N.B.: My review only concerns the B&B service. It's truly disappointing, though. Minimalist rooms with an unfunctional bathroom. The water is lukewarm and the cleanliness is barely adequate. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast is reasonably plentiful, though not very varied.

The location was difficult to reach. It's isolated from the rest of the city, slightly out in the countryside: ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, but not recommended for those who want to experience the city. From my point of view, it lacks professionalism (the manager taking personal calls while guests were waiting to check in, the room wasn't ready when we arrived...), but this isn't too noticeable since the manager herself is outgoing, friendly, sociable, and fun. The food isn't particularly noteworthy. In short, excellent for those seeking peace and quiet without too many expectations.

Excellent place, well-decorated and rustic. When I went, however, the place wasn't very clean. It's quite spacious. The food is good, but nothing special. Furthermore, it's simple and the portions are meager. Basically, you eat by inertia. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and disorganized. There's better. If the place wants to improve, it needs to improve its cuisine. When I went, the entertainment was pleasant.

The food was plentiful (especially the appetizers, which alone were enough to finish your meal), but the quality was poor. Aside from the outstanding appetizers, there were plenty of typical local products. As for the first courses, the rice was good, but the other first course arrived almost frozen. The second course, two slices of meat that I barely tasted, was also good. Well, you can find better options out there. So, I'm sorry, but it needs some attention.

Disappointment! The place looks great: it's a farmhouse with beautiful grounds and a beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated garden. We ate outside, at beautifully set tables and with very friendly service, but.... Unfortunately, the food was terrible: we tried several dishes, and everyone at the table was dissatisfied; the fish was salty and raw, the pizza dough was hard and undercooked, and the bread was pre-cooked. Prices were outrageous, for example: €10 for a meager plate of mussels (it must have been 300g, and mussels cost €3 per kg) and a €2 cover charge per person (which is something you'd only pay in fine restaurants)! The children's area deserves a mention, as it's a source of pride for the place: it only opened at 10:30 PM, and only after several reminders (since that's what we'd been there for), only to discover that it consisted of two dirty, smelly inflatables.... A real shame, a beautiful place, but terrible food!

Pizza con la quale si poteva fare il lancio del disco sia per forma che per consistenza. In poche parole immangiabile. Le uniche note positive sono l'ambiente grazioso e la sala ben curata.

Servizio clienti al limite del becero. Titolare arrogante e maleducata. Dopo aver prenotato, al nostro arrivo ci informa che avendo un banchetto non possono soddisfare le nostre scelte da menù. Non ha voluto trovare nessuna soluzione in quanto alla mia domanda: signora come mai non ci avete informato di questo problema durante la prenotazione? La sua risposta è stata: che ne so io cosa volevate mangiare! Allora cara signora neanche io sapevo che in presenza di un banchetto non ci avreste considerato di striscio! Le mie conclusioni? SERVIZIO PESSIMO, MALEDUCAZIONE E POCA PROFESSIONALITÀ E DISPONIBILITÀ NEI CONFRONTI DEL CLIENTE. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!

Sono la Dott.ssa Cibella Paola avevo prenotato una camera oggi pomeriggio con esito positivo da parte Vs. Dopo mezz'ora mi avete annullato la prenotazione. Premesso che mio padre Pietro insieme al dott.re Piero Ragusa sono stati spesso ospiti della vostra location, siamo rimasti molto delusi della disdetta improvvisa. Naturalmente terremo conto del vostro comportamento. Tantissimi auguri.

AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED On Saturday, I was invited to my sister-in-law's birthday party. The location may be nice, if a bit shabby, but the people who run it are terrible, and now I'll tell you about our experience. Being her brother-in-law, I knew full well how they'd arranged it. The owner offered a buffet suitable for an 18th birthday party. They'd been promised everything and more, but alas, when we arrived, there was nothing but what had been agreed upon. We'd been told there would be plenty of food (according to the owner, if we managed to eat it all, they'd offer it). We assumed the food would be plentiful anyway, given the owner's joke, but in the end, the food was truly appalling. Poor compared to what had been said previously. The diner was sour, the pasta tasted like it was made yesterday, and the beef lasted half an hour, so much so that many people died of hunger. But let's leave aside the quality of the food. The owner had agreed that there should be plenty of sangria and "firriato" white wine at the table, but instead there was no sangria, and instead of white wine, they served red, which was a "Branciforte." Each person was given one glass at the table, so basically we were supposed to drink water, wine, and a glass of sparkling wine (brought by the birthday girl). We all complained to the owners, and they were rude to all of us, insulting us, saying it was too refined for our tastes... Or maybe we all complained because we're used to more refined places? "It's not hard to find better places 😂" I hope this review helps the owners improve both their customer relations and the quality of this location, which could also be much better valued.

Not a bad place, the food is bad and expensive, €30.00 per person. The dishes included: prosciutto crudo appetizer (if it was prosciutto with arugula), left after tasting, 2 tablespoons of risotto (if it was risotto), 2 tablespoons of pasta with too much flavorless béchamel sauce, 4 meat rolls with disgustingly toasted sesame seeds, watermelon for fruit if there was any left, wine, water. I don't know if the verdict is clear. Aside from the noise, people were shouting just to talk. I won't be going back.

Terrible experience. After making a reservation, we arrived for dinner. They handed us the menu, but shortly afterward, we were told we couldn't choose from the list because there were banquets going on, and they offered us a starter and a first course. We complained about the service and, rather rudely, were told it was either this or that, so we got up and left.

Zero respect for service and kindness....it's disgusting for a wedding where the entry time was at 7:30 pm because the guests didn't want to let us in... they attacked us in a loud tone saying that we couldn't come in but only at 8:00 pm! According to the contract made with the bride and groom, they respected nothing! The refreshment of various tastings that were supposed to be done before the bride and groom arrive for entertainment, they didn't do it! We went without eating from lunchtime until the evening at 9:30 pm, it's a disgrace! You have a nice place because there are nicer places! But you don't even know how to make it appreciated... You don't have all the drinks and even hot ones by the way... Coke and orange juice for the children... They didn't bring the white wine to accompany the fish... they brought the red wine but all without ice and served without placing it in a bucket with ice... Just not very classy!!! The waiters as well as the owners were rude and impolite! As per the contract, there was an inflatable service for the children, but it wasn't provided! What more can I say, after all this, they charged the full price and more! Shame on Sicily, it's going bankrupt for places like you.

A real DISASTER. I went there with friends and they brought us different appetizers than the ones we ordered. We mentioned it and they replied that they'd misunderstood, but that the ones we'd ordered (all the same) weren't available anyway. I went back with my family to celebrate a double birthday. We arrived early, and the room was still almost empty. After serving the appetizers, they brought the pasta to one of the guests. It wasn't the one we'd ordered! They took it back, and after a while, the right one arrived. Meanwhile, the room had filled up. They started serving the other tables and forgot about us. We called them to report the inconvenience. They went to check and realized that our order had indeed ended up somewhere. They apologized and reassured us that they'd fix it right away. Meanwhile, the second guest was served, about an hour and a half (if not more) after the first. After about twenty minutes, the pizzas finally arrived, but... surprise! Instead of 10, they bring 8. We call them again, ask them to serve the other 2 guests, and after another twenty minutes, they grant our request. In the end, we ask for 5 liqueurs and 3 coffees. We're served 5 coffees and 3 liqueurs. We ask for the bill. The case arrives without the bill inside. We go back to the register to ask for the bill again. We pay and finally put an end to a VERY UNPLEASANT evening. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The location is very nice, with a lovely pool and well-kept trees... but they don't really know what good food is and boast about having the best meat in the area. It's a shame the entire table couldn't eat the meat, much less the pizza. Ideal for fasting. Not recommended.

Extremely negative.... for my son's baptism..... alcoholic and non-alcoholic welcome aperitif: they only bring the alcoholic one (2 bottles of prosecco for 25 people). Then for the appetizer, I asked and had it written down that I shouldn't bring a dish with almonds for a person with an allergy, and I shouldn't bring bresaola for a pregnant woman.... Regarding the cake, after asking if I should bring it, I was told they'd take care of it. I reiterated that my wife really wanted the cake, and they told me not to worry, as they assured me it was really beautiful, and they even let me choose the flavor (I decided on chantilly cream). They showed up with two pieces of sponge cake with a little cream and a wafer with the word "baptism" written on it.... unpresentable and horrible... they split that cake that was supposed to be with chantilly cream. Some people got the fruit cake, while others got pistachio cream. My brother got a piece of cake that clearly said "COMMUNION."... in short, they recycled leftover cakes from other banquets.... The great thing is that the they passed it off as a cake purchased in a very well-known pastry shop in Agrigento
