Have been going to fitrition for almost a year now. Their meal prep meals are out of this world good! The general Tso tacos are a fan favorite. They have a great staff at the Melville location. JP is one of the employees there and he’s always in a great mood and telling us all the new stuff they offer. If your into fitness and want a tasty nutritional meal you gotta try them out!

I searched on internet for juice near me, this popped up and at first I didn't want to have to go inside, but I am so glad I did, The juice was perfect! I also decided to get a meal, and to my amazement it is delicious. I got the grilled Argentinian chicken. I Immediately snapped a picture and advised my daughter to come. Very pleased!!

Amazing food and top-notch service! I absolutely love the meals here. However, I did encounter a small issue with my recent Grubhub orders that I hope the owner can look into. When I order the Almond Butter Toast with a quantity of 2 and slices set to 2, I should receive 4 slices in total. But what ends up happening is I only get 2 slices, and to work around this, I have to place 2 separate orders for 1 slice each to ensure my order was right to make up for the missing food. While I don’t mind this workaround since I love the food, it does seem like there might be a glitch with how the system processes orders when selecting 2 orders of 2 slices each. For example, when I ordered 2 with 2 slices, I was charged $13.98 but i only got 2 slices, but when I ordered 2 single slices, the total came to $9.98. Hope this review helps your correct this one little issue.

I work around the block and I love coming here on my lunch breaks! The owner should be proud because his staff is awesome. They’re always smiling and super friendly. The smoothies and prepped meals are great. I love their general tso chicken tacos and their chicken quesadilla was one of the best I’ve ever had. 100% recommend for a quick bite if you work or live in the area.

If you are a local in the area, you work nearby or you use the gym right across the hall from this place, I would highly recommend giving it a try! The juices, shakes and bowls here are really good if you are keen on maintaining a healthier diet. And to make things better, JP is a world class employee and always maintains a positive attitude, even when there is a never ending line throughout his workday! He communicates with his customers and tends to make those around him smile and appreciate both the food served and his hard work and good communication. I have also had nothing but good interactions with another previous employee: Viv! Both are/were stellar workers that made me want to return for more purchases just from their friendliness! And pair that good synergy with some good food items, and you have an absolutely outstanding setup! Fitrition - 10/10 That man JP definitely deserves a raise for all that he does, as you will RARELY find a similar employee for his role at Fitrition! JP - 11/10

Protein shakes are great and high quality. Another highlight is the service the workers are amazing, including the owner. Great place to go post workout

The meal preps are delicious!!. My Favorites are the creed, Cajun salmon and the Arnold. JP is knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. I usually order the mean green in the mornings after my workout.

Ordered a smoothie and got a couple prepackaged meals for lunches. Tried the jerk chicken first and it's delicious! The portion was exactly the right size too. The smoothie is also yummy too 🥰 Establishment was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would return!

I appreciate the healthy ingredients they use. Chain smoothie spots are too sugar based. I came back for lunch to pickup a pre made meal prep they had. Nice selection of those and well priced. The online pickup worked fine for my smoothie this morning. Glad to see vegan and gluten free snacks. A little hard to find at first just walk down and make a left at the gym front doors.

EDIT: Owner reached out and was overly accommodating. I will be completely honest smoothies are great here and I go twice a week. I was disappointed with the staff but clearly owners care about customer service and immediately accommodated me. I will definitely be back. They might as well close at 730. Showed up at 745 and they said no more smoothies (when they close at 8?) I get off of work at 6 rush to the gym next door to get there by 645, workout for an hour for some kid behind the counter to not want to make me a smoothie because they don’t wash the rewash the blender. Extremely aggravating, just close earlier but don’t deny someone something during business hours

I ordered a blue smoothie bowl last week and they told me they no longer are doing the blue base. Is that true? That was my favorite bowl :(

I was disappointed with the staff but clearly owners care about customer service and immediately accommodated me. I will definitely be back. They might as well close at 730. Showed up at 745 and they said no more smoothies (when they close at 8?) I get off of work at 6 rush to the gym next door to get there by 645, workout for an hour for some kid behind the counter to not want to make me a smoothie because they don’t wash the rewash the blender. Extremely aggravating, just close earlier but don’t deny someone something during business hours

They promote themselves to being healthy, but asked what type of peanut butter they use in smoothies and acai bowls, they use Skippy. Unbelievable how unhealthy that is. You can make a better one at home, so why pay $10?

If you wanna specialize in something, you gotta be good with it. As someone who drinks a protein shake/ smoothie every day, im disappointed in this place. First, they make your thing in the BACK, you cant even see what they are doing. They make it watery, frothy…… dont listen to you when you say “make it thick”. You can make a better one at home, so why pay $10?
