Good deals good value on family meals locations are always unsafe in this area lot of homeless people lot of drugs in the lots so you can never sit down inside with a family but churches have been around for years it was very disappointed when they closed our location on Irvington and calvacade really like the jalapeno cheese bombers

The place is terrible! Lack of management.. very dirty and don’t even talk about the restroom it’s the dirtiest! Coming to the food the quality is okay the coleslaw salad seems like old and very watery idk why not like other church’s chicken location. Ordered for spicy chicken tenders but not spicy at all. Fries were okay and the jalapeño bites were good.. wouldn’t go again to this location! Church’s chicken management or the owner should really check with this location and have it fixed

Well, this place was a disappointment 😞...order the wings & barely any meat...all breading...the mashed potatoes were drowning in gravy...asked them to fix & all the did was show me how they do...one Lil ice cream scoop & the rest gravy..wings they said we'll is breaded...🤨😠...place not worth going to...to me!

Went to get dinner for our family, service was horrible, unprofessional and they didn’t have anything needed to accompany our order. Ride management and employees! Got home chicken wasn’t spicy as we asked, old chicken and the macaroni and cheese was burnt. Called to report it saved the manager was rude and unapologetic! This restaurant used to be good at one time, now it needs new management, new staff or trained staff regarding customer service and cleanliness, along with fresh food!!!

This place always disappoints, this time around there was no cole slaw and the jalapeño poppers were over cooked and dried out. No cheese whatsoever. Just a shell of breading.

This was a horrible experience. The employees do not care to serve African Americans people. The employees are rude and have no customer service experience. The manager sent a person who don’t not speak English to the drive thru window to assist me while they stood there and watched. I’ve watched them dig for older chicken when fresh chicken was right there. They then will turn their back on you not making sure you have all the items you need, w/o making sure you order is correct. So many times they have handed me my food without my drink, walked away from the window and stood there and watched me through the glass as I waved for them to come back to Assit me. They then became angry and with very bad attitude. This is a horrible place to eat. There is another churches on Homestead Rd and Airline. Save your time and money and go eat where they respect the customers. No way to contact the manager or the owner so I’m sure the service will never change. I will never understand why the Spanish women there are so rude and disrespectful. Seem like they only hire Spanish women. Half of them seem illegal as they hide in the back of the store

Went for lunch made it back to work and found this.. Our best guess Double fried in old grease??? Called manager ...no big deal...you can bring them back... Big Deal...no trying to get sick....not leaving my job....how about you deliver them.. No delivery...No credit for another day ...No customer service...No concern for selling me this garbage Soooo it was fries for lunch.. 🤨

Was there tonight at 9:05 to be exact drive thru and order chicken strips family fries and Lg Mash with fried Okra also wanted biscuits and they did not have any but to my surprise the fries and tenders I got was clumpy fries and refried tenders then called talked to the so call Manager Karla and like I told her a little common sense goes a long way but obviously who ever packed the food has none and she then hung up on me!!! Mmmm!!! Well guess truth hurts!!!😡
