What I liked most about this place was undoubtedly the staff's service. Upon arrival, they offered us a table for six even though there weren't any available because one person was already occupying a six-person table, but they very kindly asked them to move. Otherwise, we lacked nothing; the waiters were very attentive and the service very fast. The food was also very good. I was surprised by the chicken empanada. We'll be back! 👌🏾

If you're looking for a bakery with a variety like the ones in Argentina, this is the bakery. Thanks to a friend from Rosario, we found it in 2011, and since then, we haven't stopped going there for our birthday cakes 🎂 and to taste everything that makes us miss our roots. Many thanks to the owners for continuing this tradition and way of creating products as authentic as it is in Argentina 🇦🇷 They deserve one more star, but on Google I can only give them 5. You are so kind, that helps a lot, and your customer service is incredible. Thank you for so much respect and kindness in the hospitality industry, it's essential. Everything was delicious. The service was very good. The menu is missing cream desserts. Although the King's Cake is very good, and the cream is very good, they're getting worse. They're still among the best in Móstoles, though. The prices are average.

Excellent pastries, everything super fresh and delicious. I haven't had them in over five years. How nice to remember those delicious treats. The only thing is that the mini desserts aren't as delicious as before; they have too much jam, making them inedible, too cloyingly sweet. 🥴🥹😩🤮 Please make them like they used to. That jam filling tastes horrible.

Muy buenos desayunos, la pastelería es de lo mejor, pero últimamente el servicio deja mucho que desear, el tiempo de espera para que atiendan cada vez es mayor, muchas camareras pero muy desorganizadas, el encargado las regaña continuamente y se ve que no saben llevar un lugar con público. Encima para pagar ya tienes tú que ir a la barra, no te cobran en mesa. Para el precio de los desayunos me parece un detalle muy feo. Lo dicho, el sitio está muy bien, pero el servicio no. Al final, si no te atienden bien, dejas de ir.

The product they offer is incredible; everything is very good and of good quality. The only downside is that they changed the front-of-house staff (waiters), and it leaves much to be desired. The girls don't attend to you; they ignore you, and if they can, they pretend not to see you. On the other hand, the guy who works there—I think his name is Rober, who used to work outside serving customers—is very nice, attentive, and always looking out for all the customers. It's a shame they aren't like him.

I've read the reviews and people who've been here complain about the service, and I can confirm that in person. I asked for an allergen menu, and after waiting a while, they brought us a menu that was missing pages, so I couldn't see the allergens in all the products. I asked for a complete menu, and they finally told me that another woman, who was "more knowledgeable" about allergens, would help me. Okay, but I've been waiting for ages without being served. The woman who finally helped us didn't even know they sell tuna and egg empanadas. Seriously? Hahaha, the service was like something out of a hidden camera show... they're only redeemed by the pastries, but I'm going to find another bakery, and if I can, I'll avoid this one! Hire people who are interested in working and competent! There's a long line of unemployed people!!

Muy mal, no soy de poner reseñas pero llevo una semana intentando dar una oportunidad a este local, hoy ha sido la peor experiencia que he vivido en mucho tiempo, y he visto como el resto de los que allí estaban vivían lo mismo, el problema no ha sido la cantidad de personas que había (Eso puede dar una explicacion), lo reprochable realmente es la falta de interés de las dos chicas que en teoría servían las mesas, eran mal educadas, servían la comida y olvidaban las bebidas (Hasta en tres ocasiones he tenido que levantarme para pedirlo), pero lo,peor es ver cómo miraban y trataban tanto a los clientes como a los niños, falta de interés y falta de ganas, por decir un detalle, han colocado los panes y cuando los comíamos nos limpian la mesa con una bayeta (y nosotros con el pan en la boca). Un auténtico desastre, mala atención, han tardado con la comanda y encima limpian sobre la comida. Muy mal

Cafetería central mostoles, este lugar vive del prestigio que tuvo en sus inicios, el café que sirven es pésimo, la bollería de calidad industrial y sin sabor, los precios excesivos y el servicio deplorable (detalles de docenas de vasos, tazas, platos y cubiertos sucios, amontonados en la barra y las camareras siguen amontonando sin control). Resulta inexplicable que siga entrando tanta gente a desayunar, simplemente sorprendente.....

Getting worse and worse... a disappointment. The service from the person at the counter was terrible, they didn't know the product and had a bad attitude. The product leaves much to be desired: the pastries were just dry crumbs, the croissants were dry... as if they weren't freshly made that day... a shame.
