I was shock to see such a low rating for this place. I got a blt with 2 eggs as well as an ice coffee for $13.61. Which is not bad. I’m very picky with my ice coffee but this place made it to my liking . The best part is that they have sitting area and it’s clean. Food taste and customer service was great . They gave me a good amount of bacon . I’ll definitely recommend to try it and I really hope the rating goes up cause they do deserve it .

I come here from time to time for many years, mainly because they make my favorite sandwich, and the people here are so friendly and hardworking. They have a wide variety of things on the menu and food quality is great.

I should have taken a picture but I ate my burger before I could think. Great burger for a great price. I also really enjoy their French toast and egg breakfast sandwiches! Good quality and you just can’t beat the prices they have in the middle of Queens. Really great customer service. I wish I knew all their names. Oscar is great and as are the rest of the employees at this establishment. What’s not to appreciate?

My staff, friends and I have been to this place years ago and that the staff ordered grilled chicken sandwich from this store. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that there were people watching the tv, helping, out, and many other things.

My friend and I came to this place to get lunch and my friend got a grilled chicken wrap which was Tender grilled chicken, lettuce & sauteed onions drizzled with ranch dressing. The wrap tasted good, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy with people waiting in line to order things.

Pretty good food at a decent price. They have daily lunch specials that are a great bang for your buck (especially for the area) which come with a soup. Plenty of options to eat as well. The staff is super friendly & accommodating! They have plenty of seating as well. Definitely will leave satisfied!

I enjoyed the lentil soup, but unfortunately there was a tiny rock in it 😭😭😭😭 I could have chipped a tooth, so I don’t think I shall return here. I suppose they don’t rinse their lentils.

I ordered a burger and fries and the menu said it was $11.25. I was charged $12.99. I took a picture of the menu that's right there in front of the deli counter. If that is incorrect, they are ripping you off. I never would have ordered if that was the real price. Yo, i'm taking this down to 1 star. Look at the picture I took. Look at the price. They charged 12.99 plus tax, came out to 14.14. That is not the price for a plain burger and fries with no extra anything on it. In fact they asked and I said NO, no cheese, no nothing. Liars and cheats, end of story. Which burger meal on there is even 12.99? Not a single one, so where did that price even come from?

ZERO STARS Never order from this place! It's such a shame because the overall quality in their food is actually pretty good but their level of business and professionalism is on the same level as a toddler not getting their way. I ordered delivery from this place on New Year's Eve. TWO HOURS after I placed my order I assumed there was a mistake between my delivery service (Delivery[dot]com) and Redwood Deli assuming maybe the place was closed. I went ahead and called the customer service rep at Delivery[dot]com to explain the situation since maybe the place was closed. She went ahead to call Redwood and without giving any time of day, the owner deliberately and rudely hung up on her. The customer service rep was in shock and distressed because it was unprofessional and uncalled for. Due to that behavior, I cancelled the order. A few days later, I decided to give the place one more chance assuming maybe the Holidays were too crazy etc.. The moment I put my order in, I found out my account has been blacklisted from ordering there ever again. So, let me get this straight, they don't deliver anything without any calls or explanation for 2 hours, hang up on a delivery customer service rep and instead of rectifying the situation they just canned a customer because....? I have never seen anything so rude before. Sometimes the quality of service is better than the quality of food. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Unprofessional Childish Rude

Five dollars for a bagel with regular cream cheese is insane. I spoke to the guy who made a sandwich and he said yeah, everything is expensive now. I said not everywhere because down the street it’s 3.50. Nothing special at all about this bagel.

This place is very unsanitary. They sell sandwiches that you eat with your hands, but don’t have a bathroom where you can wash them. On top of it, the place is dirty generally. Avoid.
