It was a busy evening at the restaurant, yet we still received friendly and prompt service. Both the dinner and dessert were delicious. Pizza, pasta and tiramisu. There was a short wait for the dessert, but the staff apologised, which was appreciated.

Best pizza in Alba! We come several times a year to Alba and ALWAYS get our pizza at La Duchessa. The staff is friendly and speak English! We have also had the pasta and salads which are all amazing. Alfonso is very outgoing and helpful when ordering.

We had 2 delicious lunches at La Duchessa , including large, fresh salads and delicious pasta. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Their wine by the glass was selected with care. The outdoor patio area is ideal for a casual meal. We’ll happily return again next time we’re in Alba.

Awesome place for dinner - seems to be a great family business. Tables outside are cozy. Very friendly and fast service, bilingual staff, tasty appetizers, awesome pizza, cold drinks (we had beer and Aperol Spritz) and lovely soft espresso. Highly recommended!

I am giving this one 5 stars because the staff was so incredibly friendly. The pizza was very good as well but how kind and how good the service was the reason for 5 stars. They had a very interesting beer from the area that was fermented in a Nebbiolo casket and I have never had anything like it before. If you go I recommend it’s different but something cool to get here. It’s was from a local brewer. I would return here

Buon ristorante pizzeria in quel di Alba. Ci siamo fermati io e la mia dolce metà per un pranzo un martedì di settembre. Abbiamo preso la pizza, devo dire molto buona e con gusti e ingredienti particolari. I tavoli sono distribuiti un po' in un dehor eterno, un po' in uno interno, noi siamo stati fatti accomodare nel dehor interno, un po' freddino vista la giornata piovosa. Non abbiamo capito se ci fossero o meno anche dei posti all'interno del locale. Prezzi abbastanza nella norma di un ristorante pizzeria, 2 pizze un po' particolari da 10 euro l'una, una porzione di patatine fritte, due cochine, acqua e due caffè poco meno di 50 euro in tutto. Consigliato per una buona pizza!

Cercavamo una pizzeria per pranzare che fosse vicina al centro di Alba e senza troppe pretese, così google ci ha portati qui. Il menù propone tanta scelta di pizze ma veramente poca di primi e secondi. Noi abbiamo preso una pizza con tartufo e uova, non mi ha convinto la combinazione di sapori ma comunque l'ho trovata accettabile, e i ravioli al plin, buoni. Per il resto staff gentile, prezzi nella media e brevi tempi di attesa. Diciamo però che se cercate un ristorante che cucini piatti tipici piemontesi questo non fa al caso vostro...

Pizza favolosa con ingredienti di prima qualità . Servizio celere e cortese.

Se cercate un posto in cui mangiare una pizza ad Alba, senza troppa attesa, siete nel posto giusto. Il servizio è rapido, i camerieri gentili e i Prezzi sono veramente medio-bassi. La pizza nella norma. Consigliata focaccia al lardo.

Pizza in centro di Alba. Conosco questo locale da almeno vent'anni e devo dire che i prodotti offerti sono sempre al top. Pizza più alla napoletana che alla nordica, morbida e dal cornicione alto, trovate anche vere specialità campane, come la mozzarella di bufala e i dolci della tradizione. Bravi!

Pizzata di squadra dopo una partita ad alba. Alle 22.30 la cucina era ancora aperta, cosa non sempre scontat e, i piatti cucinati sembravano squisiti. Io ho optato per la pizza e l'ho trovata molto buona.

This is a wonderful family owned affair. They try their best to make excellent pizza and a large variety of other standard Italian fare. Mostly they succeed, especially when the restaurant isn't too busy. We eat there often so are particularly sensitive to their ups and downs. If you live nearby it's reliably good. If you're visiting and want something authentic and tasty, it's a safe bet.

This place was recommended by the locals and they have a vast array of pizzas, pastas, salads, fish -- it's really hard to choose. I enjoyed the salad "estetico", the duchessa pizza and fried misto! Pizzeria ristorante nel centro cittadino. Ambiente gradevole. Doverosa menzione positiva: ha accettato un gruppo di dieci persone (di cui cinque bambini) senza prenotazione praticamente all’ora di pranzo di una domenica di ressa anche turistica e non è da tutti. La pizza Duchessa l’ho gradita ed è bella carica di ingredienti (l’ho pure digerita senza problemi, sintomo di qualità). Purtroppo la ragazza è stata male con la mortadella e l unto esagerato della pizza e dopo tre ore di digestione sta ancora male sarà un problema del pizzaiolo.....per il resto locale carino

La marinara aveva dei pezzi di aglio crudo, non mi è piaciuta! L' altra pizza aveva un sacco di acqua, impossibile mangiarla. Inoltre, sul menù era scritto 5.5€ per la marinara ma abbiamo pagato un euro di più
