The guys here are so nonchalant, I get it. Its cold outside but it took like 40mins just for 2 items. The workers were making jokes and moving so slow. Barley more than 5 people came and left. Idk maybe it was off day but definitely not a good first impression. I had heard good things about the business but kinda let down. Food was warm by the time I got everything, not bad.

I know this may sound a little off to other pizza lovers but I have realized my Pizza comparisons are with reference to Dominos. Dominos provides a consistently good offering at really decent prices and is available practically everywhere. Value and quality. My go to is Jalapeño and Onions. So when I rate another pizza place, it has to match quality and price - basically value. my first pizza from blaze was a large with Jalapeño and Onions. I did at the last moment decide on the fresh mozzarella and not the shredded…. You can see what I got …. When getting a fresh mozzarella pizza, I do expect decent coverage such that any decent size bite has some cheese in it. As you can see from the picture, this was not the case. Which lead to another issue - the red sauce was overwhelming where there was no cheese. The pizza seemed to be undercooked, soggy. The only good part was the bite of the Jalapeno…. And the price was over 2x what I would need to pay for a similar Dominos pizza and probably about 2x the stuffed crust one from them. There was also, to me, an unpleasant smell when I entered for the pickup. There was some machinery going on and when I came back (I was early first time), I didn’t smell it. To me didnt pass the compare test….

No idea what this pizza tastes like because after TWO attempts to order they screwed both up. The app tells you the pizza will be ready at a certain time. Then you arrive and some very sad-looking slow people are drowning in tickets and have no idea where your order is. It’s like a video game where the characters won’t talk to you until you have some special item. I never figured out what that item was. The second time they gave me the wrong thing. So I quit.

I arrived after work to order a gluten free pizza and waited 20 minutes before I informed them I wanted a gluten free crust. I’m fine with the 20 minute wait, I’m frustrated by the fact that I was then skipped by 3 people who have regular crusts and got their pizza order done before me and did not wait as long as I did all because gluten free crusts were not ready. I did not complete my order because I was starving and ready to make a scene so I left instead. 100% would order online (if I return to this location) rather than be skipped over after a 20 minute long wait all because of my food allergies.

Our department ordered lunch for work. We are placed our individual orders online for pick-up. When we arrived to pickup our orders it appeared pretty dark and the establishment needed tidying up. Nonetheless, we proceeded to the pickup area wete they store the pizzas ready for pickup. As we looked for our orders and began to check them for accuracy the man behind the counter began to yell at us. What are you doing! Why are you looking at the pizzas! We stayediwe are making sure they are correct was stated. He tells again are they your pizzas? I'm the owner and I need to know he continues to tell. We state yes they are and we just want to be sure they are correct be leaving the restaurant! He goes well I just need to know, I need to make sure your no Uber eats or someone! We state that's understandable but it's the way you are yelling and staying it, TONE is everything. He simply turns and goes back to making pizzas. No apology ..as this was my first time visiting a blaze pizza I am not sure I would visit or purchase again. Customer service and being respectful is everything for me when I'm spending money.

Ive been getting deliveries for a while now and this is my 20th time getting a burnt pizza, dont order unless your in person to atleast tell them about the order

I put in an order on the app for five large pizzas. The total came to almost $75. The apps took my money and told me that the order would be ready at 5:15 PM. When I got to the store, they indicated that they were not accepting any orders and that they could do nothing about the fact my charge card was already charged for the money and that I was expecting five large pizzas. There was one staff person ( a 17-year-old) on duty dealing with a number of us who had put in orders on the app, had been charged, but yet the store was not accepting orders or making pizzas. Beyond irresponsible. * this occurred two days ago, updating today to say I still haven’t received a refund. Updating again to say that it has been six days and I still have not been refunded.

On 12/24 morning I put in an order for five large pizzas to be picked up at 5:15 PM. I received a confirmation for the order. My credit card was charged. When I got to the restaurant at about 5:10 PM there was one staff person cleaning, and she indicated that the store was closed and was not accepting any orders. When I asked about the order that was already in and confirmed and paid for she shrugged and said she didn’t know anything about it. My charge card has been charged. As of today 12/30 despite reaching out to blaze several times I have yet to receive a refund. Obviously super frustrating not only because I didn’t get pizzas that I was expecting and because I have been charged for pizzas I never received, but also because we used to be big fans of blaze Pizza. Cannot recommend them any longer and in fact would say stay far away.

Genuinely just had the worst experience ever. My two friends and I walk in at 9:13 to get some pies, we make it to the counter and a worker starts singing at us yelling to get out. He is singing and yelling the door is behind you and to leave because we can’t be served since they’re overworked after a 12 hour shift. Not to mention he’s also clapping while he’s singing. What type of employee kicks paying customers out???? It was truly disgusting and disrespectful as the employee could’ve nicely told us the situation and explained that we couldn’t get served anymore.

The worst. Do not order online from Blaze if you want to enjoy your evening. We had pizza ingredients at home but decided we were feeling too worn out to cook tonight. We were a bit wary after our last order from Blaze was a big mess, but we don't like to be quick to judge, so we made the mistake of giving them another chance. This is the second time we've arrived at the order pickup time to find the order isn't anywhere close to ready. Both times we've waited longer than 30 additional minutes after our scheduled pickup time for them to get the orders straight and into our hands. No offer to make it right or provide a refund. Customer service is severely lacking. We're bringing our business elsewhere and recommend you do, too. I'd pick a frozen pizza over Blaze next time.

The pizza is aggressively mid, and the service is amazingly slow and disorganized. If you order online, expect to wait 30-60 minutes after the stated pickup time. Not worth the time or money. We've ordered from here many times, but we're done. They're a lost cause

How in the world do they maintain 4.2 stars? ZERO STARS is being charitable. After reading SOOOO many negative reviews with the same descriptions wouldn't it be easier to just fix the issues (clean the place, hire a decent manager that can manage staff and empower that manager to actually correct customer issues.) So here we go. Placed an online order. Told it would be ready at 5:37. At 6:10, I asked to cancel my order and request a refund. I was told I had to cancel it "online?" Pulled up the app and handed it to the employee and asked how I do that? She couldn't figure it out either. A SIMPLE CHEESE PIZZA (burned to a crisp and didn't realize until I got home.) COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. Apparently they couldn't find the second part of the order. A pepperoni and meatball pizza. I suspect they gave it to the customer in front of me but hey, It happens. They remade that pizza and I didn't discover until I got home that it was missing several ingredients. Brought the burnt pizza back to the store (see photo) and asked for a refund. Told they can't do refunds in the store. So in summary, Paid for two pizzas- couldn't eat one of them, and the other was wrong. I have had similar experiences at this store and on one occasion was offered a free pizza coupon but could not use it online. Only option is to go stand in line in the store for an hour or two to get it wrong again. I am going to predict the response from Blaze to this review- "we are sorry your experience didn't live up to our high standards and we will use this information to improve. And to please contact customer care. HARD PASS. We are done with this location. Going to predict they will be out of business in under a year.

Disgusting, Gross, Filthy and many other negative adjectives best describe the current state of Blaze Pizza. It took awhile for someone to acknowledge us at the counter but eventually placed our order with a young woman who mumbled something incoherently. I have slight hearing loss and thought it was my fault I could not hear her. I ask her to repeat what she said and again could not understand her. I turned to my spouse for help who also was dumbfounded. I honestly thought that maybe she was speaking another language. After picking up on a few words, I realized that she was simply speaking in a whisper and mumbling her words. I remained confused as she slowly worked, stopped, went to the kitchen and discarded my pizza mid preparation then started over, all without any explanation. A line was forming and the only worker was this young woman who was working so slowly it seemed intentional. She seemed intent on preparing the pizza one way and was confused and/or annoyed when I asked for more than one type of cheese. Now her voice and speech was clear as after every topping request she demanded "is that it?" She overloaded the pizza with cheese and skimped on other toppings. I was worried about the amount of cheese she added but was afraid to say anything. The pizzas were cut in 4 large pieces and two smaller pieces. Between the large cuts and overloaded cheese, it was impossible to eat or fold. Everything just slid off the large slices in a goopy mess. As for the state of the restaurant, the prep area was gross and covered in splashes of sauce and other detritus. The drink area was dirty, had no napkins and no ice. The entire restaurant looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in several days. The floors were covered in debris and none of the stations had napkins. As for the pizzas; what little we did manage to get into our mouths was not tasty. We ended up throwing most of the food in the trash. It has been a tic since we've eaten at Blaze but it is nothing like we remember it. To say that it has gone down hill is an understatement. Whomever owns this restaurant is severely neglecting it and its staff. We will NEVER go here again.

I normally don’t come out to this place, and when I went today, I can safely say that I will never be back. With a whole hour before the store was actually closed, the store felt completely shut down with lights on as low as possible, stools on tables and nothing out. My party was waiting for around 15 minutes as the workers decided to slam bins, food and utensils. At that point we all decided to leave because we were treated as if we were burdening the workers just for coming into this store. DO NOT COME HERE!

1) went there at around 7:15pm and the store closes at 10pm yet all of the tables with stools had them flipped up on top of the tables, leaving only the booth area of seating available. if the store doesn’t close for several more hours, why is majority of the seating made unavailable that early?? it was decently busy as well. 2) had to have mine & my husband’s pizza remade several times because it was burnt. staff by the oven (2 guys) had an attitude about it and were very unprofessional, meanwhile they were burning everybody’s pizza because they kept walking away from the oven and doing other things. then when they take the pizza out, they struggle to cut through it because it’s charred and still serve it anyways. honestly, would they eat something like that?? no one should have to! 3) place is very dirty by the drink station and the tables (the few that were available) had crumbs everywhere overall the employees are miserable with attitudes and inappropriate remarks except for the one girl who insisted on making sure we were okay with our pizza after it had to be remade several times. pizza itself is horrible. it’s either burnt charred (majority of the time) or undercooked. even my online doordash orders from this location have been horrible and i had to stop ordering because it was just a waste of money and the pizza had to be thrown away each time. this location of blaze was NOT like this a year or two ago! whatever happened, it’s not even worth going to anymore if you have to go through hell and back advocating for actual edible pizza. **and here’s a photo of 1 of the many examples of how they burn the pizza (& it wasn’t even the worst one)**
