Perguntas frequentes sobre Guac Time
Avaliações de Guac Time Albee Square
Guac Time is a fast-casual Mexican eatery offering fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse menu. It’s definitely a flavorful alternative to mainstream chains. Customizable menu featuring burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas. I suggest you try the steak and the honey chipotle chicken in a hard shell taco. Large portion sizes, offering good value for the price. Staff are friendly and efficient. Seating can be limited, making it more suitable for takeout or quick meals. Open daily from 10:30 AM to 3:00 AM, accommodating both lunch and late-night cravings. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, it’s a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal.
Thank you so much for your advise, se really enjoy the food, was our first Time. Wish you all the best
Very yummy and delicious and MUCH more superior to the big chain competitor. The jerk chicken is a must try, and the habanero sauce is actually spicy! A bit pricey though.
Jerk chicken bowl was very tasty! Chicken was tender and nicely spiced and the ingredients were fresh!
Been here twice so far. Everything is fresh and tastes good. First time I dropped in I got a honey chipotle chicken burrito. Second time I got a bowl.

I had the steak tacos and they were delicious. Customer service was good. They are open late I was there a 1:00am.
Ate from here 2 times in this same exact place. Food is so good because it’s similar to “Chipotle” but a much healthier and halal version of “Chipotle”. Food is really tasty and recommend the spot easily fair and square.

Sono (Robin) made sure I had a fantastic experience at Guac Time! The customer service was top-tier—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Guac Time to anyone looking for fresh food and great vibes!
Had 2 birria tacos. They're fine. Had a steak taco. Some of the meat is too chewy and tough, but its kinda expected. The chicken tacos were good. The steak and chicken tacos were stuff full meat. You'll be full at a minimum. The guy serving me was nice.
Good for fast food Mexican. The chicken burrito was good, and the guacamole was fantastic. I appreciate that. It wasn’t filled with onions. The guacsalsa is tasty. Great customer service!
We got the birria tacos and they were so delicious! Very generous portions. We decided to dine in and it's nice that they have a decent amount of seating area to eat. For two people depending what you get it could be between $30-40 which isn't bad considering how good the food is.

The food was okay the service was also pretty good I wouldn't say it's anything special but it's definitely not anything horrible.
I’ve been coming here for at least a year and a half, and it is one of my favorite casual Chipotle alternatives in the city. So during my most recent visit I noticed some big differences in the food and my friend and I were disappointed. I usually get the three birria tacos which now the spiciness level isn’t what it used to be, and the birria consommé isn’t as deeply colored red or flavorful anymore and the container got smaller too. They were still good but a considerable amount more bland. My friend got a quesadilla and usually comes out pretty good but on this occasion it was really soggy and falling apart and he couldn’t eat it with his hands like he normally does and he had to use a fork and a knife to eat it but they didn’t have any knives. Despite all that, he said it was good but he was struggling to eat it. I think the sogginess has something to do with them putting it in a pizza box with parchment paper. The tortilla was sticking to the parchment paper almost like glue. Hopefully these issues are fixed before my next visit because it would be a shame if this is the new normal.

The food is good but as of 3/30/25, the sanitary grade is a C. C!!!! I’ve been here several times but that was the first time I saw the grade. It’s on the side window, as soon as you step on the ramp. After having Guac time, I never went back to Chipotle, and DEF recommend it as a franchise. I’ve had the birria tacos, which are fire, along with the burrito with honey chipotle chicken, which have been great - flavor wise and at a good price point. Uber eats has 2 for 1 deals. I just don’t know if I can continue to eat at a food spot with C grade. Look what that means up. I told myself I had to have one more burrito. I had two bites and couldn’t finish it.
Portions are way smaller compared to other locations I’ve visited. Service was slow and inattentive. Flavor is average.
A very overpriced, mid burrito. The Jerk Chicken burrito with no chips was over $18.... not worth it whatsoever
The food here is excellent—great taste at a reasonable price. However, the service could use improvement. Despite having plenty of staff, the restaurant wasn't very busy, yet the eating area was messy. When I asked questions about the dishes, one of the staff members seemed irritated, rolling her eyes and responding with, "Well, do you want it or not?"

The guy making the food wiped down the counter with gloves then rinsed his hands with the gloves a lil bit the proceeded to make the food with the same gloves on. Why have on gloves at that point. Isn’t it regulation to change gloves after touching different things?
I'm not sure how the food is during the day ,but this location closes at 3:00 a.m. The food late at night is not good quality .There must be a time limit of how long the food sits behind the counter. Some of it looks as if it's been there since morning. It doesn't look fresh nor appetizing . It's not even kept warm... If that's the quality of food being served late at night , they such close much earlier.

They disrespect online orders and they always forget something. They forgot my chips and they masked the lack of guacamole with a ton of sauce. Mind you they dont always replace their sauces. Sometimes they sit and smell bad which is why i get it on the side. The whole meal smells like faucet water boy.
Ordered birria pie and guac and chips. Birria pie was just birria beef and cheese. None of the other ingredients of a birria taco. No pickled onions. No birria broth. Not even a single lime wedge. On top of all this, we also orders two jarritos, guava and Pina and we got two mandrin flavored instead. P.S. that guac was definitely made WAY earlier today. I wouldn't mind if it was just some takeout from a hole in the wall, but for 60 dollar order total, I don't expect them to skimp on the ingredients.

Absolutely disgusting birria tacos and chips and queso. The food looks nothing like the pictures and there is ZERO flavor. Not even salt. The consome tastes like water. This is insane do not order from this place.

I’m putting one star bc i ordered from this location with uber eats but my pick up time was for 1:30 but i came early bc bus driver was driving fast so i got there 1:23 so i told the girl that im waiting for a order , i show her the order she was acting like she doesn’t know what im talking about and she told her boss if a order came from online ( i think he told her no ) idk what they said bc they are Indian’s they are talking in their language so she came telling me cancel my order but not telling me she would do it but just pay there , few people came after me and i heard her saying to them she would do they ordered ( white girls plus black women) i think she wouldn’t do me bc she see how i look like or the way i sound ( for info i have speech delay
