It's like if people didn't associate Olive Garden with eating classy. Italian fare at an "order at the front" fast food style. I like this place quite a bit, mostly because I don't have to feel obliged to not just eat all the bread sticks that are shoved in front of my fat face, like at Olive Garden.

Good basic Italian food priced fairly. Was one of our favorite go to restaurants pre- pandemic. Glad to be able eat inside the restaurant again. Most meals under $20.

I've been coming here for the past 3years & it hasnt disappointed yet. I've recently started to bring my 1 year old and she loves it. The staff are great & the manager Alonso will come out & make sure customers are enjoying their experience.

We like this place because it offers reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere. We like the combos since it includes salad, beverage, bread, and pasta, for $11.99. Good place to relax and enjoy.

The combination lunch with some pasta and salad was just delightful. The servers were just outstanding and very kind. I hadn't been there in a very long time I will be going there again soon.

This Riga location has improved night and day since it first opened a few years ago. It's a nice as the Dublin locations. Very nice and very clean and very friendly staff. Food was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to going back soon.

Good food was having a party so we ordered some party trays, they were ready for us like the girl said whe we got there. Our guest loved the food and it was a big hit highly recommend them for your upcoming holiday get togethers.

I love Rigatoni's! I honestly do not think you can beat the price anywhere for the quality you receive. This place has pasta done right. The portion is perfect, they have a bread buffet with oil and vinegar, and my dish of choice would be the fettuccine alfredo. The eating area is clean and the service is friendly, always concerned that the meal you are enjoying is just right. They know the menu well and they can recommend the perfect dish every time.

Always delicious. Always fresh! The people who work here are all very kind as well. There's something on the menu for every member of the family. And when all else fails, there's pizza for the kids!!! Add in a bunch of extras into your favorites like fettuccine alfredo, baked ziti, or any other mixture of pasta and sauce that you might want to concur. The best part about this is you can totally build your own pasta make specially the way you like it. And there are several options to choose from. I love it here! 😁

We have an "girls lunch out "or should we say " ladies " lunch out ..I was with my roommate and her mom. 😍It was our first date together ❤ and we were glad that we chose Rigatoni's. My friends both ordered 🍝 Spaghetti with meatballs and I ordered the Chicken Pesto. Actually, I was craving for Chicken pesto for weeks now and I was not disappointed with what I ordered. It has the right spiciness, not too strong like other restaurants do it. The price quite pricey. But the portion ung is 👍 alright. The only complaint we had was the bread not fresh anymore...but it didn't took them long to bring out some fresh bread . I am suggesting that they should have garlic bread instead. Garlic bread can compliment any kind of pasta. If you feel like going Italian for a quick bite, this is the place to be.

Very friendly staff and good tasting food. I ordered to-go one night and was very happy with the whole process.

recieved a gift card from an old landlord for rigatoni's, since im a vegetarian he couldnt really find anything else to get me for xmas. I was very surprised at the quality of the food fearing it was another Olive Garden's microwaveable dinners... but i was VERY SURPRISED BY IT! ive been back several times and always find myself FULL and SATISFIED after im done eatting!

This place kind of caught me by suprise.. I didn't expect the food to be so good. I tried the Italian sausage fettuccini and it was so tasty and flavorful. The customer service is pretty good at this location as well. The only negative about the experience was the wait time for the food. It was lengthy and we only had a party of 3 but I guess it was worth it.

Loved the salmon. They allowed me to substitute the spaghetti for a salad. So delicious and low carb. Gotta love the unlimited bread butter and Olive oil/balsamic vinegar.

It is a good grade of Italian food you can get quickly and for an affordable price. Minestrone soup was good, and comes with bread for a great way to eat healthy and fast!

We sat ourselves, and headed to bread bar for a variety of breads to eat with our meal. Then we served ourselves our drinks. Within no time our salads came, and then our lunch. Food was great, and came quick. I got two lovely pieces of lemon cake, and chocolate chocolate chip cake. Yum!!! I would definitely eat here again

I didn't realize this is a restaurant chain? Food is not bad, and all you can eat bread isn't bad. I usually get the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was good and a clean restaurant.

The combination Caesar salad and choice of pasta dish for about $12 is a good value. Food was tasty. My server was an especially gracious Mexican young man. He really understood taking care of a customer! I definitely will go back again.

Pretty good food, chicken was a little off. On the positive side they have bread bar with several different kinds of bread, olive oil, and butter.

Second time ordering I called ahead got there they hadn't even started my food while laughing and speaking in Spanish to another customer about my food not being ready. The food was just ok lacking flavor, was better the first time.

Chicken Parmesan is not crispy but still oily. I would have preferred a little less cheese. Vegetarian options are okay.

I was expecting to walk into an authentic Italian restaurant based on the advertising on the building but this was more like going to McDonald's you order your food and pay for it at the counter you sit down with a number on your table and this place was run by kids so the service wasn't great it took a while for us to get our food in the food was just okay The bathrooms were disgusting anytime you're in a public restaurant the bathroom should be cleaned every hour regardless there's no reason for the way these were not

Good portion minus the meat amount in sauce. It Only had a chunk of sausage in a party pans worth of pasta. Also wish it had cheese on top of the pasta. Flavor was okay.

Good food but semi prejudice. I spent 80 dollars on a party platter and asked to sit in and was told the food was only to go. I never heard of a policy like That? So instead of making a scene, I grabbed my food and left. Not sure when I'll be returning, but it won't be any time soon.

Incredibly too much sauce. My pasta was drowning in it and made my meal unappetizing. I actually had to drain most of the sauce out before I could even attempt to eat my dish (chicken pesto). Also, tasted really basic and the chicken was extremely bland.

This is truly Italian fast food. This is no authentic Italian experience. In my opinion it's just a cramped version of olive garden. The quality of food is tasty but seems cheap and is far from generously proportioned. You get okay food that is relatively high priced, and have to sit and eat in a miserable dining hall with no privacy walls. You get people walking literally right next to your table. When I went the other day, kids were stepping on my shoes and running by and I think some guy was intimidated by me because he kept coughing loudly. The best part about this place is the bread and oil bar. You get a few sodas on tap and the menu doesn't offer much variety.

Worst Italian food I ever had. Doesn’t seem to be much Italian influence in house. Imagine going to get Mexican food and nobody is Mexican???? Not authentic and very generic. Are the sauces from a can?

This damn place forgot about our order and after 35 min of waiting we went back up to the front to find it would be 5 more min so he could make it. Wen we got it it tasted ok but not worth 15 for two and a 40 min wait.

I went to this rigatony's in Hayward off a street first time ever and the food tasted off as if it had been frozen for weeks the food also made me and my 14-year-old younger brother extremely sick almost immediately and as upon waking up this morning I'm even more sick! Do not eat here!!!

Went and ordered dinner for takeout for 2 and only got 1 spoon for our soups and no parmesan for our meals. Food had no flavor, I can definitely cook better than the one in the kitchen everything tastes like it was pre madeor came out of a can.

Decided to order from rigatoni's for the first time after living in Hayward for ten years, I was simply disgusted by everything that I ate!. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted like a tv dinner that you could get from any grocery store, the chocolate cake was dry and flavorless, the cheese garlic bread was disappointing! It didn't taste like garlic bread at all. There was "NO GARLIC!" I had better from a box in the freezer section of the grocery store. I will never order from this place again! I was simply disappointed.

Worst spaghetti I've had by far and I went in with low expectations. There is a reason they are dead. Very bland sauce skimpy portion for 15 bucks and super soggy meatballs. U can get better stuff from a preggo can. If your at la Quinta like me go anywhere but there I'll thank me later

This place has let me down many times. Tonight I ordered the lagsana It took over 20 min (not terrible bad) it was cold. Sent it back and cold a second time. I gave them a second chance once and I'll never go back.

First of all I really hope it was just a bad day for the staff because rude was an understatement. Second the food was bland and awful. Also something did not taste right with the salad, it had a funky off-putting taste when I ate there today. I will never eat there again. I genuinely can't think of anything positive to say and I'm not a picky eater. It's actually the first time that I haven't been able to enjoy Italian food. Stay away!

My 1st and last time eating here. I make way better spaghetti and garlic bread at home that actually has good seasoning and flavor! I stayed at the hotel right across from this restaurant. They ignored me standing in line and only talked to the doordash people walking in. When I was finally helped after getting looked at a bunch of times, I paid and said thank you without a your welcome or smile. When I walked back to my hotel room right next door, I had to return to the restaurant to get a fork to eat my food with and napkins. When I finally got to eat, the food was not really warm like I just picked it up. It was like iv had it for hours. Meatballs are overpriced for being so small and not tasting like real meat, the meatballs were also cold in the center. The flavor of the spaghetti sauce tasted VERY cheap, flavor plain . The garlic bread was hard and chewy hard to pull apart and also looked and tasted as if they soaked the bread in a bowl of butter for a long time. I wish I would have chose somewhere else even pizza I make way better homemade spaghetti and garlic bread at home never eating here again. Waste of time and money.

Ordered food to eat in the restaurant(not to go line), and they provided a to go bag with the food. I waited for an 1 hour thinking they will bring the food. Manager was very rude and could care less. While I waited, saw a waitress yelling in Spanish, and misplacing food in the customers tables. They were upset too, as you might expect. Horrible customer service, the food tasted terrible. Bottom line: horrible chaotic italian food place.

Sausage Alfredo with sautéed mushrooms, a side of cheesy garlic bread and a large soda. Total: $ 18.51 the food quality and portions, the ambience and the service was definitely not worth this price. This is no fault to the server nor the cook. It's because of ownership and set recipes that are focused on up selling what is already cheap food. Will not be coming here again.

First visit ordered take-out was underwhelmed. Each meal came with stale bread and had to be doctored up, not worth the price. They asked if I wanted a bag for 10¢ of course lol why not just include it in the price. Definitely will not be returning.

Their meat lasagna is the worst I've ever eaten (in fact, meat lasagna is one of the foods with the most consistent taste, and these guys have screwed it up). It's sour, has an alcohol flavor in it, and the texture is also not so great. I couldn't even take two bites before spitting it out. The other dishes we ordered were also not very impressive, but they were edible.

I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo combo. The amount of meat they put on the dish was very disappointing. I counted 3 small pieces about 2 inches long. The meal tasted like TV dinner. Nothing special. The place used to be better when they first opened.

If you like hospital food. With no flavor whatsoever no seasoning unless you put it on yourself this is a spot for you this is for old people. My steak had no seasoning whatsoever no salt no pepper nothing. The fettuccine chicken alfredo had no flavor whatsoever The chicken was bland as hell no flavor not even color
