My go to restaurant for take out when I want a delicious salad. There BYO salads are my favorite in the Capital Region. I also enjoy dining in. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I have tried several sandwiches, smoothies, french toast, and home fries on their menu as well. Everything is flavorful and tasty. Their Italiano sandwich is a masterpiece. You cannot go wrong; I highly recommend. This is the kind of place you come back to over and over again not only because of their delicious food but their hospitality.

All my life of getting an iced coffee across the world, not once has a place used coffee ice cubes! That is the kind of attention to detail that I love to see. No more water downed coffee as the ice melts! I also had their Maple Sausage Panini and its delicious and filling. Honestly big enough for 2 people to share. Their home fries are deliciously seasoned and the spices remind me of home. I'm so glad I found this shop and can't wait to try other meals!

I tried this place on a friends recommendation. Would never have found it on my own but SO glad I went. Their breakfast potatoes are outstanding, delicious green smoothie, and uncommonly flavorful omelet! It's a cute, intimate, and friendly space with welcoming, helpful staff. It's going on my favorites list. I need more of these potatoes!

The customer service is extraordinary, and the food? Simply out of this world. This gem is passionately run by a dynamic duo. Despite being a two-person operation, their efficiency is remarkable. Every order is swift, fresh, and perfect, a testament to their dedication. Today, my taste buds were treated to the "Chicken Ahhvo," a cook-recommended delight. This panini is a symphony of flavors: grilled chicken, creamy garlic avocado spread, roasted red peppers, onions, spinach, mozzarella, and a balsamic drizzle, all grilled and pressed to perfection. Alongside this, I also savored a side of cucumber salad, which was incredibly fresh and delicious. I paired it with the "Passion Fruit Quencher," an excellent choice – tart, sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The best part? This massive, flavor-packed panini, the refreshing drink, and the delightful salad were just $14.00, an incredible value. FRESH N' PRESSED is a gold mine for the perfect bite! I'm so happy to have this shop in the neighborhood. Freshly made salad with plenty of fillings. The sweet potato coconut curry soup was smooth and delicious. The wait staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. They have a cute little "community corner" where they share birthdays and local businesses goods. I'll definitely be back in.

Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, served by some of the friendliest people you'll find in Albany. Lovely atmosphere, easy parking across from Washington Park, and really just an attention to detail for food that is amazing. I will absolutely drop by here again for a sandwich and a chat.

I found Fresh N' Pressed on Google Maps while looking for a nearby breakfast restaurant which was actually open on a Monday. The menu looked good, it was nearby, and I could order online; I placed my order via Delivery.com There was one patron waiting ahead of me as the woman behind the counter buzzed around the open kitchen completing their order. When it was my turn, I explained I had a take out order. There was a bit of a mix-up as my order didn't get delivered electronically to them. The woman was extremely apologetic (needlessly so), took my order and cooked my omelettes in record time. I asked to make a couple of substitutions and she had no problem accommodating me. They were insistent in telling me I should call in my future orders which I will gladly do so. The food was delicious and hot. They also had some great-looking bagels and breads and the quiches looked amazing. My breakfast omelette included pepper-jack cheese, spinach, roasted onions, and sausage. They graciously substituted tomatoes and avocado in place of their traditional home fries and toast. We'll soon become regulars at Fresh N' Pressed. You should give them a try as well!

In town for a long weekend and I stumbled across the gem of a restaurant. When you find a spot that makes you feel warm and welcomed, you will never forget it. After my initial visit, I stopped in again a couple days later and I was greeted with a loud “Murf!” from the owners. You can’t put a price on the feeling. I ordered a customized smoothie and the Wake-up wrap. They were both delicious. This will be my first stop when I return to Albany.

I had quiche both times I've been here. It was really good both times. The home fries were great, too! They brought out a nice house made chipotle sauce that paired well with them. I'm looking forward to trying some other items on the menu next time. Great service and friendly atmosphere as well.

I've come here a couple of times now for lunch or a smoothie. I've never had a bad experience. It's always delicious and fresh. The cubano pinini is outstanding. Prices are super reasonable and owner/staff are always friendly.

The food couldn't be any better. I had a three-egg sandwich with cheese on a hard roll. The roll tasted great as if it was right out of the oven. The coffee was hot and delicious. I take it black so nothing can interfere with the taste. I would recommend the owner post a warning about the steps when you exit. Also, the prices are a bit high. For what I described above was $11.00. I enjoy helping small mom and pop business owners. That's why I will return with an adequate amount of cash. I wish them the best of success. Keep up the good work 👍🙏.

I mentioned that I’d probably come back but maybe wouldn’t sit inside. Since then, I’ve been coming in move than 5 times and have generally let little things slide — but today I felt I needed to speak up. I ordered a chicken pot pie, which was already prepared. The staff member cut a slice from a larger pie, placed it in a plastic container, and microwaved it. I’m not sure what the health codes allow, but I was disappointed to see my food heated that way. Microwaving food in plastic containers — even those labeled “microwave safe” — can release harmful chemicals, microplastics, and nanoplastics into the food. I think investing in a convection oven or another safe reheating method would make a big difference for both food quality and health concerns. Nevertheless, the crust like most bread becomes soft and chewy.

Broccoli Cheddar soup had mold in it. They rightly deducted the price but offered not apology and didn't seem surprised that it was moldy. Had to spit out the food but the taste of mold lingers in my mouth about 10 minutes. Awful. My assistant liked his sandwich and my salad was good. And for a place called "Fresh n Pressed" you'd think they'd have more/better coffee options (and fresh food with no mold). They didn't have decaf.
