This restaurant serves traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a touch of Neapolitan cuisine. The appetizers from the trolley are excellent and plentiful, along with many homemade first courses (scialatielli, gnocchi, maltagliati, etc.), and even agnolotti! The meat and fish main courses are always plentiful! Not to mention the desserts, which are truly incredible! All accompanied by a varied wine selection.

Despite the late hour...they welcomed us after hours on the first Sunday of the "gialli" era. A quaint and welcoming place. The charcuterie trolley is sublime, as are the house appetizers. Piedmontese cuisine worthy of note. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Alessandria.

The appetizers are average, despite the beautiful presentation and wide selection. The first courses are exceptional (ravioli with stew sauce, gnocchi), and the stew is also good. The desserts are average, but the homemade liqueurs are excellent (the mirto—and I say this as a Sardinian).

Personale molto simpatico e accogliente, locale molto pulito e ben curato, ottima immagine quindi e ho passato una permanenza piacevole. Unico neo è che mi aspettavo di più, pensavo avessero pietanze migliori e più particolari, porzioni giuste e prezzo alto. Ho fatto il giro di antipasti (non ricordo le pietanze che c'erano, nessuna mi ha colpito particolarmente), poi un primo (ravioli, molto buoni), sorbetto e caffè (ero davvero pienissimo). Magari ci tornerò per vedere se sono stato sfortunato con le pietanze un po' anonime oppure no.

Let's move on to the food: the mixed appetizers were very good, delicate, and well-balanced; the first course (pasta with ricotta, bacon, and spring onion) and the second course (roast beef with potatoes) were too salty. The idea of ​​carving the meat at the table was a great one. The dessert was delicious: a mascarpone cream with dark chocolate on an amaretto base. Price: €40 per person, including unlimited house wine, water, coffee, and a small biscuit selection, including caramelized orange peels.

A classic restaurant that has maintained its classic atmosphere. If you're nostalgic for a late-'90s formal restaurant, you'll find the perfect atmosphere here. They serve Piedmontese dishes without too many extravagant touches. There wasn't a single dish that made me fall in love or particularly delight my taste buds, nothing that sparked any emotion. It was all rather bland. I found the agnolotti sauce extremely salty, making the dish unbearable for me. The mixed antipasti are plated on the spot, kept on a trolley that they bring into the dining room. I find it charming, but at the same time perhaps unhygienic. However, the staff is very attentive and attentive to the customer, which makes the experience pleasant. The prices, for the quality and ambience offered, are in my opinion a bit high.

Nice place, nice venue, good choice of hors-d'oeuvres. My guinea fowl was howevere a little nondescript. Not bed either in facts. Bill of fare within reasonable limits.

Siamo stati qualche volta in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati direi abbastanza bene, tutto sommato la qualità del cibo ed il servizio direi buona! Ma ieri sera ahimè qualcosa è andato storto!! Dopo aver degustato qualche antipasto mi sono fatto servire i loro fusilli chiedendo la variante di portarmeli solo con olio e parmigiano e mi sono arrivati dopo aver aspettato un bel po',(nel frattempo mia moglie aveva già finito il suo vitello con patate), in un piatto fondo, n.11 fusilli praticamente CRUDI annegati nell'olio ed attendendo che mi portassero il parmigiano, li ho comunque mangiati. La cosa mi ha infastidito abbastanza visto che il primo è il mio piatto preferito. Ma la cosa peggiore è che ho aspettato ben 32 minuti l'agnello al forno quale me l'hanno portato quasi bruciato!! E 4 patate in croce bruciate anche loro.Non sono riuscito a finire !! Purtroppo mi sono parecchio innervosito ed il mio atteggiamento si è rabbuiato!! Faccio circa 60 Km per andare in questo ristorante, ma farò fatica ritornare. Mi dispiace!!
