There was a little mishappen with the billing that they overcharged me twice. I came back and they resolved it with no problem and even gave a free round. W manager!
Went there for their bottomless brunch and it was amazing. The mimosas were on point and the food was delicious. You get what you pay for! The staff is also very friendly.
Listen everybody is dissing this place based off food. This is a dive bar the most amazing thing is the DJ and music. It’s the best thing I am 30 years old I have been coming here since I was 22 and it’s such a great time. If you’re looking to dance and have a great time where you don’t care whose watching this is the place. Never fails. And security definitely watches out for the women at this place
We did a bottomless brunch here whilst doing a bar crawl, drinks could have been better but it was a great place. Staff were really nice. Can imagine it's even better during the evenings! Food was okay, nothing special but not bad.
There is nothing negative to say about this place. Wicked Willie's never disappoints. Luis, you were an awesome server, super attentive, and you made our night end on a beautiful note. The food was delicious and filling. Drinks were top-notch!! (I'm pretty sure I'll regret it tomorrow.) See u next month! There were no pictures to show as we devoured everything as soon as it was placed down on the table. But we had chicken nachos, rice & beans, mixed veggies, and the infamous Shark Tank.
Fun entertainment with the live band! Loved the appetizer options from fries to the nachos! Yummy themed drinks for the season— coming back for some Friday night fun. Conveniently around West 4th, so you’re able to bar hop and finish off with some delicious pizza at Ben’s!
We saw a sign for their alcoholic desserts and went in. They looked so good. We ordered the sundae's sans the rum. They were delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They did change our seating; we sat ourselves in the wrong area. I apologized and mentioned that I only chose this seat because it had my favorite number on it. Without me asking, they moved the number with us. It was such a simple and kind gesture, yet it really did make my day. Our server was very nice and really insightful when helping us choose our orders. We found out that they are open for breakfast. We'll be back for their waffles :D
I love this bar. No other bar says “Welcome to New York” like this one. Has the perfect selection of cocktails and a nice cosy but upbeat vibe to it.
Lovely bar. Drove my girlfriend and her two amazing friends here. Found great parking (not even a metered spot which is heaven). Great happy hour. Amazing atmosphere, attentive staff. Highly recommend.
HADDA GREAT TIME LAST NIGHT WITH MY SON AND HIS FRIENDS. WE WERE CELEBRATING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY 🎂 🥳 THE FISHBOWL DRINK 🍸 😋 WAS GOOD FUN WITH THE FLASHING ICE CUBES AND ENOUGH BOOZE TO MAKE 4 OF US TIPSY. IT WAS ALSO MORE REASONABLY PRICED THAN LAST TIME WE GOT IT. THE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND GIVE GOOD VIBES TO THE CUSTOMERS. RESTROOMS 🚻 ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED AKA NEVER RUN OUT OF TP. 😆 🤣 MY SON'S BIRTHDAY GUESTS LOVED THE STAGE WITH THE 2 STRIPPER POLES AND ARE THINKING 🤔 OF GOING BACK AGAIN ON KARAOKE NIGHT. 🌙
The man at the front inviting people tk come to this place is one fine guy. He was good and very accomadating he is from Guyana and great at hus job. Highlh recommend this palce for srinks and hangout
Amazing place.. Great atmosphere, lovely staff.. I had trouble with a guy there whom I agreed to meet there and the staff were amazing..didn't take their eyes off him and kept the situation under control with subtlety. Totally recommend the place!
The food was amazing! My girl and I came on my birthday as our original plans got pushed back, glad we did. The nachos alone are worth coming back for. We got Mango Pico and Guacamole and wow. The Mango Pico was 1 of 1. The flavor was very unique and reminiscent of a similar flavor profile as Chevy’s salsa. The guacamole was good too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌 My girl and I ordered the chipotle chicken pasta and wow, what a knockout. Value and flavor was great, kind of smoky chipotle mixed with this ‘southern’ flavor palette. We couldn’t stop taking bites even after claiming we were done. Temperature was perfect and portion as well. Our server, Sara, was so accommodating and was very down to earth! She was very helpful and making any requests for sauces, dietary restrictions, seating etc. very easy to work with , and was very radiant the entire time. She was attentive and friendly! Definitely would come back 😄
We had a group of 10 and it was fantastic. The staff got every drink and food order correct. They even went above and beyond for some of our pickier friends. Food was amazing and definite visit back here.
Lovely, incredible service here. This is truly a hidden gem in NYC. Food and drinks were yummy. We came for bottomless brunch and the nfl sunday games. We will be back!
Best bar hands down. All the staff are extremely kind, food and drinks are amazing!! Security Kevin & Mohammad are very observant and they really do make sure the ladies are safe here! A very drunk man kept touching us and they stepped in and escorted him out. Awesome place with awesome vibes.
The food was alright, but the place itself rocks in a way that is difficult to articulate. You'll either like the vibe or you won't!
my favorite FSU/Bucs bar — the best for game days! feels like I’m back at a college bar in Tally. no reservations allowed on game days, so get there early.
Such a chill spot. Fun and cozy. The food was top tier. Would go again. Can’t wait to taste the drinks after birth.
Nice spot to hang out at with friends or your lady. The food is fresh and tasty and the drink was amazing. 🍹😆
I’ve came twice, both times for the love island watch party. It is an amazing, clean and fun dive bar. Muna, Luis and Susan always make the place memorable with being so attentive, respectful and joyful. The food is great, i always get the wings, but i recently tried the calamari’s and i can honestly say it has been one of the best I’ve ever tried! The drinks are strong but flavorful! Thank you wicked Willy’s for the amazing service, especially those three staff members (Muna, Susan and Luis) I will definitely be back ! 💗
Went there on Thursday night. The crowd was crowded but we manage to get a table. They played music from speaker, ambience is good. Food was okay, I tried lime pie a bit on the sweet side rather than sour, and Iced boozy coffe I hardly can taste the Bailey's but it was enjoyable. Overall, I had a nice experince. Definitely will be back again.
Had such an amazing time at Wicked Willy’s! I went twice for the Love Island Watch Party and the vibes were unmatched. Huge shoutout to the staff—Luis, Muna, and Susie—who were all absolutely awesome. Super friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time. We even got free shots on the house! 🍹 The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and the place is super clean. Drinks were strong (in the best way) and the food was delicious. Definitely one of my new favorite spots—can’t wait to come back!
Food is delicious...the Salmon Bowl and the Truffle Fries, we were so shocked. The food here is incredible. Highly recommend! I had a Watermelon Pink spritz and it was adorable. more people need to know about this place xx
1st time here and I thought the place was amazing they had a live band which was really really good…the ambiance, decor and staff was great! The drinks were good and strong I had the fish bowl and my gf had a martini which I thought was stronger than my fish bowl but overall it was good. We didn’t try the food so can’t say anything about it but we’ll definitely be back for it. If you’re ever in the city this place is a must try!
This place is a fantastic sports bar! 🍻 Wicked Willy's serves a wonderful selection of delicious 🤤 American 🇺🇲 dishes 🍽️- definitely get the Loaded Nachos! Their Happy Hour ⏳ special on food 🍴 and drinks 🍺 are also great and affordable! 🏷️ Service is quick ⏲️, staff 👨🍳 is friendly and professional, ambience 🎶 is great, place is nicely decorated 🛋️, and the music 🎵 is awesome! I wish I came here earlier!
First time and definitely not the last. Went their with my best friend and daughter for birthday lunch. The hostess/waiters were so friendly. Good selection of music playing. The ambiance was great. Absolutely loved the fairy lights. The food was delicious. My best friend and I had the Rancho Salad mine with chicken and hers with shrimp and my daughter grilled cheese with bacon and sweet potato fries.
I actually enjoy going there now more than I initialy expected. Surprisingly, food is pretty decent, I liked the wings, mozerella sticks and fries also. Better than many of sports bar I have been…
Great customer service. Food is awesome. It's like a hidden gem, cozy and great music. Love this place !

Friends wanted to try a new place for our HH outtings and found Wicked Willys. Sat outdoors. Nice ambiance with outdoors ceiling fans, mounted TV and enough space between tables. Food was delicious, drinks were good but some weren't cold enough. Wait staff friendly but weren't very attentive. Would definitely go again for the chill vibe.
Love this place. It has such an amazing vibe.. live music till late night and after that it’s more like a dance floor on one side and tables too.. More than everything, they’ve beer towers...!!! That’s just so amazing. I hope they work on more options for the towers - currently they just serve Bud light and Coors light in the tower...
$10 entry. $20 for Halloweekend. ID check. Music is 2010s and current. Mix of rap and pop. Small stage where you can go up to with two dance poles. Space to dance. Always crowded and poppin. Further back is another dance floor closer to the DJ and beer pong (pay to play). Price of drinks are fair and cocktails are tasty. There’s a place to eat if you don’t want to dance.
We were a group of 6 and tried their shareable drinks, love potion and their fishbowls. The shared drinks tasted good but they didn't seem strong. I recommend the boozy iced coffee cocktail instead. The table was quite small which made it difficult to have food and drinks at the same time. I ordered fajitas and it was served in two separate plates which made it even harder. The food tasted good but it was quite expensive.
Overall, this place is so fun. If you're a Jimmy Buffett fan, you'll love it here- basically a Tiki bar. The drinks are fun and zany, and the brunch pitcher deal is also a steal. The food is pretty yummy, not too fancy, but if you're going for a brunch, I would recommend getting multiple plates as the portions are on the smaller side. The first time I went, service wasn't great. The wrong dishes were sent out, and it felt like our server forgot us several times. However, the second time Pan was wonderful and we really appreciated how kind she was! And on a side note, this place is really great for sports (obviously... It's a Tampa Bay and F1 bar).
We had a lot of fun at Wicked Willy’s. We came here on a Wednesday night after being recommended it from over a year and a half ago. The security harassed a woman waiting for her friend outside alone as he was checking out ID’s which delayed our entry. It was wine Wednesday so only $6 for a glass which was great! We watched the security guard harass another woman who was waiting for her boyfriend sitting alone. This was icky. Our waitress greeted us with a smile but not much more- still friendly throughout! We ordered the loaded nachos with chicken, steak quesadillas, and spicy chicken wrap. The food was delicious! We happened to go on karaoke night which was a shock to us but we rolled with it. The host hyped everyone up and made people feel comfortable to sing by starting us off. She gave every singer candy at the end and it seemed like everyone had such a great time. We even went up to sing and when no one clapped she made us feel seen despite that! The atmosphere is so cool- sea / mermaid / captain theme. They also had an outdoor area in the back and seemed to have games but we didn’t go back there since it’s the middle of February. I’d love to come here again!
Very relaxed atmosphere, band(s) consisted of seasoned musicians who seemed to play more for themselves than the audience - like a jam session. Suggest you order at the bar, rather than wait for ta…

This is a nice village pub, right on Bleeker St. Friendly staff and marketing-restaurant manager. We went for a late "boozy brunch" and both enjoyed the experience. We both had bottomless mimosas …
Great ambiance & vibes. Pretty good food - I got the chicken & waffles & they put their own spin on it. It was yummy. However - service was SERIOUSLY lacking. I went for brunch. The $22 bottomless mimosas was a great price, but I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in them. I drank almost 2 full pitchers alone & did not even have a buzz. Between that and the service I was incredibly disappointed & can't say that I would return.
Food was okay. Had a frozen margarita that was wayyy too sweet for me and honestly made my stomach hurt. It's also quite warm in there during the summer, although they do have fans. The staff was very friendly though! Would only go back for happy hour and probably just stick to tequila sodas

Come here only if you can’t find reservations for bottomless brunch elsewhere. I remember coming by here a few years ago and it was a wait and standing room only. I’m here now 1pm on a Sunday and granted it’s Mother’s Day but it’s empty. They have a Mothers Day brunch option that says reservations only but it’s not advertised on site as a separate reservation and though we had a regular reservation (that we didn’t need as it turns out) they would t honor it. The waitress said “oh I’m sorry it was a last minute decision by the owner to put together a Mother’s Day package”. If it’s not available on your site how the heck are you supposed to get it? The waitresses spent entire time chatting at the bar and not be observant of diners needs. My bf wanted just simple bacon and eggs—not on menu as an entree (weird) but individually sold as sides. No prob, will order as sides. The waitress really struggled understanding that’s what we wanted to do and even though we said np , understood that you have to charge as the separate sides—please put on one plate… and it still came out 3 separate plates that wouldn’t fit on tiny table. The food tasted good as did the Mimosas. And I’m not mad at the lack of patrons as that’s better for me (clearly not the business). But the service killed it.
Initially, I visited for brunch between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., as the website did not specify that brunch service is exclusively available from Friday to Sunday. This was quite disappointing after a considerable journey. Additionally, we ordered a mega watermelon punch, but the alcoholic content seemed negligible. Furthermore, for a watermelon-based drink, its color was not as vibrant pink as anticipated. On a positive note, the overall ambiance was very serene. My friend and I attempted to use the pole, but its surface was excessively dry, almost causing friction burns when attempting to slide down. Finally, encountering a bartender who admits to not knowing how to prepare drinks is a significant concern for an establishment of this nature.

food bad. Staff bad. Bouncer sucked. Rude. Mid in every way. food was bad in every way and they made us pay extra for cheese in a quesadilla?!?!
We had a good time other than it being really hot inside. I would’ve given a great review but I found out later that the server automatically gave himself a 22% tip. What happened to 18% or even 20%? It was only 4 of us at the table and he didn’t check on us the whole time we were eating. Adding a 22% gratuity at this type of establishment is crazy. It’s not exactly fine dining. I won’t be back.
Ordered a drink for the one ingredient. That ingredient wasn't available, so the server gave us a different drink and didn't let us revoke the purchase. When I tried to pay repeatedly, there was no way to check out. I really hated this experience.
I went there with two friends this past weekend. When I called to make the reservation I informed the hostess that I had a pusld voucher and if she needed the number then she told me no and she'll see us on Saturday. We went in and were seated in a section alone, when I told the waitress about the voucher again, she rudely cut me off and said we don't take it on Saturdays. Then asked me did I get the name of the person I made the reservation with. Why would I get their name? Lied to us about the brunch special that we paid for out of pocket, charging us separately for drinks and food, when normally it's included. Three other parties were seated in our section and all three tables including a party of 10 people were given their food before us. We literally had to yell out that was our food! Then when I paid the bill because I was honestly over it and wanted to leave the same waitress had the audacity to get mad I didn't tip. I had been here before and gave this place such a great review I was able to convince my friends to come again. I had to constantly apologize for the horrible service we got. They're lucky I can only give one star.
I don’t normally write reviews, but after our recent visit to Wicked Willy’s NYC, I feel compelled to share what happened so that others are aware of what they may be walking into. My partner and I came in for what we hoped would be a fun, casual date night—grab a drink, enjoy some food, and relax during their Love Island watch party. From the beginning, things were off. We were told we had to order food if we were going to sit, which was fine—we were hungry anyway. But when we were seated, our table was dirty. We asked someone to clean it, we were told to wait as they did a head count, after patiently waiting we then we had to remind the same crew member that we needed assistance, and thankfully got the table wiped down soon after. We ordered a margarita pitcher first and placed our food order shortly after. Then, about 25–30 minutes in, we noticed roaches crawling on the ceiling. Naturally, we were disturbed and politely asked our server to cancel the food order—we no longer felt comfortable eating in those conditions. Roughly 10 minutes later, the food was brought out anyway. We explained again that we had cancelled the order due to the roach issue. A woman (who claimed to be management) came over, and when I reiterated our concerns, she told us we’d still have to pay half price for the food because “it was unfair because it was already made.” We explained we had spoken with our server well before the food came out and would not be paying for food we did not eat—especially not in a place where roaches were visibly crawling around. At that point, things escalated quickly and unnecessarily. She responded with a hostile and combative attitude, accusing us of “taking advantage” because we were still using their glassware, and said we either had to pay for everything or leave. I asked for a moment to talk things over with my partner, but when she returned, she told us flatly, “If you feel uncomfortable, leave.” She then added, “People are here to sit, watch, and eat. If you aren’t going to eat, you need to get up or go.” Despite all of this, we calmly said we were willing to pay for the pitcher, even stand so others could sit, or leave altogether. But we were not going to pay for food we never touched. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she told us she was calling security. We agreed, thinking we could explain ourselves and move on. What happened next was shocking: four police officers were called and came into the restaurant to speak to us. Over food. That we cancelled. After seeing roaches. We explained everything to the officers, who were professional, but we were absolutely stunned that what should have been a peaceful evening turned into this. It was humiliating, upsetting, and completely disproportionate to the situation. After the incident, I looked into reviews and found multiple past complaints about poor treatment— I can’t help but feel this was not just poor customer service, but a complete disregard for respect, empathy, or basic decency. To make matters worse, the woman who claimed to be management lied about both her name and her position. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, I understand how chaotic service can be. But there is no excuse for the rudeness, dishonesty, and aggressive response we encountered. If this business cared at all about customer experience or public safety, they would take incidents like this seriously and handle them with professionalism—not call the police on people who did nothing more than express discomfort and try to leave peacefully. We will be filing a formal complaint with the health department because if roaches are crawling around in public view, I would hate to see what is hidden behind closed doors. This was one of the most upsetting and disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I hope sharing this helps others avoid going through the same.
I don’t typically write reviews, but after our recent visit to Wicked Willy’s NYC, I feel compelled to share our experience so that others can make informed decisions about visiting this establishment. Upon arrival, we were informed that food was required in order to be seated, which was perfectly reasonable. However, when we were shown to our table, it had not been cleaned. We politely requested it be wiped down, but were first told to wait while a head count was conducted. After a second reminder, a staff member eventually cleaned the table. We began by ordering a margarita pitcher and placed a food order shortly thereafter. Roughly 25–30 minutes later, we noticed multiple cockroaches crawling on the ceiling above us. Alarmed and uncomfortable, we politely requested to cancel our food order, explaining the reason to our server. Despite this, the food was brought to our table about 10 minutes later. We reiterated that we had already cancelled due to the pest issue and expressed that we were no longer comfortable eating under those conditions. At this point, a woman—who identified herself as management—approached us. When I calmly repeated our concerns, she stated that we would still be required to pay for half the food because “it was already made,” adding that it was “unfair” to the kitchen. We explained that we had communicated with our server well in advance of the food’s arrival and that, under the circumstances, we did not believe it was reasonable to be charged. Rather than de-escalate the situation or show any understanding, the woman became confrontational, accused us of “taking advantage” of the venue because we were still using the glassware, and insisted we either pay for everything or leave. When I asked for a moment to discuss our options with my partner, she returned shortly after and curtly stated, “If you feel uncomfortable, leave.” She followed up with, “People are here to sit, watch, and eat. If you aren’t going to eat, you need to get up or go.” Despite her hostility, we remained calm and offered several reasonable solutions: pay for the drinks, relinquish our table, or leave entirely. But instead of resolving things amicably, she escalated the matter by calling security. We were told that the police were being contacted, which we welcomed at that point, believing that an objective third party might help diffuse the situation. What followed was completely disproportionate: four NYPD officers entered the restaurant to address a dispute over food we had not eaten—after expressing concern about visible pests in the dining area. The officers, to their credit, were professional and respectful. However, the fact that our evening deteriorated to the point of a police presence was nothing short of surreal and deeply humiliating. Following the incident, I researched other reviews and found that ours was not an isolated experience. Multiple patrons have described similar issues with poor treatment and questionable hygiene. I also learned that the woman who claimed to be management had allegedly given false information about her identity and role. As someone with experience in the hospitality industry, I fully understand how challenging service environments can be. But nothing excuses the rudeness, dishonesty, and aggressive behavior we encountered. Rather than address a health and safety concern with care and professionalism, the staff responded with hostility and intimidation. If cockroaches are openly visible in the dining area, one can only imagine what conditions exist in the kitchen. This was not simply a case of poor service—it was a fundamental failure of accountability, cleanliness, and basic respect for guests. I hope this review serves as a cautionary account for others considering a visit to Wicked Willy’s. What should have been a lighthearted night out became one of the most disturbing experiences we've ever had in a public space.
Wasn’t a fan of my drink, they tried to remake it but still wasn’t good and they wouldn’t refund me. Mind you they had me pay before I could even try it… I would not recommend.
Just fyi, if you order a redbull vodka, you get charged 5 dollars for a few ounces of red-bull (on top of your choice of vodka) You don’t get the whole can even though you’re getting charged for the 12on can as indicated on the receipt. A rip off. Be careful with the shady practices of this owner.
The only thing we'll done with this place was the live band. Reservation was made over a month in advance for 12. They made a makeshift setup right in front of the band so you couldn't hear anything. Security was incredibley rude. They were yelling at my one friend to take her jacket off her head after she had just gotten out of the rain. Barley every saw the server cause you couldn't hear them. Were attempting to pay our bill and security is shoving us to the side and removing our tables. Would never book here again for dinner.
The food was delicious and the drinks were great. However, I had the worst experience ever in this place. When we received the bill we noticed that we were overcharged. The server Diana admitted to there being a mistake on the bill but refused to fix it and asked us to pay it anyway. She aggressively continued to insist for us to pay the bill and told us she could not adjust the bill and to just pay it. She was very hostile raising her voice at us. She called security over to the table who lied about being the manager. When we asked her again to fix the bill she said no just pay the bill or she’s going to call the cops. She was very aggressive and unprofessional, she threatened to call the cops as if we were refusing the pay. Another server came over to the table her name is Muna. She was very nice and sweet. She informed us that she was there to help us and she kindly adjusted the bill. As we were walking out of the restaurant the server Diana stood there staring at us and laughing as if she was attempting to intimidate us and make us uncomfortable which was just weird and extremely unprofessional. This was the first and last time I go to this place.
One of the beers ordered was stale and skunky when asked they refused to take it off the bill. Look for additional fees on your check before you leave. Place is almost never clean. Atmosphere can be fun, but better places in the area.
I really hope that tips are shared here because the guy that was supposed to be my “server” came to me one time the whole night and never followed up. The girl that was serving the table next to me was the only one following up with me and event took my payment. The guy that was supposed to be my server walked up at the end of the show to see had had paid and never asked anything else didn’t even say anything just threw the pos in my face. I am a server as well and genuinely don’t think he deserved a tip the only reason i tipped was on the principal that they may have been shared. when he noticed i had already paid he gave a thumbs up and walked away… strange. I go to a lot of watch parties and the vibe of this was one was off .
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wicked Willy’s. From the moment we sat down, the service was rude, hostile, and unwelcoming. The bar staff was abrasive and dismissive, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The alcoholic beverages were unacceptable they had absolutely no alcohol in them. On top of that, the glasses were fogged and visibly dirty, which was honestly concerning and made us question basic cleanliness standards. To make matters worse, there was no management on site to address any of these issues. When we attempted to raise concerns, the staff’s attitude only worsened and became outright nasty. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Poor service, questionable drinks, lack of cleanliness, and zero accountability from management ensure I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this establishment to oth
I went here for the first time and we were very hungry so came here as one of my friend has been here, so was super excited to be here. Came here and the server who was serving us his shift ended and we closed the check, no one did last call on our table neither there was anyone serving us. Turns out i forgot to order lava cake so i asked Other server who was serving right next table, i asked him if i can order lava cake, he replied rudely, that the last call is written on the menu that it is 11:45. Sorry I didn’t see the last call for kitchen. I didn’t come to this place to read books, if they closed the kitchen SERVER LUIS could have simply said sorry the kitchen is closed instead he choose to say that “i know you are a little drunk but you should have read the menu and i am not your server still i am serving you”, for me it takes a threshold to put a bad review. But he really needs to learn how to serve or at least be polite, he is in no position to judge me, where i only had one glass of wine and wasn’t even drunk. Like this is very disappointing. Plus i am person who give 20% tip every where i go. Even here i gave 20% tip, but this was not acceptable.
Food was okay. I ordered the wings. I visited here twice. The last time they applied a tip to my final bill without my consent and at a ridiculously high percentage. I went ahead and tipped not knowing this until I checked my cards account. This practice is a non-starter for me so I will not be visiting this establishment again. There are plenty of other choices in the area so do yourself a favor and walk on by Wicked Willy's if you're ever in the neighborhood.
Few things wrong with the place 1. They have $5 drinks if you post a BeReal for them. I was asking our server Diana the options for $5 drinks and as she was listing them I picked the mango marg. She brings us our drinks and I show her my post and tells me I was supposed to tell her earlier. I replied back with “we were literally discussing the BeReal drink options” when I told her I’d want that one. She says no worries I’ll get the overcharge canceled. At the end of the hangout when we ask for the check is when she says her manager said they couldn’t void the charge(it’s not like it’s difficult to void a charge). And then for whatever reason she’s like I’m so sorry ☹️ would you like another drink 😃. Like no first you overcharge me, waited too long to tell me, and we’re checking out asking for the bill why would I get another drink. 2. They handed out these seasonal menus and everything we tried ordering was apparently sold out for the season. Not sure why they would hand them out then to begin with 3. We wanted to keep a menu for the table and apparently this place is so stingy they don’t have enough menus to go around. Overall bad service and high prices not worth checking out or going too. Nothing stood out about this place. Nice response. Love that person who responded was not our server and is speaking on events that they were not there for. Super helpful gaslighting! Our whole group had issues with the service and your staff was fully in the wrong for my valid complaints. Good to know the management sucks too.
I would love to give this restaurant a higher review, but I cannot as they canceled my reservation with NO call, 1.5 hrs prior. This reservation was for a party of eight, all related, and some have not seen each other for a decade. If I would not have checked my email prior to arrival, the night would’ve been ruined. Luckily I was able to find another location and we had a great time. I would highly recommend a phone call if your restaurant reservation is canceled, it’s just good customer service and a professional thing to do. I will definitely never be a customer of this restaurant.
I visited for brunch with a party of 10 and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. The bottomless drinks were extremely watered down they tasted more like flavored seltzer or spritzers than actual cocktails. We politely asked to speak to the manager to see if our drinks could be made stronger. Instead of acknowledging our concerns or offering a solution, the response came across as dismissive and lacking accountability. We were told the drinks could not be adjusted, with no effort made to meet us halfway or improve the customer experience. At that point, we paid our bill of$160 for bottomless drinks that were essentially spritzers that we didn't drink and decided to leave in fear of retaliation towards our food. The overall interaction left our group of 10 feeling uncomfortable, especially due to the poor approach in customer communication and service recovery. Brunch should feel welcoming and enjoyable, and sadly this did not. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve how customer feedback is handled in the future.
We visited this bar on our last trip to NYC and had a good, memorable experience. Our hostess, Luna, was attentive and had great recommendations for us, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We were excited to return, but unfortunately this recent experience fell short of our expectations and left us disappointed…beyond disappointing. As a result, we won’t be coming back and would not recommend it. We ended up at The Red Lion next door instead, and it was well worth it. The service there is fantastic and, most importantly, consistent.
