Round Table Pizza

It was late and we were on San Pablo Avenue close to Gilman. We were quite hungry so we ordered a King Arthur Supreme. It came out nice and hot and tasty as I've not had a Round Table pizza for a number of years due to a rowdy encounter at another Round Table restaurant in the area. To be fair you don't mix apples with oranges. The owner and the staff provided excellent customer service. Having a bad experience at one Round Table should not influence my decision to patronize another. When I get an urge for another King Arthur Supreme I know where to head to fulfill the need.

The last Honest Pizza - for sure! Over the years we had great pizza places around here, and they all went by the wayside - Nino's for example, Giovano's for another, and later on Lanesplitter, etc.... now all new pizza places try to entice the yuppies with exotic mushrooms or cheeses you've never heard of and most have a limited menu each day. If you want a solid pizza, do yourself a favor and go to the Albany Roundtable. We've ordered from them at least monthly for the last year (1/2 & 1/2 Sir Arthur and Maui Zauy), they always deliver on time, and the quality never fluctuates - it's always a solid pizza. I've never been a fan of corporate franchise restaurants, but compared to them all other pizzas in our area right now suck. Albany Roundtable rocks! And they're nice people too.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to me and it was perfect. Ordered again on a future date and the pizza was not as I ordered. Also there doesn't seem to be the same amount of toppings as there used to be but I think I still think that they're one of the better pizza places

I just purchased a pizza from this location Round table .. and the MANAGER & STAFF. Prepared our pizza perfectly. I even had to call the restaurant and speak with the manager to let him know , how please I was with the order. I usually don’t do reviews but in this case I will. Thank you to Management and staff 👍🏿😁

I like Round Table pizza more than any other brand I have ever tried. They are the most generous with toppings and all ingredients seem to be fresh. A large pizza would be a good meal for at least four people or more which makes it quite economical too. Excellent value!

The lunch buffet is good as always. The staff definitely keeps the place very clean, the food was coming out as soon as it was finished. It helps that the young lady who took my order today is hot too! She made my lunch time well worth it!

I've been here a few times over the years and I find this place to be one of the best buffets in a 25 mile radius (literally). Prices are affordable and you can get a salad with you meal as well. Customer Service is great and the quality of the pizza is as good as ordering from Round Table. The buffet is available from 11:30 to 2 Pm and different kinds of pizza come out over time.

Excellent pizza, wings, salad, garlic bread sticks and restaurant very clean on the inside. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were very impressed with the food quality. Amazing! Ordered the XL 1/2 Gourmet Veggie, 1/2 Chicken Garlic Supreme. Best pizza in at least a 50 mile radius. Generous toppings and we asked for heavy garlic and they made it perfectly. We'll be returning soon. Highly recommend. This is the best Round Table location and we eat at many of them in mutiple areas.

It's pizza Friday every week in our household, so i guess you can say I'm a regular lol. They're always super nice and helpful, and the food is always on point. Hot and fresh and delicious. They were even nice enough to carry the pizza to my car when I had a 2 liter and a baby in hand.

Great quality, this place is great. Parking is a bit complicated if all the Parking spots have a specific business adjudication other than that ,. My veggie pizza was amazing.....

It's pizza Friday every week in our household, so i guess you can say I'm a regular lol. They're always super nice and helpful, and the food is always on point. Hot and fresh and delicious. They were even nice enough to carry the pizza to my car when I had a 2 liter and a baby in hand.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service from the delivery driver. He was very rude and unapologetic and I thought we might have to fight on the street. If you want to keep your customers happy, tell your drivers they should be friendlier. The manager is very nice, but DO NOT order delivery.

I would not go here again! I ordered the personal pizza with white sauce and mushrooms and salad lunch combo. The lettuce was only about half edible. There were soggy brown pieces buried in the middle. There were no carrots or mushrooms on my salad even though they are listed on the menu as a garden salad ingredient. Their soda fountain was out of order, when I asked about the drink that comes with the combo all they offered was bottled pepsi, which was flat. The pizza was pretty average. The employees were standing around drinking from open cups and using their phones and seemed bothered when I needed some help. The bathroom was really messy. Overall wish I had chosen something else for lunch I feel like I wasted my money here.

The delivery experience was awful—I had to send my son downstairs to grab the pizza because the driver drove around in circles, then calls me and say he could not find parking🙄. As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The cheese tasted generic, the pineapples were clearly low quality, and the sauce was bland, like it came straight out of a can with no seasoning. This isn’t the quality I expect from a brand that’s been around for decades. Definitely a letdown.

Check your order for accuracy! I just wasted $8 for some dry cinnamon twist that were missing the caramel sauce. Despite numerous employees working someone slipped up. At least the pizza was decent but will go to a different location next time.

What a horrible location to order a pizza from!! Or at least attempt to ! I live in Richmond and placed a order here on doordash . This store calls me demanding that i cancel my order on DoorDash because my home is to far to deliver too . How ? when you guys are an available store on DoorDash ! I do understand there may have been a closer store but this is the location my order went too . Anyone who uses DoorDash knows that once the store has confirmed your order you cannot cancel the order or else you wont get your refund ! Geez update your locations and fares !! Also whoever was the man on the phone today during the morning shift , you need to be retrained on how to be more respectful and professional when speaking to customers!! Very rude !

In the middle of the order the server continued chatting with his friends (who were in the restaurant). I’ve to wait beyond long for my beverage. I’ve to ask few times for my beverage. Not only that when my kids asked for toys the server smirked and said it is 5 dollars. All in all todays experience is leaving me in jeopardy whether to continue to come to this restaurant or not.

The driver checked the receipt and saw that I should have received two. He said he would come back with them. I waited and now they are cold and soggy. It’s been over an hour now and nothing. I called and got no answer!

This store calls me demanding that i cancel my order on DoorDash because my home is to far to deliver too . How ? when you guys are an available store on DoorDash ! I do understand there may have been a closer store but this is the location my order went too .
