Always enjoy coming here with my friends. The food is good, the staff are friendly, and there's never too long of a wait/not super crowded.

Just a quick stop for an appetizer, some soup and salad. Super sweet server. No wait. Great calamari. In and out in under an hour.

I absolutely love the calamari here the meals are delicious light and so wallet friendly it's A great place for a date night or bring the children for a great meal everything is Great 😊 #lovethisPlace

Yesterday I was at Olive Garden, I have a heart condition called POTS I had exited the restaurant thinking I was going to pass out. My fiancé had managed to walk me back in, and I asked Sherrie the manager for some salt other wise I knew I was going down. She was the most sincere and kind women she was very fast getting me my salt and sat with me till I felt coherent again. She has a sweet personality and is very welcoming. I see why she’s been the manager for so long. Thank you so much Sherrie

Ate at Olive garden yesterday. I ordered the gluten free rotini. My server, Jon, asked if I had an allergy. I told him I have celiac . He brought out the woman from the kitchen. She informed me my food would be safely prepared. This was the first time in 9 years anyone did this. Jon was an attentive server and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Best restaurant so far for Italian cuisine in albany and lots of great menu’s and wine 🍷 bar.. I will definitely recommend this restaurant

After having an extremely poor experience months ago at this location, my hopes have been restored during my visit yesterday solely due to our waitress, Laura L. She was so friendly and sincere and super accommodating!! So shout out to Laura, thank you so much!!!

Our server, Ashanti R. was extremely attentive and we even tipped her more than 20 percent because of her hospitality. When I go to a restaurant, I want to feel as though it is not necessary to try so hard to be perfect and be myself. The entire group I had was at ease because this is an Activities Club. We are definitely going to come back here again and again! There is a deal in which we may get either unlimited salad and soup and breadsticks for the price of an entree. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was the most perfect portion I could have asked for considering it was filling but not so much that I had to waste it or take it home in a container. That says it all…!

I visited this restaurant in March 2021. The hostess was super friendly and was able to accommodate us to a half booth half table setting because we had a toddler with us. I was so happy she was able to work something out! The food is amazing! I ordered Chicken Alfredo with Fried Shrimp on top. Take note: (there is an additional $4.29 charge for added fried shrimp). For my drink I chose Angry Orchard which cost $5.79. The kids meals cost $5.99 each.

With a table of 13 of us, and the variety of orders, we were served with a smile! The salads are huge and the rolls warm. I tried the Lasagna Roll with meatballs and it was delicious! We'll be back!

I had a girls lunch recently, and the food and drinks were delicious and made well. However, the highlight of the meal was our waiter, Jon. He was attentive, friendly, and very polite. He anticipated every step of the meal to ensure we had the best experience. He went above and beyond!

I went there for father's day and let me just say, you all did amazing. The hosts were nice, making sure to greet us both on entry and exit. My party of 2 was sat instantly and my server Makenzie was a delight. She was kind, efficient, and the service was really fast for such a busy day. Now let me just say that the good speed of service did not make it lose any quality either. I am not sure who was working in the kitchen that night but let me say my food was perfect. Not a single complaint. I am actually shocked on how much I ate and I am already craving another visit. Additionally, the alcoholic drinks were so delicious. My husband is usually very picky and he says his Blue Capri was the best drink he had in a while. Meanwhile, my Apple Sangria is always a highlight for me. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful experience on a special day.

I brought my mother there for birthday as it was centrally located for family to attend. I had called two months ahead of our visit and spoke with the General Manager Sherrie as there were twenty family members in our group. Our table was set and ready to for us when we arrived and we had two wait staff assigned to us(Alessandro was one of them).The staff did a great job attending to our group and checked on us frequently. The food was good and the bill was reasonable. Overall a great experience for a 101st birthday!

This Olive Garden was fantastic all the way. They successfully went past a 5 star review. If I could I'd leave a bigger star review. Our waitress was super friendly, very attentive, and just overall does an amazing job with her work. I will definitely be coming back to this place someday soon. To the manager or owner of the Wolf Road Olive Garden, I'm impressed. Keep up the good work🙂

The food quality is excellent, service is both prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere is ideal. The breadsticks are a particular highlight. Desserts are also delicious. While the overall experience is exceptional, the pricing may be considered high. I highly recommend this establishment for special occasions.

The first time that we went there two years ago the service was horrible which made the food not so enjoyable to eat but we decided to give it another chance last week and I am happy we did. Our server and food was great. I loved the fact that the server was honest and helpful with everything. I absolutely loved the watermelon sangria it was delicious.

A very fine dining experience of Italian cuisine. Wonderful atmosphere. Elegant seating. Fantastic service. Very courteous, polite, understanding and helpful waitresses. Very quick prepration of food. We had Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of Minestrone Soup. An Eggplant Parmesan. A chicken Parmesan with a side of Green Salad. They offer a choice of salad or soup with the dishes. We opted for the Lunch Size portions. Breadsticks were served complimentary. They offered to refill the bread basket too. They have a fine selection of wines and deserts. Their seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake was too tempting, but we decided to skip as we were too full. Olive Garden is a mist visit if you prefer Italian cuisine.

The waiter was very attentive. Food tasted great was on point. Which was also a plus the manager walked around asking everyone if everything was fine. Great team keep up the good work

So normally I make a big long joke elaborate story about how great my experience was in some superhero fashion. But this is no joke. Olive Garden food is OK. You go there because you want pasta and you don’t wanna make it home. But today I genuinely had one of the best experiences with customer service ever with my family. Our Waitress was named (Shell) I highly recommend asking for to be sat at her tables section as she delivers the friendliest and fastest service with a smile I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to over 70 countries with the Marines Experiencing the best and worst of the world! 100% will return if I decide to go to Olive Garden this is the one!

We had a great experience but one thing kept throwing me off. The bus girl would come collect dishes and fling the cart causing the dishes to all slam into each other when she moved. She cleared tables by us 3x and kept flinging dishes in her cart causing lots of noise. Other than that our experience was great

Just today we had a holiday luncheon of 25 people. Our servers were excellent and everything went smoothlyrics. Everyone loved the food and drinks! I thank the staff for accommodating us!! Olive garden was the host for our closing fall convention weekend and they 100% love the idea of when you are here you are family they listened to our needs allergen concerns and the number of meals we wanted. I had the best experience of my life. Traveled from vermont because there are no olive gardens around anymore, and I miss it. I was so pleased that we were seated right away in a nice booth and were given the option of bread and salad right away. The food was delish it was perfect temp just enough parm sprinkled on by our lovely waiter who was a charm . We were in and out bellies fed and the headed home back to Vermont . I have always wanted to eat here and finally did. Walked in and was very impressed with the people in the front and the bright open bar, it felt happy and very inviting. Heather our waitress was friendly knowledgeable quick and attentive.The salad was awesome bread sticks were very good my wife got the eggplant I got the lunch chicken alfredo both were very tasty. My only complaint would be the my portion was a very small bowl. All in all I was very impressed with my 1st visit with the people the cleanliness the ambiance and the flavors. I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. I generally like Italian restaurants a lot. Their salads and sauces are very close to Greek and Turkish. They have a nice palate. I was not wrong, the taste and sauces of the food were very good. I also tasted the pasta on my friend's plate, it was also very good. The atmosphere, relevance, and cleanliness are excellent. I also liked the automatic payment at the table. We did not have to call the waiter and wait. We paid ourselves and left. 5 stars 🤩

Believe it or not, I’d never eaten at an Olive Garden before. This was my first time. I finally tried it. I had an excellent first experience. The food was overall excellent, but what made it special was the excellent service by the server Laura who was excellent in every way. The general manager was excellent as well who checked on me a couple of times and was very welcoming. -I was sat down right away. -My food came timely. -Refills came faster than I could ask for them. -Food was excellent. -The place was very quiet. -Good parking. Took a few photos to document what I ordered. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this location.

Our daughter had surgery on Friday and could not eat for 24 hrs prior. After the surgery, unbelievable to us, she wanted to go out to eat. Because it was a Friday during Lent, we decided on Olive Garden in Albany. Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience. Flawless and perfectly executed. Very well staffed, perfectly cooked food and a wonderful atmosphere. Waitstaff was impeccable as was the manager, who visited us twice to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend if you’re in the Albany area.

In all honesty, I had never eaten at the Olive Garden until last night. The food was very good, the service was excellent. If I could change one thing, it would be how the server seemed to attempt to rush us out the door. They came around and left our mints before we were even finished with our dinner. And then when they brought up dessert (which was also before we were finished with our dinner), they said "I think you said No to dessert, correct?" Well....no, we did not say no to dessert yet because we have not been asked yet. I honestly think that they are trained to do this to try and move the crowd along. But across the board, we had a good meal, a good time and we would definitely go back

The food wasn't great. I asked for a medium rare steak and got one with no pink that was clearly over cooked. The server did ask if I wanted a replacement, but I had filled up on bread sticks at that point. I don't hold it against the server.

The food and service is always good.. depending on how many people are working determines how long your wait is going to be.. we waited longer than normal for our food and drinks that doesn't take away from our waitress she made sure that we had everything that we needed and if there was anything extra she could bring to help with the wait she gave us a great explanation on why we were waiting a little longer than normal breadsticks salad drinks and soup, brought to our table shortly after we ordered the quality of the food is still awesome.. the service was the best it could be for that situation ( short staffed in the kitchen) and the atmosphere is always welcoming

Overall I have a great experience here. The service is convenient and the staff is friendly. Also the food is delicious and cooked to perfection. Although I came for a curbside pickup today and I saw this huge truck who was taking up all the curbside pickup lots. Honestly something should really be done about this. There should be some sort of rule for this. I mean where are people with order pickups supposed to park when that truck is taking up all the space

I mean, it's an Olive garden. You know exactly what you're getting when you go in. The food was pretty good, the service was excellent, and even though we had to wait a long time to be seated, we felt like we were well taken care of. The only thing is that it's pretty expensive these days to go here, for three of us. It was almost $100. 😭

Food was good, shortened menu but they had most of the popular dishes. Waitress was attentive and made sure to check on us during our meal. The food was great like always. But they need to do better at cleaning up the place, under the desk at the lobby was dirty, where they keep the bottles locked that's also dirty, two of the empty plates that they gave us to share the salad, the bottom of the plates were very dirty. Again, the food was great, but I'll like to come to a clean place.

I was disappointed with menu, considering I make all of their dishes at home. Though it's nice not having to cook some of my favorite Italian dishes on occasion. I was surprised to see the huge ad/ payment brick on the table. Why should I tip someone who can't even cash me out? The server was clearly there for a check and wasn't concerned with the service she offered. All in all. If you love a good home cooked Italian meal and a family full of smiles. Stay home cook with your loved ones and save your money.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a long time, but I remember portions being very small. This one’s portions are pretty big which is good. The staff are all very nice. The table was a bit dirty still and oily when we were sat. The calamari was overly breaded and fried for too long. Not good. The breadsticks were incredibly salty. Overall, service was good but the food was not as good.

Manager was chatting with greeter and should have been paying attention to non-cleared tables and checking with kitchen to see what was the holdup for food prep. and offering to help. The food tastes decent but the sodium content in the food is extremely high! I don’t recommend if you have high blood pressure. I had to brush my teeth twice after eating there just to remove the salt taste. Unfortunately not for me. Won’t eat there again.

Earlier today I placed an order for their much‑talked‑about fried mozzarella, hoping to enjoy a quick, comforting snack during a busy workday. When the order arrived, the first thing I noticed was the visual appeal: the pieces looked perfectly browned, the breading was evenly crisp, and the little paper bag even smelled faintly of oil, which initially reassured me that the kitchen had done its job. However, as soon as I lifted the first bite to my mouth, the illusion shattered. The crust was indeed crunchy, but as soon as I bit through it, there was nothing but an empty, dry shell. The expected creamy, stringy cheese center was completely absent; the interior was simply more of the same seasoned breadcrumbs, as if the mozzarella had never been there at all. I tried a second piece, hoping perhaps the first was a fluke, but the outcome was identical. The “fried mozzarella” was, in reality, nothing more than a deep‑fried breaded ball that had no mozzarella inside. It felt almost deceptive—like ordering a steak and being handed a piece of well‑seasoned tofu. There was no trace of the rich, tangy flavor or the satisfying stretch that a proper mozzarella melt should provide. Instead, I was left with a dry, overly seasoned bite that offered none of the comfort I was seeking. Because I was on a tight schedule, I didn’t have the luxury of walking in and saying something. This made me question the quality control standards on to go items. I now know and will not be ordering catering or take out for our office. In short, I cannot recommend this particular fried mozzarella to anyone looking for an authentic, cheese‑filled snack, especially if you’re relying on their take‑out service. If you’re craving a true mozzarella experience—melty, gooey, and surrounded by a light, crunchy coat—look elsewhere. At the very least, the kitchen should ensure that the cheese is actually present before sealing the bag; otherwise, customers are left with an empty promise and a lingering sense of disappointment.

I’ve been in many Olive Garden in the country, since is my since is my kids favorite. However, The only good thing about this place is some of the servers. First the place smell like wet carpet, food it’s terrible, old salads and over cook food.

Unfortunately the food tasted like it was made last week then dethawed for this evening.

I was treated very rudely by a male host with long brown hair. Even though I was on the waitlist and there was no one waiting, he told me it would be a half hour wait. When I mentioned the waitlist quoted me 0-10 minutes, he snapped back at me that the waitlist times are wrong. I would expect a host to be more professional.

Been waiting to get there for six years. Finally get there and 5 different sets of dirty silverware, get brown salad and the worst meal I ever had, 75.00 dollars later 🙃.

Do not order takeout from here, my mother's chicken dinner was raw, she ate about 1/4 of it and was sick for a week and got a $25 gift card for her trouble.

Paid for take out came back in to pick it up and the girl behind the counter treated us as if we were trying to pick up free food showed her the receipt and she still wouldn't give us the food

Food was terrible. Soup was cold. Drink refills slow. Unraveled my cutlery to discover a huge ball of human hair that fell into my lap....server commented "ew gross" and offered to get new cutlery which they then forgot about. Not that it mattered as I had already lost my appetite.

Absolutely inedible food. The worst olives garden I've been to. Food came out cold, took one bite of the tour of Italy and spit my food out. 3 of the four people in the party took one bite and didn't eat anymore. Waitress didn't even offer to get a new fresh plate nor comp the meals that were untouched
