I had such a wonderful experience dining here! Our waiter, Rehan, was absolutely perfect — so professional, polite, and attentive throughout the entire meal. His English was excellent, and he made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. Rehan made sure everything arrived on time and checked in just the right amount. Overall, it was an amazing experience and if I will ever come back to Alicante I would ask for Rehan again!😇💖

This restaurant is a true gem! I had the paella and seafood spaghetti – both were absolutely delicious, packed with fresh seafood and amazing flavor. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you love great food and great service, you have to try this place!

We visited this place in the evening for dinner and were truly impressed. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza and pasta are definitely worth recommending — delicious and well-prepared. A real highlight was the local beer, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Definitely worth a visit!

Walling down the front of alicante and dropped onto this place on first night. The staff were great and we were seated straight away. Food was fantastic, wine was lovely. Very happy with service and food. It was great to sit and see people passing by above us while we had our meal. Would recommend this place for sure.

Fuimos a este local situado en plena Plaza Portal de Elche al encontrarse cerca del hotel en el que nos alojábamos para tomar algo. En mi caso opté por pedirme un daiquiri de fresa. Aunque estaba muy bueno, lo cierto es que el precio me pareció algo abusivo.

Miami is a lovely spot for lunch or dinner, located on a beautiful street with a cozy, vibrant atmosphere. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, with fast and impeccable service that really stands out. Pizza was good, Bolognese pasta was okish, They also serve nice draft beer. Prices are maybe a bit higher, but that’s to be expected given the location. Overall, a great experience — we’ll probably be coming back and highly recommend it 👍🏼

Had fish and steak. The steak was acceptable but the fish was terrible. We had to wait some time for the waiter. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not return.

We had pizza and salad between us and it was good. Generous salad boys with loads of flavour, pizza was tasty and crisp. Very reasonable for a harbour side view for lunch.

My friend and I visited this place and ordered two different types of pizza. Both were terrible. Don't waste your time and money here. The only good thing I can say about the restaurant is that the service staff were excellent. The place was clean and stylish.

Really nice spot to sit, good service and friendly staff..unfortunately the food was nog good at all. We had chicken paella, which had residu of fish in it. I understand that the stock might have finish in it but it was weird to see it in a chicken dish. The rice was tough, and I know it's not supposed to be like that. Una atención de poco desear, no me dejaron tomar fotos por el simple hecho de no estar promocionando la marca, no se puede consumir nada de otro lugar así consuma lo que ellos venden, nada que ver, espantosa la experiencia le hacen pasar un mal rato en incomodarlo

Si creen que tienen que cobrar 3,30€ para un cortado y 4€ para un agua con gas, tambien tendran que tener un servicio amable y rapido y limpiar de vez en cuando por lo menos. El tejado de cristal parece no haber recibido una limpieza en años y esta lleno de excrementos de las palomas al igual como el suelo de toda la terraza y incluso los respaldos de las sillas. Toda esta suciedad no se acumula en unos dias, si no en meses sin haber limpiado nada. Cobrando los precios que cobrais, todo tendra que lucer de otra manera!

Estamos pidiendo y antes de terminar el pedido alguien del grupo decide cambiar su pedido y le dicen que no lo puede cambiar porque trabajan con un programa que no permite cambiar. Me parece increíble porque la persona que lo ha pedido no quería lío pero desde luego si decido cambiar mi tónica por una coca cola yo no le pago la tónica por mucho programa que tenga y encima intentando justificar esa actitud Si tengo que pedir estando seguro y no tengo derecho a cambio que lo adviertan con carteles o antes de pedir .

Fue una experiencia horrible, fuimos con mi pareja a tomar un café, y nos atendió la mesera de una formal brusca y sin educación, al decirle que solo querías tomar un café, nos miraron de una forma desagradable, nos pusimos a tomar fotos y salió la encargada de una una mera muy grosera nos dijo que no se podía tomar fotos en ese lugar, que para tomar fotos teníamos que consumir algo más que uno simple café, no me parece la forma en la que tiene que tratar a un cliente, sea más o sea menos el trato siempre tiene que ser igual, de verdad que deberías plantear un cambio de personal.

Fatal experiencia, los camareros super desagradables y relación calidad precio malísima, nada recomendable hay mil sitios en alicante mejores que este
