Decided to stop by this DutchBros, one because I was visiting family and absolutely CRAVING DB, and two because one of my old coworkers worked there! Wanted to leave this review because the atmosphere was phenomenal! Everyone was super helpful and sweet! Even though I currently work at a DutchBros I kinda went undercover to see how this stand was and I loved it! My drink was 10/10, if you’re in this part of Texas or just visiting I recommend stopping by this DutchBros!

I went through the line on Wednesday and had such a good experience! I was a little confused on what I wanted and Chandy helped me out so much. She was so knowledgeable on the nutritional facts of the drinks and made it very easy for me to decide. The entire staff seemed so happy and definitely made my morning. Amazing employees!

Dutch Bros is my go-to for a quick pick-me-up, but my recent experience was exceptional thanks to Dedra. She greeted me with a genuine smile and an eagerness to help, which is always appreciated. I was feeling indecisive, and she patiently walked me through some of the specials, ultimately helping me choose the perfect drink for my mood.What really impressed me was Dedra's attention to detail. She made sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it, and even remembered my usual order from a previous visit! That kind of personal touch is rare and makes a huge difference. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about making customers happy.Dedra's positive energy and excellent service turned a regular coffee run into a bright spot in my day. Dutch Bros Coffee is absolutely fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just tried the Golden Eagle, and it’s amazing. ☕✨ The blend of flavors is just perfect, and it’s now my go-to drink. The staff at Dutch Bros is always super friendly, making each visit enjoyable. 😊 What’s even better is that their coffees are half the price and double the size of Starbucks. 💰📏 Since we started drinking Dutch, we haven't gone back to Starbucks at all. The value and quality at Dutch Bros are unbeatable. Highly recommend! 🚀

This location is in a strip center. It has a double drive through and walk up service. A barista was outside at the drive through taking orders. I couldn’t see the menu yet, and as I’m unfamiliar with the menu, I didn’t know what was offered. The outside barista was nice, but not super helpful with suggestions. I got an iced Irish Cream latte. It was sweet, but not flavorful. Their latte prices are in line with other coffee places. I went here because I got a gift card for Christmas. The wait in the drive through was 18 minutes.

The baristas were cheerful and friendly, but unfortunately, they were a little too busy chatting with each other to pay attention to my order. I specifically asked for 3 espresso shots in a medium cup, but it tasted like I only got 1.5 shots—it felt like I was just drinking a glass of milk. I had just driven from Houston to Dallas and needed the caffeine to keep me awake for the drive back late at night, rather than stopping at a gas station. I'm a little disappointed in the service.

Ordered a sugar free blended drink, which I've ordered before, & this morning the ratio was off & made for more ice chunks than the blended drinks I've had there before. Not sure if a new person was working or they rushed blending it because of how busy they were... Either way made for a sad day :(

I’ve always enjoyed going to Dutch Bros Coffee because the drinks are great and most of the employees are friendly and welcoming. However, I feel compelled to share something that has been weighing on me. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed the manager speaking to employees in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. The tone and body language came across as harsh and overly critical, and it noticeably changed the entire atmosphere. When this manager is on shift, the employees seem unhappy, tense, and almost afraid to interact naturally. They don’t have the same upbeat, relaxed energy that Dutch Bros is known for. It feels very different compared to when she’s not there—during those times, the staff are smiling, talking comfortably with customers, and seem genuinely happy to be there. The contrast is honestly hard to ignore. One moment that especially stood out to me was watching her get onto an employee in a very stern and uncomfortable way, and then immediately turn to the window and greet me with a cheerful “hi sweetheart” like nothing had just happened. It felt very unsettling and insincere, and it made the interaction awkward because I had just witnessed how differently she treated her staff. As a regular customer, it’s upsetting to see employees who seem discouraged or uncomfortable in their work environment. It changes the whole experience and makes the environment feel tense instead of positive and welcoming. Unfortunately, it has reached a point where I don’t feel comfortable returning to this specific location when that manager is present. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the employees deserve to feel respected and supported, and customers notice more than management may realize. I truly enjoy Dutch Bros, but the leadership at this location has made the experience disappointing and uncomfortable.

Went to get an afternood drink today. Frendly service from the drive through girl placing the orders on the line. The reason for a 1 star in service was because there was a car infront of 6 to 7 cars that we were all waiting in line and the girl at the register thought it ould be a good idea to sit and chat with him while everyone was waiting for their drinks. The young lady that took the orders went in and started bringing all the drinks out to the rest of the vehicles waiting in line witch was kind and profecional of her while her co-worker talked away at the window. By the time i got to the window she handed me my drink whitch was not the correct drink. Didnt have time to wait for them to fix my drink. Instead of blabbing away, it would have helped if she insured other orders were correct.

There is really poor organization at this location. It should not take 25 minutes to make a coffee. I placed my order ahead of time, and when I arrived, it was still not ready. If customers are able to order ahead, the drinks should be prepared on time. This needs improvement.

I’ve had two not so great experiences here … The first time I went, it was my very first visit and I didn’t know what to expect. I walked up to the window to order and was confused by the line system, which wasn’t very clear. Instead of being helpful, the employee was rude. I ended up waiting a very long time, which I didn’t mind much since I walked up, but it was confusing when another employee later came out asking everyone what they had ordered. The whole experience felt unorganized, and the staff attitude made it worse. The second visit I was picking up for my sister. To avoid the long lines I experienced before, I ordered ahead on the app and had a pickup time of 7:44. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I was told “a couple more minutes,” but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my pickup time. I waited patiently because the line had gotten very long and I didn’t want to cut in front of anyone. When I finally went back up to ask if my order was actually being made, I was offered a gift card instead of being told when my order would be ready. I didn’t want a gift card, I just wanted the order I had already paid for. After asking directly if it would be done in the next five minutes, I was told it was “just now being finished,” and I finally received it shortly after. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve gotten my order if I hadn’t said something. If there’s going to be a mobile ordering system with pickup times, it should be accurate or at least communicated better. What’s disappointing is that I always see Dutch Bros online with friendly, upbeat employees, but at this location I’ve only experienced attitude and poor organization. While I was waiting, another situation stood out... Two young girls came for a pickup and realized they placed at the wrong location. The employee responded in a way that made it seem like it was okay and that they would still make their drinks, asking what the order was and reassuring them. However, the employee then asked how they wanted to pay. The girls looked confused and ultimately said never mind which made it clear that the situation was very misleading.

Y’all if you want a Dutch come an hour early, I got here at 8:00 and is 8.20 and they haven’t take my order. I can’t even go because I’m stuck in the drive through line. This is ridiculous 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻ahh don’t even place an order online sometimes the system doesn’t work and you have to reorder at the register and wait until they make the order 🤯🤯sorry I love the coffee but I don’t think I can come here anymore so so so slow.

This location has to do a better with staffing. Every time I place a mobile order it is never ready at the time the app specifies. What is the point of placing an online order when you still have to wait 15+ minutes past the time the app says your order will be ready. At this point I might as well wait in the long drive through line.
