Wonderful service with Paolo and very delicious food! We shared a traditional Seafood Paella and had Pulpo a la Gallega and Boquerones as appetizers. We finished this lovely meal with a shared Crema Catalana. The amazing lunch here was a highlight on our visit to Miami.

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time, we do not have any good Authentic Spanish restaurants in Palm Beach county, this place is everything and more, a former liquor store at a gas station, turned into a Spanish wine bodega, The Moorish decor inside, paintings on the wall, table with wine barrels, huge selection of wine, from $30 to $500, the menu has the best tapas, reasonably priced, I loved the bellota ham, fried garbanzo, and the paellas are delicious, also ridiculously priced. I will be back here next time I'm in Miami, highly recommend this place

This place is weird in the right way. They basically took a gas station converted into a Spanish wine shop and restaurant and kept the gas pumps. The food is authentic Spanish food and is delicious. My wife and I went tapas style and enjoyed each plate we had. The star was the Pulpo al Ajillo (octopus in garlic). The atmosphere makes you feel like you walked into a 200 year old Spanish cellar restaurant. They have a huge Spanish wine list. So if you are a wine lover, it's a great place for you. The only knock I give it is that the servers weren't attentive. They came dropped off the food, dropped off the drinks, and then never came again. That being said, the food was so good I don't care. We will definitely be going back.

Very pleasantly surprised by this venue, the menu offers a good choice of tapas and other dishes, and of course wine. I personally also appreciated the fact that I could park my car right there. The atmosphere was what I found most interesting: people making small purchases at the ‘gas station counter’ in the front, and in the restaurant in the back a small group of German-speaking businessmen still in their suits checking the quality of their just uncorked fine wine bottle. How bizarre. I love it!

I felt so at home that I want to learn to speak Spanish😊 I got seated at the counter (I called last minute for reservation and was on my own) which seemed at 1st a bit impersonal, but since I was on my own, this is the best place to be part of the action. Everyone was super attentive and even though I don't speak Spanish, the manager and staff all stuck up a conversation to make me feel welcome. I liked the atmosphere created by El Carajo because it seems it used to be the convenience store at the gas station, but is now a wine shop and Restaurant. In fact, you feel as though you actually dine inside the wine shop (or shopping inside a restaurant 😁) They have a good wine selection that is part of the restaurant and you can just browse for something that takes your fancy. A good variety of tapas. I had the ham croquettes, boquerones, meat starter plate and later the pulpo de gallega. All food was very good and well presented. For wine I had the Vina Ardanza Reserva which was superb. What I liked most was the friendly atmosphere created by everyone. I felt like a regular on my 1st visit, which is a special quality not many restaurants can manage, and I want to thank all the staff for making my evening special.

First time coming to this place with my friend and honestly since we first got in the door we got seated by Christina and hosted by her as well, I ordered the trout with truffle potato fries, arugula salad and a beef kebob it was top tier wow like the recommendations were amazing, we got treated right and the wait was not long at all. Come check this spot out as I will be returning.

Ok, so you want to get gas, then you go on and there is this secret little amazing, mind-blowing little restaurant in the back, and a mind-blowing bakery in the front, and cleanest bathroom plus chesp prices for gas. Do not turn away like I was going to do ....eat, drink and gas up my friends

Cool experience dining in a corner gas station - when you're inside you forget you're in one. The restaurant walls are lined with a variety of wine bottles which are for purchase. The cod fish croquettes were probably best I've had from the spanish restaurants I've been to in Miami. We had the tradicional paella - it was good but we felt it was over seasoned/salty. Service was up to par. We also tried some baked goods and were not disappointed.

Update: unfortunately things have changed here. We went again this past weekend for the Croquetas....nothing like they used to be. We had ham and chicken croquetas and a slice of Spanish Tortilla. Not pleased. I can't say about the rest of the menu. The place was packed though

It was ok, we had the ham croquettes, they were amazing... we had octopus, and this the reason of my 4 star, the way they serve it is messy with very big chunks of potatoes instead of octopus... this was a bit disappointing, but then the paella made it all good..... place is cozy and service was really good, price for food was ok, for the drinks overpriced...there is different ways of making money :) next time I will buy the coke inside the gas station :) ....

Awesome spot for wine and Spanish tapas. I would recommend the chorizo croquettas, pan con tomate, and the gambas al ajillo🍤 The service was excellent and atmosphere is very cool.

Food was good but the service wasn’t so great. Waitress took her break and we were left unattended for quite some time. My husband had to find another waitress to take care of us. Not sure if we will be back. Really didn’t meet our expectation.

Nestled in the back of a gas station is a restaurant with an extensive wine selection and your classic Spanish tapas. Honestly, your Spanish friends might not be impressed by the food, but anyone else will be satisfied and entertained by the unique location of this local hidden gem. The bacon wrapped dates and gambas al ajillo are my favorite!

We tried their expresso and it was very good. Guava pastries were fresh and good. The only negative was the small dinning area. They do have a large wine area but we stopped for the Café.

Will not order again. The paella was delicious but the pricing is deceiving. The price on their menu is a per person price with 2 people being the minimum. The pricing doesn't make any sense cause you can't order a single serving. So, the cheapest paella dish is priced at $25, but its actually $50, whether u go there by yourself or with five people. Additionally, you can only order 2, 4, 6, etc. The paella comes in servings of 2. Which makes the pricing deceiving. On a side note, the chorizo in the paella is very tasty, and different from the tapas. Although its the same chorizo, the cook is better. Wine: Their selection of wine is resonably priced for a restaurant. There are two prices with each bottle. One for take home and one to drink at the restaurant. I went to this place with my girlfriend to have an Spanish escapada. The environment is really good and cozy. The staff greet us really nice and overall costumer service was impeccable. We order their tapas bundle which is a fixed price for a variety of items. We start with a pulpo a la gallega: really hard and lacking of flavor. Was not that well executed. Their tortilla española was good. Gambas al ajillo were not as I expected, shrimp was really overcooked. Their croquetas of chorizo were ok, nothing special. Then they bring some patatas bravas (good) and garbanzos fritos (really good). Their charcuterie board was really average, I was hoping more quality to be honest. Overall service and environment are on point but they really need to work in the execution or their food.

Nice place to choose the wine, have wine and eat. The octopus lacked a little salt, the soup was very good and the croquetas de Jamon was ok, it was not tasty. The fried fish and calamari was good.

We were a party of 6, the food was fantastic However the service provided by the waiter Juan Miguel was awful, he had an attitude for every question we had while ordering the tapas and wine. If I do come back I would request not to have him as a waiter.

I want to start by saying that for a long time this place was one of my favorites. Two weeks ago I went and "surprise" the menu had changed and the flavor too so I think they also have a new chef. Everything that we ordered was tasteless, the papas a la brava and the croquette no flavor and the churrasco was burnt. The waiter always nice.

She was young, but her charisma, work ethic, and the way she supported her team were what I admired most about this place: everything was always organized and up to date. In my recent visits, I bought some empanadas that were so unpleasant they couldn’t be eaten — they seemed like they had been sitting there for hours. The same thing happened with the croquettes. Other times, there’s no bread or other basic items, showing a lack of consistency in this bakery. I’ve also had to wait over 30 minutes in line because there was only one person working. When I asked who the manager was, I was told she was at the gas station on the phone. I’m the kind of person who really values a team’s effort because it says a lot about the business, and it’s truly a shame that everything has changed. Nowadays, I feel like I waste my money here because the products are not fresh, and on top of that, I have to wait too long to be served. Really disappointing, especially since a year ago my experience was completely different.
