I HAD ORDERED SOME COOKIES FOR MY DAUGHTERS BDAY TODAY. I ACCIDENTALLY PICKED TOMORROWS DATE FOR DELIVERY :( I CALLED AND MS QUIMONI CHANGED THE DATE FOR ME. YAAY! NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! SEE YALL SOON TIFFS TREATS ;)

I took advantage of a coupon on facebook. It was my 1st experience with Tiff's Treats. The employee was attentive & greeted us with a smile. The store was very clean and orderly. Our order was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I am a lifetime customer!!! We got a half dozen of 6 different flavors. My personal favorite was peanut butter! My hubby's was snickerdoodle & the kids was chocolate pecan. The sugar was a close 2nd for me! I couldnt believe how scrumptious these cookies were and they stayed warm for most of the afternoon! We will definitely be back! Possibly THIS WEEK! LOL!!!

Deanna is amazing and the reason I go specifically to this location over any else. She happens to be the manager, and you can tell she runs her business with great pride and enthusiasm. There's never been a time buying a lot or a little where I didn't feel welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 !!

I was so happy to see a place near me on the “ too good to go” app. This place was beyond my expectations. So delicious and affordable for my big family. We all enjoyed a treat and will definitely be back. 🫶🏻

Mainly deliver or cater service. But does offer in store pick up. Cookies are delicious and best when warm out of the oven when requested. Cookies flavor options are good. Fantastic option if you wish to indulge on a treat.

So glad there is a location near me now. Sometimes you just want 1 or 2 hot cookies without waiting for them to bake. They are cashless so take your card or be ready to tap to pay. Ice cream,milk, coffee drinks also in store to wash it down.

Shout out to Tiffs treats in Hurst!! Submitted an order at 9:20pm for a delivery and was delivered before 10pm warm, fresh and delicious!! Me and my girls really appreciate your dedication to your craft.

His outfit was hilariously over-the-top, with a fluffy white downy bottom, a vivid blue sailor shirt topped with a fire-engine red bow tie, ridiculous yellow tights and comically large, webbed yellow feet that slapped the floor with each step. The sight of Mitch, trying to maintain his dignity while fully decked out in duck regalia, was nothing short of hilarious. He was definitely embarrassed to be seen in public dressed like this! The staff at Tiff's Treats played their part to perfection, welcoming him with open arms and a twinkle in their eyes. They celebrated his goofy getup, ensuring he was the center of attention and even sweeter than the treats on display. As he waddled around the store, guests couldn't help but pause their indulgent treat tasting to join in on the fun. Mitch may have been the butt of the joke, but he was a great sport, and his cheerful spirit was infectious. By the time he left, there were whispers and hopes among the staff and patrons alike that Mitch come again! Tiff's Treats, with their warm, freshly-baked cookies and even warmer service, have made it clear: they can't wait to see our beloved Donald Duck look-alike waddle through their doors again.

The first time I ordered snickerdoodles and they gave me white chocolate chip rolled in cinnamon and sugar. The issue I had tonight was the chocolate chip cookies were cooked too long. Their cookies are normally gooey and light, the cookies I received were too dark and hard. I'm very disappointed in this location. UPDATED- Customer service fixed my order and now I'm pleased.

They then delivered the different order, sent a fresh batch of what I ordered, and sent a gift card for a future order. This is what makes or breaks a company. Normal brownie and a regular chocolate chip cookie are a bit overpriced. Really isn't worth the money if they taste the same as any other deserts.

Cookies are put in the oven for a few seconds and boxed. I just take them and microwave. I know it's their oven with the proper heat that makes the difference.

Second time getting tiff's treats delivered to me personally. This time I tried the new banana nut, and peanut butter chocolate cookies. The cookie was really underbaked this time and stuck together in the box, it was pretty soft and fell apart. First time trying those new flavors but I was expecting something more firm, couldn't even hold it up without it falling apart. Really dissapointed this time.

The 1st batch didn’t fall apart & we got them @ like 11:45pm! Lol so I didn’t care to write a review! Point is- 2nd bad experience, I do not think I will be ordering from this location again.

I am an Elite member & I have never been more disappointed. This is the 1st time they’ve ever looked like this. They came inside immediately & were @ room temperature. By the time we got to them, they were stuck together & falling apart. If you weren’t going to make the delivery time then call & say that. Cook & cool them down properly, don’t rush to make a delivery time. It just so happened she had somewhere to go & wasn’t even home till 5:30… I am just disappointed, because like I said I’ve been ordering for Years & this is the 2nd bad experience with this particular Tiffs Treats location. Put cookies with nuts with cookies without even though they were told to seperate them because some in my family are allergic, led to them not being able to have any. Besides that the cookies are average.

Went in today, their girl didn’t even noticed we walked in. She was listening to a video on YouTube and mopping. We waited patiently and she was very direct and rushing us. Then real aggressive putting our cookies on the tray and stacked cookies on top of each other, so not all of them go warmed properly… she made it seem like it was a burden to attend to a customer.

The cookies are good sometimes. Some new flavors are too sweet. The icing is gross. And my biggest complaint is the 1% milk. Full fat cookies. Whole milk ice cream, but to have milk with my chocolate cookie, it must be bland water with a hint of milk, possibly only in my head because the beverage is white. Can we get options to match the fact that this isn't a health store, its an occasional TREAT to be had in moderation? My kids refuse to drink 1%, thin, watery "milk".

I have never gotten hard tiff treats. I usually stop @ the Arlington location @ least once a week. I chose this location because it’s close to my job and cookies were hard after warming them up. I’m very disappointed because I always get a dozen.

Stopped by to grab some cookies before work and was very unhappy with the person I came into contact with. Audrey coughed in her right hand and did not stop to wash or sanitize her hands. She continued to grab cookies with her left hand all while touching the tray that the cookies were on. After boxing my order she did not put the ribbon around my box and just handed me my box and after I brought it to her attention she stated, “do you want me to put around the box.” I told her no because I shouldn’t have to ask. This is something that the company is known for. FYI this is second time visiting this location this week and will probably be my last.

Worst customer service EVER. Asked to return a batch of cookies for a replacement with only 1 eaten and was told it’s against company policy to swap out not refund 12 cookies?? Go to a restaurant amd food isn’t prepared properly they replace or make it right! Tiffs Treats company policy according to staff and manager is not too at a cost of what?/$2.00! Best way to get these reviews and not return business. Bad job Tiffa Treats Hurst when we share our yearly company receipts from gifts with corporate I hope to hear about new training for your store alone. Luckily there’s FTW and Arlington location and all for $2 worth of ingredients MAYBE!

This was my first time to actually visit a store and sadly I chose Hurst has my first. When I arrived the African-American woman behind the counter barely even looked up and never greeted me just asked me “what do you want”. I placed my order and asked to have the cookies warmed up. At this point I felt like I was putting her out because I asked for the cookies to be warmed. She boxes them up hands me my cookies and never had a smile. This young lady would be better served vacuuming cars at a car wash where she does not have to interact with the public. As far as first impressions, go I won’t be back, which is unfortunate because they have a great product.

My sister took her 4 year old daughter here earlier this week she saw such good reviews and was so excited until the lady was like “ugh you’re still not ready yet?” The lady worked in the evening and wore glasses. Minding you this is the first time so she wanted to look. She didn’t want to say anything but that’s just so ridiculous. She decided to leave because that’s was just so rude.

Never had a more worst experience. I had asked to please make me a fresh batch of cookies and i wouldn’t mind waiting. Well instead i was given cold hard, stale cookies that seemed like they have been out for a week. I’ve been a very loyal member and haven’t ever had a problem when asked to have a fresh batch made except for this location. i’m extremely disappointed and wish we could of had our cookie fix but unfortunately we were not able to.

I placed an order for a friend sight unseen and she had rave reviews. So I decided to pick up some for myself and my family and was greeted by a polite gentleman and helped quickly. When it came time to pay, there was an error with the card reader and another employee came out to help. He was rude, dismissive and behaved as if my business wasn’t important. No solution was offered, just simply “We haven’t had an issue all day so I don’t know what to tell you.” Needless to say, you have lost a customer permanently.

Not sure if my complaint is about this specific location(i googled the closest one to where the incident occured)or not but a delivery driver with license plate number rxb2294 just flew past us clearly exceeding the speed limit and cut us off entirely so that they could cross multiple lanes of traffic almost causing 2 seperate accidents , one of which involving me and my child. I had to come to almost a complete stop as well as the people next to us. They also chose not to even use their blinker and once in the turning lane were ahead of the line that u should be back behind while waiting to turn bc they came up to the light to fast. I could not tell if it was a male or female but they had glasses on for sure. This happened on precint line around 7:30ish pm today(7-16-24) I immediately called to complain once I got home but was told I had to wait 20-30 mins to talk to someone else about it. I have a prior obligation that makes that difficult for me tonight so I am opting to leave a review instead.
