a non-spicy, plain chicken breast. And as usual, happens 99% of the time, I was give a breaded, crunchy chicken breast.

I would give a zero star to this location if I could. My husband, son, and I were ordering food from In-N-Out Burger through the drive thru. My son wanted Wendy's and the line was really long at In-N-Out, Wendy was 10 mins away walking from there. My husband wanted to go walking to order the food for our son so we can save sometime. It was 7:55 PM exactly and it was raining, my husband was at Wendy's and while he was approaching, the people there closed the doors (they saw him, whispered to each other ignoring him) and told him that there were closed and one of them told the other that my husband was 'homeless'. He was waiting there for 20 minutes trying to get an order through the drive through while waiting for me to pick him up. One of the staff told him to leave as soon as possible and that if he can’t afford a car then he can’t be there!!!! I don’t believe who these people think they are!!

Dining room still closed after restaurants have re-opened. Crazy long line at the drive thru. Ordered frosties and paid for them. When I finally got to the window they told me they were out of frosties! You couldn't have told me that when I ordered, before I wasted 20 minutes in the drive thru line?!!

Service was so slow, took forever to take my order and took forever to get my food out. Spicy chicken was old and our pineapple mangos tasted like onion. Didn’t know wendys was the new Starbucks, literally had more ice than drink. There’s a line for how much ice you put and this had ice way past the line. I would give less than 1 if I could.

Food is good but customer service just keeps getting worse and worse in drive thru. I stopped by last night and the person on drive thru was rude and to top it all off, after waiting in line and ordering, when I pulled up to the window, I was told my total. I take my card out and hand it to person at drive thru window and after trying to swipe my card he's all like "oh yeah, our card system is down so we're taking cash only." Like it would be very helpful to tell me ahead of time when I had first pulled up to order rather than make me wait like 15 mins and the second I pull up to pay, I get told cash only.

Something has happened here in the kitchen within the last few months. They get my order wrong 75% of the time even though the order taker and receipt are correct with only simple requested mods. Been going here for 5 years since we live behind the restaurant and have spent thousands of $$ here in that time. I've had to go back inside the restaurant and get my food fixed so many times this year that I'm burned out on wasting time and gas on it. And indifferent management attitude didn't help when I finally asked for my money back on their massive screw up. Essentially got told to pound salt. Onto other places on Contra Costa Blvd. Easily fixable but they don't seem to care.

After trying to get a biggie bag with saucy Nuggets the manager says that's not allowed but it says it right there on the menu that you can upgrade to saucy Nuggets for $1.19 furthermore I had to drive 4 1/2 miles to another Wendy's and they said that you are allowed to get saucy Nuggets which are biggie bag so the manager at this location that denied me my saucy Nuggets needs to be addressed spoken to and maybe you should get somebody else to run that store
