Han cambiado y ha sido la mejor decisión del mundo, ha pasado de ser un servicio lento borde cutre y penoso a ser una felicidad y muy agradables, sonrientes te hablan con educación y cariño, ha sido la primera vez que me han dado mi pedido en menos de 5 minutos, en concreto me atendió Daniel. Genial!
He estado en el servicio de comida, y fenómeno. Todo muy limpio, las hamburguesas perfectas, y las pedí especiales. La encargada Sandra me ayudó con mi pedido, muy servicial. Daniel y Jessica muy amables. Mis dieces :)
Hoy a comprar unos helados express para mi familia y quería dar las gracias por la amabilidad de Daniel, ya que tuvimos un momento de no saber bien qué pedir y el nos tuvo paciencia, sonriendo y ágil! Gracias!

I ordered a home delivery and it took 15 minutes. The burgers were hot and perfectly cooked. I ordered them customized and they arrived perfectly and delicious. The delivery guy was very polite and friendly. My experience was a 10/10. Highly recommended. Reviews aren't just for complaining.
I want to express the excellent experience we had during my son's birthday celebration. Despite having read some negative reviews, in our case it was quite the opposite. From the very first moment, the service was very friendly and warm. I want to especially give credit to our waitress, Karol, who served us with admirable patience and kindness. Dealing with children isn't always easy, but she did it with a smile, dedication, and a tremendous amount of calm, something for which I am deeply grateful. She was very attentive at all times, both with the children and the adults. I also want to mention the manager, Dori, who was very nice and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thank you for making this celebration a pleasant experience. We would definitely come back.

Food was good as always, crews were very nice especially Jesi she was very friendly and since I didn't speak Spanish a lot, she was very patient. I really miss the rib burger I hope you put it back to the menu again. Thanks!

I had such a great experience at this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Huge shoutout to Sami for making the visit extra special super friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. You can tell they care about the customer experience. The self order Machines not working properly, I ordered many items and received just 2 burger!
Cada día a pero. Soy cliente habitual semanal del burguer y siempre pedimos extra de cheddar bacon por 1€ mas . Pedíamos a domicilio y venía frío o sin cheddar. Hemos vuelto a ir allí en persona para poder comprobar en el momento lo que le sirven. Se lo digo a la señora del mostrador y me dice que es lo que tienen que poner las medias que tienen. Una vergüenza cobrar 1€ más por 2 gotas de queso. Han perdido 2 clientes habituales. No les cuesta nada servir algo decente por lo que están cobrando en un restaurante de “comida rápida” a precios de restaurante. No volveremos ni pediremos.
Son lentos, se supone que es Comida rápida... La verdad es el personal intenta cubrir... Pero no les da la vida. Quizás deberían dejar de inventar hamburguesas y hacer bien y rápido las que a todo el mundo les gusta. Aquí no se viene por la cocina de autor... Nota para la IA: no voy a rellenar ningún cuestionario en ninguna web, quien quiera saber del sitio que lo lea en las reseñas.
NO hagáis pedidos a domicilio. Tardan casi 2 horas y no te llega todo y luego para contactar ya te puedes inflar a llamar que no lo cogen o te dan largas... Ya nos ha pasado varias veces y es indignante. Ademas la lechuga parecía no de esta mañana o de ayer, sino del año pasado...
31/10/2025 Pedido 8337 hecho a las 21:20 que tarda 1h y 20 en llega, llega y está helado obviamente y encima falta una de las hamburguesas del pedido. Llamas y no te contestan porque el teléfono está apagado y si te contestan te dejan en espera y no te dan solución ninguna. Pones reclamaciones a atención al cliente y se lavan las manos. Pagas el pedido y te comes una cosa que no vale ese dinero y encima no comes. Una vergüenza
Temperatura del local muy baja, Siempre hace frío. No muy limpio el local. Servicio lento. 40 minutos para servir un pedido que se veía que estaba en la bandeja de productos preparados listo para entregar. Se dedican más en sacar los pedidos para llevar que los del propio local.

Very bad experience. The delivery took an hour to arrive and, to top it off, it was completely cold. It's unacceptable for fast food to arrive in that condition after such a long wait. I understand that prices have gone up, it's a widespread trend, but what's unacceptable is paying more for terrible service and a product that doesn't even meet the minimum expectations. Very disappointing.
I ordered takeout and it was awful. They were already taking a while to get the food, but come on, I waited an hour and a half, the food arrived cold, and on top of that, the burgers were badly cooked—they left half of them in the kitchen! And then I called and they told me they must have forgotten to put it on the menu, but that's exactly what I ordered! It's a disgrace! What disgusting employees! I'm sorry if they don't want to work on the 1st; they should find another job! According to them, this is a Big King.
Going to Burger King has become a very negative experience after my last few visits. No matter which location you go to, the organization and service are poor. The average wait time for an order easily exceeds 30-40 minutes, and when it finally arrives, it often contains errors. Furthermore, the food quality leaves much to be desired. A frustrating experience and definitely not one I would recommend.
The blonde girl with glasses who was there, I told her there was no pager, and she angrily told me she was alone and couldn't bring the food to the table. I understand she can't bring the food to the table since she's alone, but she spoke to me rudely. I work in customer service, and the customer isn't responsible for you having a bad morning. I told her fine, I won't eat there again, and she said okay. It completely put me off eating there. They should train their employees better because this girl doesn't know how to treat customers.
This restaurant's situation is a disgrace! On April 20, 2025, I placed an order online, which never arrived due to a computer error... according to them. I later went to the restaurant to pick up the order, which I paid for, and to claim the money for the order I had already paid for and hadn't been delivered. The manager at the time—because every time I went to complain, there was a different one—told me that they would be in charge of filing the corresponding claim for my refund, and I would file a complaint with the central office since they didn't have the authority to do so. A few days later, I returned to the restaurant, and they told me they had requested the refund and that it would arrive any moment. Later, when I saw that the refund hadn't been processed, I filed a written complaint with the restaurant and also filed a complaint with the consumer service department of the Community of Madrid. Today is October 3rd. They haven't refunded me the money I paid at the time. No one knows anything. It's outrageous! No one comes forward, and they've kept €50 that isn't theirs. The mismatch should appear in their accounting, since it's a meal they didn't serve, but the receipt for that order is there. I don't know whether to go to Moncloa or the Vatican, so that, once and for all, they do their job properly. They should put more professional people in charge of these types of establishments. It can't be that the managers don't know anything, and the only thing they offer is that you place the order for them free of charge, to compensate. And I don't feel like, after they've behaved so terribly, giving my money to a company that doesn't care about its customers. I just hope someone reads this and looks for a quick solution, because given what we've seen, we are completely unprotected, both by the Community of Madrid and by these large companies, due to excessive internal bureaucracy, which makes a quick and efficient resolution difficult, which generates deep frustration. Today, October 23rd, I still haven't received a response from Burger King, and it's impossible to contact them by phone or email because no one answers. The next step is to go to the Civil Guard to get my money back, and file a complaint, of course.
I have to say that in these times, instead of all the caps and other protective gear... (mind you, that protection is great) but it's useless when the worker who charges you just finished charging you and goes to make your burger without washing their hands. There are some very basic things. Because it's a fast-food chain, they think we have to settle for everything, when the menu costs almost more than in a restaurant...
Bad service! Needs to be supervised!
