Been coming here for years! Belinda was awesome and very attentive. She was also funny! Definitely recommend the Caldo De Rez, the small is good for starter, but the large bowl is amazing! The Hamburger steak is also super flavorful and filling. Go with a appetite for sure! Depending on the time and day, there will be a line, so plan to wait a bit, but well worth it!

This was my second time in my life (I am from Germany or I would come here more often) and it was delicious as always. It was full but that just speaks for the quality of the food and the very reasonable pricing. A "must go" place in El Paso.

This was hands down the best menudo I have ever had!!!! It was not too thick and had the right amount of meat. The hominy was a great throwback as the East and West coast menudos do not include it. Having bread instead of tortillas was a great mix as well. I'm definitely coming here for my menudo when I visit again.

Haven't been here in over 15 years!!! 😍 Quality hasn't changed. Still amazingly delicious. Ordered a small menudo, double cheeseburger, and machaca plus drinks. Took less than 10 minutes for our lunch to be ready. Hot! Tasty!! Fresh!!! The parking lot is still small. I've seen other diners park in the street. When we arrived the line was long and out the door. We stood in line for about 10 minutes, then quickly seated. When we left, the outside line was twice as long. We got there on a Tuesday in December, so yeah - this place always looks like this, well ... it was like this over 15 years ago 😍 The Best places don't need to ever change.

We are From San Antonio TX…passing thru from Ruidoso, NM and stopped in EL Paso….. oh man reviews did not lie!! The food is absolutely AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! Our waitress was so kind and brought taste testers for us. When/if ever coming through I will definitely stop here to eat!! The flavor and authenticity of the food left us wanting more!!

Although this a very good taste wise restaurant and very popular the service could be better... they need a bigger location to accommodate all there clientele they would highly recommend benefit from this ... the waiter and waitresses could be a lil more friendly it must be from the stress of attending all the folks that come thru!! The first ever Good Luck Cafe, this is it !!! Came here around 2pm but the entire place still packed, can totally tell how popular and important it is to local citizens. Sometimes, this kind of place is to be visited every once in a while, for the sake of memory 🥹 Ordered their menudo, chicken salad (the fried chicken is well seasoned and crisp), shredded beef tacos, and "work" burger, all very nice.

If english is your primary language go ahead and stay away. The waitress pretended to not know English when i was ordering my food and the second my order was messed up she figured out how to speak it pretty well. Food honestly wasnt too bad, even though i ordered a double bacon and was given a single patty but the service needs work.

They charge for chips n salsa and the salsa is nasty. Took my son for breakfast got him menudo but it turned out to have had hair clippings in it like someone got a hair cut and went to cook right after . Hair is hair No sorry can I get you something or any offer to make it right and instead saw them making gestures at us while laughing it off. No apology just removed it from the bill like he didn't just eat somebody's hair. So come one come all for some crappie service hair in your food place that can care less about the food they serve.
