Never tried it before now i love it!! Great food and deals, alot of flavor and hospitality is great.

Great tasting food first time here and the service was fast and good.

Food is tasty, but I keep coming back because Elizabeth provides excellent customer service. She is friendly and remembers my order. She gets is out quickly and that is important when your are have limited time for lunch.

Atmosphere no we have them homeless sit and guest are unable to to eat because of the smell Now and days the homeless are getting agresive. And the security’s are no where to be found.I usually see them in the back chilling

I had my family bring back a chicken bowl for me once and the chicken was really dry and unapeasing. This store regularly sends out coupons but I don't think I'll be going back. Maybe I just had a bad experience but my relatives got the beef bowl and were pleased with it.

automatically adds a $4 tip for pick up? I changed to $0 still charged me $4... so $35 for 2 bowls that I had to pick up my self... nice! What planet am I on anymore?

On this review not reviewing the food I'm reviewing the experience. I can skip the fact that I didn't get a friendly hello as I walked in with only two other customers sitting down. I can't skip the fact the dining room was a mess they were out of hot sauce there was only one table that was semi clean but it did have dirty seats. I can't skip the fact that during the whole time we were eating the only two employees working we're sitting on a prep table right next to the rice cooker on their phones snaking up some food that they made themselves. I think these two needed to get the tables and floors clean first before they took a break. I'm sure they Supply seats in the break room or even have your meals in the dining room. No friendly goodbye for us but I will give them a friendly goodbye as I will not be going back anytime soon. I'm guessing it wasn't busy at 6 p.m. on a Sunday because other people have had the same experience very unprofessional . this place needs a manager or some retraining.

Overpriced and bland taste to food.

The meat of chicken has CONSISTENTLY been dried, burned, and always overcooked. It is tasteless. Because of this, I give the F as a failing grade. Very disappointed.

Found a hair in my chicken bowl, took it back and the workers giggled in front of my face while checking the bowl and taking a look at the long piece of hair. I was told by them they would refund my money which was a lie.

they just raised the prices and for what you get you're better off making your own chicken teriyaki bowl. veggies don't taste clean. ordered onions on my bowl and i seen dirt along the inside of my onions highly doubt they rinse the veggies at all. chicken is always dry and tasteless just straight chicken no teri.

Ive been here quite a few times. If its not cold veggies its not enough chicken. Felt like the serving wasn't right so i ordered a side of chicken and that didn't look right either. They messed up my order cause i seen them fix it and it still wasn't right. Id love to talk to the owner of this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Seems like they got the old pieces chicken that were beyond burnt and tossed them in the bowl. Its really bad that they cannot realize what they are putting in a customers bowl. Will not be ordering from this location again.

This place has one crew who is friendly and generous. Unfortunately, this place has another crew that's kinda friendly and really stingy. We ordered Tofu as we always do but the last couple of times(including tonight) the stingy crew has also gotten our order wrong. We asked for rice and it was pure cabbage and the tofu was like it was a sample. I added pics so you can see how stingy they are, and skip this place!
