A few years ago, they were an excellent, affordable, and quick healthy option. Now, the truth is, they're already giving us pause about the healthiness of their food. The chicken doesn't contain chicken, or only minimal amounts. They literally sell you chicken-flavored flour and breading, and the cheeses are a complete mess. The staff are often poorly trained, distracted, and slow teenagers, and the cleanliness is also seriously lacking. Overall, they're no longer a good choice for lunch.

The worst Subway I've ever been to. The service is terrible; it took them 15 minutes to come out and when they finally did, they told me their system was down. Plus, there's this short girl who always serves you like you're asking her for a favor. No sides. No toppings. Horrible!

Terrible service. Besides being slow, there was only one person preparing the food, and inside there were other people doing who-knows-what... Anyway... The problem is they don't have any dressings, and I bought the ribs, which is supposed to have guacamole, and they didn't have any... ugh... and the worst part is they only tell you when the food is already prepared. This happened at the Espacio branch in Aguascalientes.

Hi, I just received my order, and honestly, what I got was nothing like what I ordered. Both Subway subs were incomplete, but the vegetarian sub only had lettuce and cucumbers when I clearly ordered more. The other one was also incomplete, but not as bad as the vegetarian one. I don't know what happened, since the ingredients are listed on the app and even on the receipt. I hope you can find a solution to this because the order was placed on time, correctly, and paid for.

The truth is they don't deserve stars because the service is good and the atmosphere too, but the Boneless subway 5 only came with 2 boneless and a small bacon.

It says the hours are until 10:00 pm, but at 9:30 they hide the bread and tell you there's none left. They refused to serve me; the employee service was terrible.

A week ago they advertised a 2 for $99 Subway deal, but when I went today they didn't honor the promotion and said it wasn't available. The manager was incredibly rude. This is the last time I'll ever buy from them. They're all cheapskates and salaried employees.

May 11, 2021: Subway 62479-0 Av Tecnológico 120 Ojocaliente. The cucumber they put in my Subway was bitter. I tried each ingredient until I identified what was ruining my experience. I didn't enjoy it anymore and mentioned it to the manager. She didn't think anything of it, mentioning that's what surveys are for. How poorly they treat customers. And it happens in most branches. I've eaten in the US and Canada and the treatment is different. 🤔🤔🤔
