El Gaucho es un Restaurante increíble en el que se come muy muy bien! El ambiente es perfecto y la comida de 10! Tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera Fernando que nos asesoró en todo momento y estuvo super pendiente de nosotros! Excelente su atencion. Recomendable 100%.

Un lugar fino, con un amplio menu de cortes, postres y vinos de casa. Recomiendo los Todos los cortes de carne, consomé, las empanadas así como los riñones asados. Un deleite. También hay opciones vegetariana y sin glúten.

El chico de la recepción muy amable, el personal de la barra también y fuimos atendidos por Julio de una manera excepcional. La ambientación está muy bien lograda y el tango de fondo le da un toque porteño especial. Las empanadas de carne ricas, un poco picantes, pero picante nivel argentino, no nivel mexicano que en mi caso hubiera sido imposible de comer, la masa muy buena. Las mollejas impecables. La provoleta muy bien. En vez de ensalada mixta nos mandaron alguna otra cosa que no fue de nuestro agrado, pero realmente teníamos comida de sobra. El asado se deshacia no se si no tendrá una hervida previa por la textura, pero el sabor excelente. El vacío muy bien y al punto solicitado. El flan muy bueno, yo le pondría un poco más de dulce de leche. El pie de limón realmente muy limonoso.

Comida Argentina riquísima. Probamos las empanadas de pollo y de jamón y queso, y yo me pedí el Vacío al punto. El sabor de la carne es espectacular. El trato fue inigualable, me permitieron celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mujer, decorando la mesa y llevando un postre con bengala, muy amables todos. Especial mención al capitán Leonardo, que nos hizo fotos y nos preparó unos cocktails buenísimos y nuestros mesero Emanuel. Ambos muy atentos y amables. Sin duda un gran restaurante al que volver.

Nuestra estancia no pudo empezar mejor después de nuestra primera cena en Gaucho. Servicio, calidad y comida de 10. Destacar el trato y el servicio de Leonardo y Emmanuel; su profesionalidad, cortesía y amabilidad. En cuanto a la comida, muy buena calidad en todo, y muy recomendado el provolone, chuletón y chorizo argentino.

Como argentinos podemos asegurarles que tanto la tira de asado como la entraña que comimos hoy en el gaucho increíble. Un aplauso para el asador! La calida atención de Emanuel nos hizo sentir como en casa

Un restaurante precioso, con una decoración muy cuidada ubicado dentro del complejo TRS junto a un manglar. La terraza es espectacular. Los cortes de carne son exquisitos y el servicio de diez. Especial mención a nuestro mesero Arturo que nos atendió de maravilla, todo un profesional. Sabían que era nuestra ultima noche en el hotel y tuvieron un detalle en el postre. Las empanadas argentinas muy ricas, probamos la de carne molida y la de pollo. Muy recomendables las crepas de dulce de leche con plátano frito y helado de vainilla.

Restaurante exclusivo de TRS, y es una pasada la carne. El chuletón buenísimo, y la entraña en nuestro caso, la dejaron un poco hecha de más, pero nos han dicho otros huéspedes que con ellos no ha pasado. Hemos pedido provolone y carpaccio de ternera (de entrante), y chuletón y entraña de principal. El chuletón muy muy bueno. Te dan un kit de cuchillos para que elijas el que más te guste para cortar ls carne (uno con dientes de albacete, uno estilo coreano, un cuchillo Arcos, y otro fino). Un detallazo. De postre pedimos los helados y el brownie. Todo bueno, muy contentos. Lo único que cambiaría sería las luces (está demasiado oscuro el local) y la música... la música es horrible... te quedas dormido... y de vez en cuando se escucha una canción que no pega nada con el ambiente...

La mejor comida, ambiente y servicio de todo el hotel. Leonardo, el capitan siempre super atento y Eduri/Marcelino nos ofrecieron un servicio fantastico todos los dias. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Hemos venido de luna de miel a TRS Yucatán, Aquí es todo espectacular!! Pero sin duda este restaurante se lleva la palma, no solo por la comida si no por el trato de los empleados, en especial de Carlos, atento, amable y súper educado.

El Gaucho es exclusivo del TRS y realmente es una pasada!!! La decoración es una preciosidad,y la comida ya ni hablar la carne es de otro mundo decir que está buena se queda corto,una auténtica locura. La presentación de la comida,el ambiente....todo es precioso. Nosotros fuimos 2 veces de lo que nos gustó!

Buen local para cenar,todo buenisimo...sobre todo el chuleton de 1 kg.el sevicio de primera. Poca espera para coger mesa, eso si con reserva. Mencion especial al mesero Luis, que grande...gran profesional y todo amabilidad y buen rollo!!!

ESPECTACULAR!!! He tenido el placer de degustar su comida 2 veces, ambas impecables. El asado al horno Josper es súper gustoso y se desace con solo tocarlo. Su chef Carlos, se preocupa en que todo sea de tu agrado y el resto de camareros super amables y profesionales. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Absolutely phenomenal dinner! Oscar was our server and he made the experience. He was so kind and sweet, full of energy, he is truly pleasured by serving. Leonardo, the captain, checked on us throughout the dinner to make sure everything was to our liking and offered us a table for another night if we wanted to come back. Edui was a phenomenal server. He spoke English well, recommended me a fantastic cocktail when a Pink Lady wasn't available, surprised us with a plate of desserts, and our table was set up with rose pedals in a cozy spot in the restaurant as a congratulations for our honeymoon (I'm not sure who did that last part, but we loved it). We felt so well taken care of, and the food was fantastic. We especially loved the caramelized onion cheese dip. We will be back to El Gaucho for our last night at the resort. ❤️ I highly recommend this spot to any carnivore.

EDUI was amazing!! Amazing experience at El Gaucho ! Edui was our server, and he made the evening perfect from start to finish. As Muslims, we don’t eat pork or drink alcohol, and he went out of his way to guide us through the menu with care and accuracy. He even created the best mocktails we’ve ever had—beautifully presented and full of flavor. The food was incredible, but Edui’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the night special. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit!

Phenomenal Experience at El Gaucho. Alexis was my server. He was the best server I have ever experienced (and I work in the Hospitality world) He looked out for my dietary restrictions, I don't eat pork, and even molded the menu to make sure I had the best experience possible. All of the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and presentation was 10/10. All of the Steak options and sides that I had were exactly what I was hoping for. I ate until I couldn't anymore, their serving sizes were HUGE, and the dessert was delicious too. One of the best steakhouse experiences I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. I can't sing Alexis' praises highly enough, He made this meal my most memorable of my entire trip. I also met Cristobal, I believe he was the manager on the night I went and I expressed my thanks and gave compliment to their entire staff and culinary team.

This was our first dinner when we arrive to our resort and we were very pleasantly surprised. Usually all inclusive food sucks, but this hotel overall has very good choices. Our service was on point even the house one is good. The mashed potatoes can be a little bit more tasty and warm, but not a dealbreaker. For starters we had them carpaccio and Empanadas, main course was steak of course. The dessert was a little meh. I think overall this is the only food flaw in this resort their massively produced desserts.

If you could imagine the most amazing bite of steak possible, El Gaucho does it a million times better! Our server Oscar was extremely attentive throughout the evening making sure our experience was on point. The highlight was the Rib Eye, medium rare and cooked to perfection. Loved that the resort had a steakhouse with so many options. We tried a few steaks: - short ribs were my favourite - flank was a bit too salty - ny strip steak was great All the sauces are great with the steak. Also highly recommend the empanadas, sweet greens, Provenzal fried potatoes as sides. The starter bread with the different chimichurri dips were delightful!

We always start with the excellent Provelata cheese appetizer and enjoy the bread with the dipping oils. The ham and cheese turnover is consistently tasty as well. The flank steak with the mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes is fantastic together. But the highlight of every meal at El Gaucho is the lemon pie!! Don’t miss this dessert - it’s phenomenal! Julio was an excellent server! He kept my wine glass filed, was friendly and attentive!

Íbamos con unas expectativas muy altas con este restaurante y nos quedamos un poco decepcionados igual por la idea hecha por anticipado. La cazuela de queso… se nota que el queso no es muy allá ya que se hace bola incluso caliente y el chuletón nada asombroso para ser un lugar de brasas. Las patatas provenzales algo duras también. El lugar es precioso.

La comida, de estilo argentino, es buena y el servicio también, en especial nuestro mesero Sr. Abelardo. Sin embargo hay coses que no se entienden: el vino de la casa es español, la música es chic funk, y la decoración, muy bonita, no tiene nada que ver con Argentina. No es temático, sino que argentino solo tiene la comida. Pero se está bien.

Restaurante muy chulo de decoración. Los cortes argentinos están bien. El servicio es bueno. Tienen carta de cuchillos (pésimamente afilados). Dentro de las opciones para cenar en el TRS es una de las mejores opciones o la mejor si quieres carne.

La comida del lugar es muy rica, al llegar nos recibió Cindy qué nos hizo sentir en casa y con la atención de Marcelino como nuestro mesero y la del capitán Leonardo pasamos una excelente velada, sin duda volvería en otra ocasión.

We like going here for the steaks. I got flank while my wife got the ribeye. Our server offered us some after dinner drinks which was very nice.

Honestly kind of mid, despite the place smelling really, really good. We ate here our second night and the steaks (rib eye and NY) were so gristly we gave up on them 😥. It didn't help that our table was wobbly, so trying to saw through the things ran the risk of spilling drinks everywhere. I liked the empanadas a lot but they're hit or miss apparently (and I got two different kinds on one order--glad I don't have allergies 😬). Service was phenomenal, just like all the TRS restaurants, and the space is lovely. Maybe the braised meats were better? idk. At least pre-cut the steaks if they're all this impossible to cut. Make the reso here at your own risk. We had a perfect, tender (but thin) t-bone at Helios the following night, so it's not an AI food thing.

Steak was gristly and not cooked as ordered, not surprising when served in sizzling platter, was probably medium rare when taken from the kitchen but when it arrived was medium well. Service was average and we found the restaurant to be very dark, ruined the experience.

I was there twice: Restaurant looks really nice, and the presentation of the food is good. But the quality & taste is only "ok", compared to other restaurants in the palladium complex it has a lot of room for improvement... For a steak house and the atmosphere there I expect a lot more. Sorry to say: but if you wanna have a great beef steak: better go to Helios or La Bohème!

Beautiful and trendy interior, this place is perfect for a date or a dinner with friends. Is it a top notch steak house? Far from it. But it’s above average and higher quality than some of the other restaurants on the resort. Service was a bit slow, but very kind and on par with what you expect. The thing is, you can’t forget is that it’s part of the all inclusive deal, so don’t have your sights set too high. I’d say it’s a slight step above a Longhorn or Outback, but not on par with a traditional steakhouse. New York Strip was decent (could have used more sear), flank steak was good. Turnovers were also very good.

De entrantes pedimos provolone (duro en el centro) y empanadas (recalentadas y blandas, parecían pan). De principal tira de asado, bien de punto y sabor, y vacío, aunque sabía un poco a quemado por fuera el punto era el deseado. Para terminar yo pedí un café, a lo que me dijeron que ya habían apagado la máquina, nos despacharon rápido, nos dieron reserva a las 10 (reservando un día antes) y a las 10:40 ya habíamos cenado, si no puedes dar un servicio completo reservando a las 10 mejor no ofrezcas la posibilidad. En resumen, entrantes pésimos, carne bien, gestión fatal.

Íbamos con mucha expectación y fue una gran decepción. Lo único rico el pan. Calidad de la carne muy pobre.

Un restaurante que se llama Gaucho y que en teoría tiene que representar los sabores de mi país Argentina deja muchísimo que desear desde el chimichurri que no es, el chorizo argentino que no sabe a chorizo criollo hasta los cortes que te pides una tira de asado y te ponen un hueso de costilla entero con carne que se desmenuza. El servicio pésimo los camareros tardan muchísimo en atender y en traer los platos. No lo recomiendo esto no es un restaurante Argentino

Olvidamos sobre la mesa unos lentes y una gorra y aparentemente nadie los recogió; la comida más o menos pero el servicio de regular a malo en general en todo el complejo
