Golden Edge Pizza

Got their golden edge pizza and it's perhaps the best veggie pizza I've ever had. I love that there's finally a good local take out pizza in the neighborhood. Definitely will return to try the rest of the menu!

The owner Amer is the man. I was driving from across the bay and didn't want my pizza to be cold. So I asked him to put it on later. Pizza was coming out of the oven right when I got there. Perfect. Huge selection of sodas and drinks. Pizza of course is great. A whole pizza or by the slice. However you want it.

This place is a true gem in San Francisco! The pizza was solid—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. Amad is fantastic—super friendly, welcoming, and exactly the kind of person a community like this needs. He makes everyone feel right at home and keeps things moving quickly without ever rushing you. This is a perfect spot to grab a quality slice on the go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Golden Edge Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood. You can feel the love and care in every slice. The owner is one of the kindest people, respectful, welcoming, and clearly passionate about good pizza. He treats his craft and his customers with so much heart. The crust is always spot on, the toppings are fresh, and the vibe is warm and genuine. This place isn’t just about food. it’s about community!

Great pizza, competitively priced, restroom onsite. I got a slice of pepperoni for here. It cost $5.16 after tax, was heated up to order, and served on a paper plate. As you can see in my photo, it was a bit long and stretched off the plate, a good portion for five bucks. The place is kind of small, but that means you can see what they're doing. You can see directly into their cooking area and sink, so it's nice knowing where your food is coming from. The kitchen area was very clean when I visited, as was the all-gender restroom. There are only a few tables, all inside. I noticed that they stored some ingredients in the same refrigerator as the drinks, and I don't mind. It's an efficient use of space and a little quirky, which is kind of charming. I highly recommend this place. It's a great pizzeria.

So, so, SO good. Fresh, delicious, amazing customer service, super clean. Does not disappoint. Even the pickiest eater in our family was happy. Definitely found a new regular spot in SF. Try the pesto calzone! You're welcome in advance! ;)

Whole Pizzas delivered and Slices available for carryout. I appreciate the fact that where so many pizzerias cut corners with ingredients these guys don’t. Taste for yourself. Best pizza in town. Went there to pick up the largest pizza they have and it was delicious. Very friendly people and please check them out. I would totally recommend this pizza place to anyone in the area. The combinations of the cheese and sauce is perfection. Their ingredients are always fresh and they make it the pizza to order. Check out during the day, for slices.

Family size double pepperoni was pretty good. The crust was a little thick for my taste. I'll try to ask them to make it thinner next time. However, the pepperoni were spicy and crispy and plenty of them. Also I ordered delivery by phone (use the phone number on google maps). It was $36 versus $39+ if you order online. Just an fyi.

I decided to try out this new pizza place and I really liked it. The people are friendly and the food was on point. This will be my third the.oderimg from this location and probably order again in the future. Definitely worth every dollar. I will say the sandwich surprised me and I enjoyed my meal.

I always wanted to eat at Golden Edge Pizza based on the storefront presentation. Today I walked in and was able to enjoy a big and fresh tasting slice of pepperoni pizza 🍕.....I will definitely return to enjoy more pizza. The dining room is cozy and roomy. The owner is very customer service oriented.

ONE OF THE BEST CALZONES IN THE BAY AREA! I have been looking all over for the perfect calzones and this place checks off all the boxes. I know each restaurant has their own way of making their calzones. A lot of the ones I saw were either too small, too much batter or looks too bulky. The calzones here are a work of art. I mean.. the picture says it all. They do not skip on any ingredients. It's the perfect amount of crust. The crescent shape is the definition of perfect. It tasted even better than it looks. We got the Meatlovers Calzone with pesto. $24 for a medium is win for me. The service was 10/5. The staff is super nice and patient. We were torn between the Meatlovers Calzone and the Pesto Calzone. We asked if we could substitute the red sauce on the Meatlovers with pesto and they were more than happy to make that change. Places like this deserve all my respect and I will definitely be coming back without a doubt. :)

The pizzas are absolutely delicious plus the crust is perfectly baked, and the toppings are generous (no skimping here!). I tried the Supremo Pizza in the family size, and it was fresh, filling, and bursting with flavor. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying something new! Also they have halal options!

This is THE BEST PIZZA ever! Our family of 4 were sightseeing at gg park, so by lunchtime, we were tired and hungry. And the only thing we could agree on for lunch was Pizza. AND MAN DID WE HIT THE JACKPOT! It’s the pizza you want to eat when you are craving a big slice of cheesy hot pizza! I don’t know how they do it, but they make the crust soft and crunchy at the same time. The owner Ahmed was so kind and they let us know that their pepperoni and their sausage is made with beef, not pork. So my husband was able to eat a slice of pepperoni pizza for the first time in over 15 years because he does not eat pork! The wings were also amazing crispy and savory, juicy on the inside! We had a family size pizza and it was more than enough for 4 (I would say it could feed about 6!) we had half jalepeno&sausage/pepperoni pizza. Bonus! They carry Shasta Tiki Punch (iykyk!) They have a great selection of sodas! I can’t wait to go back.

And "$38.70" - the table we sat at was dripping with oil and crusted in spilled Parmesan. We had to clean the table ourselves. - when the pizza arrived, it had a decent golden crust, but very little sauce and thick slabs of half cooked cheese - I have 7 years experience in food prep, 5 in specifically pizza... The sausage was beyond it's experation date. It was laced with the funky rotting smell of spoiled meat. I don't like giving places 1 star. It's tacky and rude, but Golden Edge earned it. Between the $30 pizza, the $3 can of Coke, the grimy store, and the horrible service, or could not have gotten more than a 2, but the poor quality cook and spoiled ingredients demand the lowest score I can rate it. I hope Golden gets it's act together.

No idea why this place gets good reviews on their pizza..it is not good at all (I e tried twice). Ordered the vegetarian pizza and the crust was too soft and not tasty at all. Slice on 14th or Chico’s on Lombard blow this place away. Even Gaspare’s across the street is better.
