This is the best Chipotle I've ever been to they did a wonderful job picking the manager great manners great customer service I live near downtown and I will do the drive just because of the customer service wow 👌 GO here its worth it

It's a Chipotle, if you've been to one you know what the food's gonna be. Why does this one get a 5-star review? Because Ramses was really on top of the customer service and multitasking when I went in the other day! I came in at late-lunch time. It was clear the staff was working on some big online orders. When I walked in Ramses checked in with me right away and got my order up quick, balancing helping his coworkers with the big orders while getting my order just right, including double-checking my requests when I said them, which is a big help as I'm often told I speak softly.
Delicious food that’s fresh and healthy. Friendly and quick service, great if you’re very hungry. Plenty of indoor seating and nice shaded patio area. Affordable prices for good amount of food. They also have a great selection of soft drinks as well as lemonade, watermelon limeade, orange agua fresca, and hibiscus agua fresca.
I was craving chipotle and luckily this spot was nearby. I ordered a salad bowl with extra vegetables. Chicken and beef half/half with guacamole along with chips/queso. Solid lunch and it was delicious. I’d definitely come back here again for other menu items.

Arrived at 6:30pm Thursday Great fresh flavors with plenty of parking. I like mobile ordering for pickup at this location. I'm always of fan of the tropical juices they be have since the flavors are terrific! There are male and female restrooms at this location I knocked 1 star 🌟 off because the tables are made for children! Very small and can barely fit 2 people uncomfortably. Portions were also a tad skimpy but no big deal

It was freezing cold in the place. The food was delicious but the service is always terrible. The servers are not friendly and 2 of us waited as our food got cold for someone to ring us up. When I asked for someone to ring us up, the girl got snappy with me. I should have gone to another location.

It's Chipotle, if you don't know what you're getting into then I don't know where you've been for the past 20 years but you should definitely give it a try. It's not exactly Mexican but it's Mexican style. It's good. It just gets boring after a while. This is what you eat when you don't wanna think about anything cuz you're starving. This particular location is clean and everyone is nice. Parking is very easy.
They’re in walking distance of my house. So I visit them a couple times a week. Their food quality is not consistent. Their portions are less than most other branches. There is always something with their dishes, whether their guacamole is too cold for the dish or there is chunk of Avocados instead of being well-mixed, or the meet is too salty, or something else. I would not recommend this branch.

I really enjoy Chipotle, but it's pretty hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the employees listen, sometimes they don't. The other odd thing is that the busier it is, the more likely you'll get better service. Maybe the staff members simply work better under pressure, but every time I have gone into this location to eat and there hasn't been a line, they mess up my order in some way. Now, it's pretty difficult to mess up an order when you're dictating to them exactly what you want, but the staff here always manages to accomplish it when there isn't a line out the door behind me. Granted, times like this are few and far between, as this location is often busy, but still. It's almost as if they don't know how to pace themselves if they're not contending with a 12-person line waiting to be served. In my personal experience, they've rushed me along the assembly line faster than they should have, and always mess up on something as a result. I'm giving them 3 stars overall (4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service), and hope to one day be able to edit my review to show a higher rating. If I can get awesome service more than two visits in a row, I will gladly update my rating to reflect this. Until then, it's just an average location overall.

Personally I cannot stand the food from Chipotle. It physically makes me sick. It does not taste anything like authentic Mexican food I think Taco Bell has more authentic tasting food! I have ordered food from there and it was never right, when I went in the selection was very limited and very strange. It's all processed and the rice is absolutely horrendous. I tried a few times and got the same results every time therefore I will not be eating there again. Some people might like their food I just find it repulsive. I actually try to eat as healthy as I can therefore I can't find a healthy selection to my standards at Chipotle. They used to be a little bit better but now they really gone downhill.
While traveling with my wife we stopped for a quick Chipotle Burrito. While ordering I asked if it would be possible for them to cut it in half. He answered that they have plastic knives at the counter I can use. Apparently it is against company policy to do such customer oriented services. Although I always have had good food and service with this chain the burrito was cold or at best lukewarm, and unfortunately, the customer service was not the best. I will not be back to this location.
I haven't been to this chipotle in over a year and I only went last week because I had a reward for buy one get one free. When we got here, the lady serving us was semi rude. She barely put any steak into my bowl and when I asked for more, she didn't tell me that it was an extra $5 charge. My husband got a burrito and even his carnitas burrito barely has any meat on it but she gave the lady and her in front of his more meat and filled her burrito up and filled up the kid's meal as well. I also ordered chips and when we got home, we found out the chips were stale. The cashier was super nice and friendly and the food tasted decent but probably won't come back to this location.
Food tasted good, like any Chipotle. But be careful ordering ahead. They served easily 30 walk-in customers before finishing my one single salad that I ordered through the app before coming. Pick up time was set for 7:50 but when I finally got to my car with my food it was 8:15. I was trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time this has happened when ordering ahead. They don't seem to be prepared/organized to handle both walk-ins and online orders at this time. Just walk in to place your order and save yourself almost half an hour.

I was seriously craving Chipotle and ended up upset with what I got. Customer service was seriously lacking. First, they didn't have enough carnitas to put in my bowl so she left it half empty. Secondly, they were out of cheese so she just gave me my bowl like that. When I was going to pay for my bowl, they took out a tray of cheese so I asked the employee if I could get cheese on my bowl. They added it as a side. I asked if they could put more carnitas on my bowl and I had to get it as a side (got steak since they were out of carnitas). So lastly, I ended up paying for 2 sides, when I should have been able to get it in my bowl originally. I just wish they would have had the items ready in the first place.
I honestly can’t understand how they can consistently make so many mistakes. I order delivery from here multiple times a week. Working from home. Half my delivery orders are wrong or cold. Today I received a wrong order through delivery again. The receipt had the same first name as me but different last name. (I’m way too familiar with this as I have a common name). I call the chipotle hotline and sit on hold for 30 before hanging up. I drive down to the location and tell them I got the wrong order delivered. The manager (younger heavy set female) with a serious attitude, looks at the bag and says “oh, there was two Anthony’s, It’ll be out in a minute” then immediately turns around and walks away while I was trying to ask her about the delivery fee. I’m standing there confused as to why I was being ignored and treated poorly for wanting the food that I paid for. So I ask one of the other employees and I watch them walk over and tell the manager. Then say she’ll be right back. My food is done and they hand it to me. I look over at the manager and she walking to the back as I got my food. To that manager. All you had to do was say sorry and seem like you cared.
Not family friendly. Yesterday my toddler fell through the back of the chair. It's not just the patio chairs that are unsafe but the plethora of high stools throughout the dining room. There is not a single booth to be found at this location. No matter where my 2 year old sat, they were likely to fall. The seating is inhospitable and unsafe for children. This is only 1 complaint I have about this location. A few weeks back we went at 7:45pm and they were cleaning the drink station where we couldn't get any of the flavored lemonades.. When asked we were told those drinks would no longer be available that day. Even though the location closes at 10. The patio tables were also removed from around us by 8pm though the restaurant would be open another 2 hours. These must be signs that I really need to take my children to eat elsewhere.. I really hope that safety is considered in future choices of seating. No one should have to fall while eating.
Ordered online, nothing out of the usual until halfway through my bowl I found a small plastic/soft metal wrapping of sort. Really destroyed my appetite and never had any problems like this at this location til now. Unsanitary and won't order from here again.
hi, i came to this location at 9:40pm, i came outside to fix my food on their outdoor patio because it was too cold inside and both the girls working that night Sunday July 6,2025 got mad it me for using the patio. saying i shouldve known that the patio was closed and i shouldnt have used it…. It would’ve been okay if they told it to me nicely but they were so rude about it. Just wanted burrito dam.
4/12 Saturday Noon I’m a big chipotle fan and have stopped by many different locations but this is by far the worst service I’ve received at any chipotle or food location for that matter. I usually don’t even write reviews but this experience got me heated enough to be typing right now. The quality of the food itself was typical chipotle quality, the burrito bowls you know and love. Service wise, there were 2 girls working the counter at 12:15 on Saturday. I asked for 2 bowls and before they even started making them they started pressing me for which rice I wanted, which protein I wanted, etc. I didn’t understand the rush because there was nobody in line behind me. They were literally asking me which meat and salsas I wanted before they even scooped the rice. I tried to answer calmly and ask for extra rice/double scoop of chicken in one of the bowls but they kept trying to moving the bowl to the next station before I could ask and it felt like they were in an unnecessary rush. When I made one of the bowls come back from the meat area because I wanted extra rice, I even got an eye roll from one of the girls. All the portions were also smaller than usual as they would hastily scoop a small amount of what you ask for then try to press you onto the next food item. When I then asked for just lettuce on one of the bowls, one of the girls asked “lettuce and guac?” to which I said just lettuce. She clearly was in a rush and not listening though and scooped me the guac anyway even after I tried to stop her. On the other bowl, I asked for just lettuce and she heard that but then gave the smallest pinch of lettuce. Before I could ask for a tiny bit more, she had already sealed the bowl. I was then charged for the guac on the first bowl and when I said I didn’t ask for it, I didn’t receive any explanation. I probably should have thrown a fit but I was already in shock from the whole situation and just paid/left TLDR: 2 girls working on Saturday at noon skimped out on portions, rushed me through the whole ordering process when there was no line, gave me attitude and items I didn’t ask for and charged me for them, were so rushed that I couldn’t even ask for modifications to my bowl because they were constantly pushing me to the next items in the bowl. Not sure if service at this location is always like this or if it’s just a one off which is why I put the day/time in this review. I will definitely not be coming back to this location though because im pretty traumatized
Chipotle employees be skimping like the food comes out of their paycheck. Unless you ask for more you’d practically end up with half a bowl. Raising prices every couple of months yet you get less n less food over time makes no sense. Not only that but the rice is mediocre, blocky and not broken up. Fajitas sometimes come out extremely undercooked, might as well give us raw vegetables. Would not recommend this location to be honest, very heavily dependent on who is cooking/serving you in terms of quality.
Hello I got myself and online order through Uber eats the driver was fast but boy was my food still very cold.I got 2 bowls and a side of cheso blanco the total came out to $50 five dollar tip included. Please make your old one orders later don’t make them right away our food that we pay a lot of money for is going to get cold and it’s bad customer service for the food. Do better you guys are an expensive place for food so live up to the expectations. One of my bowls was as well open and not closed properly . Never coming here again . 👎👎👎👎👎👎
I came here once a week on lunch break. One day i decided i would try online ordering before going to the store. Would've been faster if i just ordered when i got there. Then the staff tricked me into thinking i had the right order. So i drive 6 miles back to work get to my office and it's someone else's order, in the bag that says my name on it. I cant eat this food in regards to my diet. I have to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund. No lunch, lunch break gone, gas mileage wasted. Terrible experience. Ill never return to this location, or probably chipolte in general
Terrible service some people get a lot of protein on there order and others like me a short lady get very little I got home to have my chicken buritto and it was all rice spoke to Jesus he we has the manager told him the should measure so all are Treated equally I'm sure this happens to a lot of customers. I waited two hours on 10/31/21 for the Boorito event . They could of had the front people working on orders because hardly anyone was ordering in person. They had around 20 bags of food that people were not picking up because they didn’t want to wait . Bad management, bad service and the worst of it all is that the kids didn’t go treat or treating because we waited late .

The young girl (dark hair) working around 7pm today went soo fast, constantly keeped cutting me off, literally couldn't exlain anything about my order, grabbing stuff to rush me out..im a slow minded person and I couldn't keep up with her. Her misserable looking face couldn't at least break a tiny greet. i know they have to work a 'speed', but she was actually RUDE about it. Reciept says ' her name Jaylene. But the guy next to her serving was kind friendly and patient.
If you claims your business as a build you own bowl, then I have my right to not having anything that I don't plan to eat. Then I communicated with the server that I don't want rice, she kept telling me then you have a salad bowl. I was so confused and was not happy with how much protein that she scooped. For that much I paid $16 was not worth it.
Not sure what it is with this location but the workers are always so rude, especially the girl who works the register. I came in yesterday to order a bowl there was a Hispanic girl working the register who was just…mean. Low condescending tone, eye rolls. It sounded like she was trying to start a fight with me for who knows what reason. I have no idea. But chipotle needs to look into who they are hiring. I definitely won’t be going back to this location.
I came in on Saturday 08/23/25 between 12:00- 1:00 pm .There was nobody in line and the two girls working were a little bit under a rush but still pleasant. However when I got to the check out there was a young white males as the cashier and was incredibly rude he just mumbled the total didn’t proceed to ask if we needed drinks or chips .Then proceeded to literally throw the receipt into the bag passive aggressively.No manners what so ever! Please train the staff to more pleasant we are customers and are paying for a service.
Lady with nose pierced. She’s serving up the bowls between 7:00-7:20pm is rude. Not gentle and someone you want to talk to when ordering food. She needs training on how to treat customers. Even overheard other people talking about there experience
This Chipotle location in Alhambra was one of the most shocking customer experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. After a disagreement, an employee became aggressive, yanked my bag of food away from me, and THREW MY BAG OF FOOD TO THE GROUND. He also took the receipt attached to the bag that had my PERSONAL INFORMATION on it and threatened to use it against me. Instead of stepping in to help, the manager was dismissive and blamed me for the incident. THE SITUATION ESCALATED SO BADLY THAT POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED. While I was eventually refunded, I left feeling EXTREMELY UNSAFE, disrespected, and shocked that this type of behavior was allowed by Chipotle. The behavior from both the employee and the manager was hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No customer should ever have to deal with aggression, misdemeanor battery, getting their personal property destroyed by a Chipotle employee, and management that refuses to step in. I strongly urge corporate to investigate this Chipotle location in Alhambra before another customer is treated this way.
