On January 6, 2026, I went to Burger King to buy some burgers to go because we were craving them that day. I went to the kiosk, as I always do, and asked for a special offer, but it came up incorrectly. I asked for help, but to my surprise, nobody did anything to help me. On top of that, the manager who was there that day answered me rudely and told me to go to the kiosk because they were short-staffed. In the end, I had to take other burgers that I had planned to get, and on top of that, they are very slow because there are always few staff when there are a lot of people.
It has more modern look and looks more clean than before
This is becoming the norm for this chain: understaffed, and even now that customers place their own orders on touchscreens, the service is slow. The children's area isn't bad, but it should be connected to the rest of the store by a door. It's a nuisance having to go outside in bad weather to use the restroom, order something, or complain. Plus, the air conditioning feels like it's constantly running.
Lo primero 30 minutos pa traernos 3 cafés después nos lo traen SIN CUCHARA . Y encima estába la pantalla de los pedidos VACIA . Nose porque tardan tanto en atender . El suelo del parque de los niños EMPAPADO porque entra el agua de afuera ay la mesas de afuera unos charcos grandísimos no se para qué tienen el. Toldo. Atención PESIMA SECOS... SIN AMABILIDAD que parece que te están atendiendo por obligación y porque no les queda de otra.. mi.hermana vino para reservar un cumpleaños le dicen que no se reserva y cuando le.decimls que su compañera el día anterior nos dijo que si. Reftificq y saca el.papel para tomarnos nota( osea que lo que no querían era hoy limpiar! ? Pues tienen para rato... Los niños los pies empapados por el agua que entra
Llega 2 horas tarde tras varias reclamaciones al servicio de atención al cliente. La comida fría los helados desechos
La que creo que es la encargada, una chica de unos casi 30 años con gafas y uniforme color beige, le tiro mi orden a la chica que atiende el teléfono del auto King. Me pareció un gesto feo hacia su compañera y yo, como cliente, al verlo también me hizo sentir como que la comida no tenía valor alguno. Personas que atienden con esas maneras dejan una imagen bastante fea del local. Es algo por lo que Burger King como cadena está dejando mucho que desear últimamente.
No suelo escribir reseñas, pero en esta ocasión me sentí realmente denigrada, y no por el problema del pedido —porque errores técnicos pueden ocurrir—, sino por el trato recibido por parte de la trabajadora, que fue absolutamente inaceptable. Realizo un pedido a través de la aplicación de Burger King, utilizo mis coronas y finalizo el pago. La aplicación da error en el pedido, pero el importe queda retenido en mi banco y, además, las coronas desaparecen. Entro al local para pedir ayuda y, para empezar, no había prácticamente nadie (dos mesas ocupadas). Me coloco en el mostrador y tengo que llamar yo a la trabajadora, ya que me estaba viendo claramente y no se acercó en ningún momento. Le explico lo ocurrido y, antes siquiera de terminar de hablar, me corta diciendo: “No me aparece el pedido”. Le explico que el importe está cobrado y le enseño la aplicación del banco para que lo compruebe. Su respuesta vuelve a ser exactamente la misma: “No me ha entrado”, sin mirarme a la cara, dejándome con la palabra en la boca y alejándose de mí, como si el problema no fuera con ella ni con el establecimiento. Ante esta actitud, me fui del local evidentemente, con el pedido sin resolver, el dinero retenido y una sensación de desprecio absoluto hacia el cliente. El trato fue frío, maleducado y poco profesional. En ningún momento mostró intención de ayudar, comprobar nada ni ofrecer una mínima solución. La atención recibida por la trabajadora que estaba hoy en el turno (pelo negro largo, coleta y gafas negras) fue inadmisible y deja muy mala imagen de la marca.
Como en un Burger King no quedan hamburguesas ?????? Flipo . Segunda vez que me pasa en este Burger King . Apagan máquinas por qué no les quedan whopper, ni big king …. Increíble . Deberían mirar qué pasa en este restaurante , comida rápida que tarda la vida , falta de personal , falta de productos …… por que tengo que poner una estrella , si no ni eso . Menos mal que no todos son igual .
Pésimo te manda un pedido que no te pertenece se lo dices al repartido y su contestación es llama a Uber y se va pésimo a las 22:00 me visto y me acerco a devolver el pedido que no es mio y recibir el que me pertenece y con una disculpa se quedan tan panchos de e verdad no es la primera vez no volveré jamás y espero que ustedes que leen esto se lo piensen
Me dicen a las 23,50 que no me atienden en el pedido del coche y que entre a pedir dentro y cuando lo hago otro dependiente me dice que la cocina está cerrada y que se han equivocado al decirme que entrara. Todo muy coordinado para dar un buen servicio. Gracias. Me he ido al Mc donalds de la misma calle que sí me han atendido.
Lamenable atención al cliente en el autoking. Espere mas de 10 minutos, se formó una cola y cuando movi el coche para ver si me atendian la respuesta fue que no. Solo digo, teneis un MacDonalds a 2 minutos. Por lo menos alli tienen la decencia de decir q enseguida atenderan tu pedido.
Ya sé que no puedo esperar mucho de estos sitios de comida rápida, pero es que el local estaba sucio, no solo en la zona de la sala, también en la zona de preparación de comida. Cosas por el suelo y desorganizacion.Las hamburguesas eran más pequeñas de lo que recordábamos. No volveré.
Penoso el envio. Después de haber pagado para la entrega entre 15 y 30 minutos, apareció el reparto a la hora y diez minutos de haberlo pedido. Es la segunda vez y, por supuesto, no habrá una tercera.
Serious measures should be taken regarding the staff at this place. We all make mistakes, but this is negligence on the part of rude people who don't want to work. I'll mention a few incidents, as I can't list them all here without exaggerating. - Two months ago, I wasn't served because they didn't have bread, something I'll never understand, considering it's a burger place. - Another day, the drive-thru wasn't working and the place was empty. I went inside to order and only received dirty looks and rude responses. Basically, they didn't serve me outside to see if I'd leave. - Then, when I asked for my usual burger, the guy told me, "We don't have that one anymore" (even though they still do). He immediately hung up the drive-thru earpiece without waiting for my reply. - Three days ago, I went to tell them they hadn't given me the cheese sauces (as usual), which they charge for, and I received judgmental looks and rude responses as if I were lying to get a measly little extra container of cheese. It's simply ridiculous. And today with Uber Eats, three out of five things I ordered were wrong. And on top of that, they close earlier than the time listed online. I've always gone back because it's the only one in the area, but now I definitely won't be returning. I'm fed up with the poor service and they don't deserve another penny from me. Save your money if you don't want them to ruin your day.
I placed a pickup order through the app on December 19th and paid directly with my card. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the manager told me they hadn't received my order and wouldn't be giving me anything. He told me to park outside and speak to customer service. He was very rude and arrogant. I created a support ticket in the app that same day, and they NEVER responded. My order was charged, but it was never delivered. The worst service ever.
The manager is completely unacceptable, speaking rudely to people and kicking them out early. You may be a fast-food chain, but what you do there is absolutely shameful. The incompetent people wouldn't even give us a complaint form.
Seriously, this is a joke! Last week you didn't have the crispy bacon and onion fries, and today you don't have soft drinks?! Is this a joke?! What's next, hamburgers? Why do these things happen at this burger joint and not others? And on top of that, not even a can of Coke or a glass? Unbelievable
A pretty bad experience at this Burger King. We went because I was craving a Whopper with fries, and we left with a very bad taste in our mouths. When I had already placed my order and was waiting for it, the manager and another employee were very cruel to the guy who was clearly new. Honestly, I'd be ashamed if that was my team. The lack of camaraderie, empathy, and respect they showed the poor guy was shameful. Furthermore, the manager prepared our order with her bare hands, without gloves, after having been cleaning without gloves herself—in other words, incredibly unhygienic. Because of all this, I wouldn't go back. I hope the employees' attitude changes because otherwise, it's a disgrace.
The treatment and attention were lamentable. We placed our order and after half an hour they told us that we couldn't order those burgers again. We ordered again and after another wait they told us that they didn't have any of those other burgers either. Their explanation after waiting an hour and a half was that it wasn't their fault that they were showing up on the screen, that it wasn't their problem, it was someone's problem. Terrible service. The burgers we finally managed to get served were cold. Not at all recommended. What a rude attitude and what a rude explanation.
